First of all, price is not that cheap but most of people , like me , found it useful to have everything under one roof and buy it.
But PLEASE BEWARE, quality is VERY VERY BAD and customer service, FORGET ABOUY IT.
I bought living room couch, table and 2 chairs, after 3 months when I got delivery, one chair thread started getting popped out and when I complaint , I was assured new chair in 2-4 months, and now after 14 months, still no sign of replacement chair...meanwhile other chair also started torn and after multiple complaints, they found out that they missed to place an order and now they will look into that...it’s been 2 months since then but no news....so if you have lot of money to waste, patience to live in a house with new but damaged furniture and time to multiple follow up for your complaints, you can consider this store!!!

GREAT SHOW ROOM, EXCEPTIONALLY BAD SERVICE
I can confirm bad reviews of previous customers. Service is exceptionally bad in this company.
It all started well with good looking showroom, choice of materials and good service in the shop.
We ordered on 15.09.2018 sofa Dalhoof. Website showed delivery time : 6-8 weeks. On the contract, it was 2 months.
After 8 weeks, I called the company and was told that sofa was expected 3 weeks later (so week 11 from order date).
I was told that “I was supposed to be informed by delay, but maybe email went to SPAM” (check all, no emails).
Week 11 – no call from Zitmaxx,so I called and was told that they meant “week 11 will be delivery to Zitmaxx, and to me next week (12).
Mid week 12 – I call again, as no info from Zitmaxx. I was told that actually they don’t know where is my sofa...
- I found it sneaky to mention delivery of sofa on website 6-8 weeks, and on the contract + 1 month (small letters, without mentioning it at any moment, be careful! ).
- At any stage, completely no communication about delay and I had no feeling they care about customer.
Great show room but I ‘m last time your customer.
No need to write nice words here, better spend the time communication delays to your customers!

I would not recommend Zitmaxx anymore as I had twice very bad experience with them: both times there was a delay of 2 months in the promised date of delivery and I had to even call after 2 months to remind them about my order! And each time a major piece of the furniture was missing which itself took long to be delivered. This is not by accident I believe due to the following reason: After the last two problems I asked them to guarantee that they will deliver my next furniture in time by accepting to pay a fine in case of the late delivery. They proposed that only after 5 months, if the table is not delivered they can offer us a discount of 15 euro, while during writing the contract they had claimed the delivery time was 3-4 months. So in a few minutes they jumped from 3-4 to 5 months. In general, I find them not friendly and respectful towards their customers, especially when after 2 bad experiences I was still willing to trust them. With their reaction, they assured me that I should not trust them and hence I immediately cancelled my order. I would certainly not recommend Zitmaxx to people who value responsibility, honesty, and respect in a company.

I am quite happy about the service provided to me so far. It would be even better if you can send a confirmation about the order via email, and also update the customers once a while on the status of order and an estimted delivery date. So the customer can feel the great care from Zitmaxx not only before purchase something, but also after the deal is already made!

I have ordered a kast (order number 6080670) that was available in the showroom as fast delivery.
The day of the delivery the 2 guys working for you when arrived in my apartment and told us that the kast was too heavy to be brought to my apartment (second floor). How is that possible?
In the order your seller wrote is clearly written that my apartment is at the second floor without elevator and you should know if the kast is too heavy to be delivered.
In my opinion there is a huge disconnection between the sellers and the people doing the deliveries.
Now I got a call from the guy who sold me the kast telling me that my order has been cancelled.
At the end is a very bad experience. You have very good furniture, but this is not enough.

Just want to let everyone that they willing to order from Zitmaxx wonen to pay attention to the cancellation fee because the salespeople that working there never mention that there is a cancellation fee, to let the customers fall in trap if something happen and they want to cancel their order as what happens to me, so in my case I'm foreigner and i don't speak the Dutch language just English, and when i tried to cancel my order within less than 24 hours "believe me I'm not exaggerate here even less than 18 hours" they charge me 5% from the total amount of the order '81 euro' and they said normally we charged 30% but in your case because its not long and we will charge you 5% only.
I'm writing this now just to share my story with you and to be clear for everyone not get in troubles with this poor company.

Being an English speaking expat, I was really worried that I would struggle getting service and guidance that I'm not used to, the opposite was true. The quality of the products and service exceeded that of my own country. Well done Zittmax team!

I was very happy with the couch purchased from Zitmaxx. A good price for a good quality couch. No payment was required up front only on delivery. I was advised the delivery would take 8-12 weeks, but the couch was ready in 7 weeks. Delivery was handled professionally and without any problems. All in all, a very satisfying experience.

Huge range of furniture on display. Good, old-fashioned friendly service where
the order was handwritten and no deposit was required. The furniture was delivered
on the agreed date and assembled by the delivery team. Excellent service all around
and we will recommend Zitmaxx to our friends

I was satisfied with the products and the service, and the communication, especially that the service could arrange my first arrived product to be delivered on time, and the second dilivery of the delayed product as soon as it arrives at zitmaxx. Was a very pleasant experience. I definitely will come back!
