Terrible customer service. For a customer support app, you'd think they would support their own customers... they don't. I emailed support and it took over 3 weeks to get a response.

Zopim (now zendesk chat) has been the easiest to setup / use chat platform for our business. Helped us receive many qualified leads through our website that we normally would have potentially missed. It is also super easy to setup on wordpress based sites too.

This is a hard review. Zopim is stable and I doubt anyone can disagree... But this is where the story ends unless you’re a company with big pockets
Im a small company with very limited funds. I approached zopim and queried certain feature that seemed…..well strange in many situations.
My chats should only be visible to me and my employees should only be able to see their own with me seeing all
This wasn’t an option but I was assured it was coming soon and this is where Zopim / Zen Chat have failed miserably.
Its now arrived… woohooooo but only to people who can afford £50 per user per month. That would double my costs. I should point out I’m a non-profit charity, I help people I don’t sell.
Zendesk clearly don’t care and clearly will tell you anything to sign you up….

Was not working one day had a downtime. We asked for refund or compensation for that day. Because we lost a lot new clients and live chat is very important for us.

I sign up - and never get the verification email. I contact support, and spend almost an hour on being allowed to become a customer. And I have to give up. Those guys cannot solve simple issues!
If you guys can't deliver an email to Office365 hosted by Microsoft - You don't know a thing about emails!
I thought you got the basic right, as you are owned by a email-ticketing-company Zendesk!

After i cancelled my subscriptions and site was offline, they still kept charging my paypal account for almost a year.
After i contacted them, they waisted 30min of my time and just kept repeating the same sentence. Like i was talking with a Robot. Thanks Anthony, they should train there service employees to be abit more human.
Will never work with them again, there are far better chat services available against better prices aswell.

Tries to install itself instead google.com in your browser to intercept your Google account.
Zopim is good live support for website or eCommerce store but my sales drop after using zopim on store, cause its effect your website loading time, so its better to avoid live support which effect your website loading speed.

the only problem is that sometimes costs to start a conversation through the iOS app , you need to "join the chat" two or three times in a row to conect

Since i use Zopim i can see how many potential custumors come to my site. And what they look at. And how long they stay.
When they have questions its easier for them to start a live chat. Because its direct. Instead of sending an email. I like Zopim!

Everything is good , From customization options to setting working hours time on chat , its all good , Price per seat is good too, and you always have an option to try free chat before going premium .Once you start using zopim, you get used to it . They have option where you can get weekly chat logs on your email or after every single chat which is a great feature to keep all your chat logs autosaved in your email address.i would recommend zopim to anyone who is starting a new company and wants to try it for free before spending.
