This company's service is at a very high level. No matter if I contact a partner or support, I get the help that I need. The reply time is fast, and they answer all the questions that you have about the salary, problems with the system (which is very rare actually!!) or about the intermediaries they work with.
A separate appreciation for the salary system, which is way more user-friendly compared to Danløn and Bluegarden, and it is not hard to figure out how to use it after navigating through it a few times. Also, the support work is so much better than in the two salary systems mentioned previously.
And kudos to Mark Parrish who was willing to organize a Skype training about the system and additional perquisites offered. Thank you!!

Zenegy have helped me and my company with problems over and over again. Their costumer service employees are friendly and feel available when talking to them. Furthermore, they're well educated in their platform and it always feel like a wholesome experience, after I've talked with them. They set a high standard for what costumer service also can be.
I very much like their platform as well.

I had a great experience with customer service, I wanted to change the language on how I received my payslips and Mark Parrish, who was the person that attended my enquire was super agile in his response and he followed up making sure that I had what I wanted (+ always being super friendly).
