Just trust the reviews below and do not order with them! I understand that you might not know when ordering your package (as for me on the Jimmy Lion website) but if you do, just do not do it! It is so bad that they hang up on you as soon as they cannot answer you! :O They told me that my order was missing a document and when I asked what document they told me they do not know and hang up the phone. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT?
Just save yourself from a horrible horrible service and order with someone else.

A total disgrace.
After a week of unsuccessful attempts at getting my parcel involving long hours bloqued in the house, my list of complaints is loooong:
- The company Doesn’t not call to arrange delivery and do not want to either.
- They cannot state Any expected time of delivery between 8 am and 9 pm.
- The company expects you to stay at home and wait for them.
- It is not possible either to go and pick up yoUr parcel.
-Totally unhelpful customer service where in addition nobody speaks English.
In conclusion, the poorest of services.

Paid for next day delivery and it is now 16.34 and nothing!!!
If you call the call centre it is useless and unhelpful. They simply do not care.
It is incredible that in the 21st century they cannot telephone the driver to find out if they will attend for what you paid for.
Companies like these are a disgrace and should be shut down.

They send me a message every day saying that I wasn't home during 3 weeks ( I work at home...). And finally, they gave back the package to the company without any reason... I will never recommend this company.

Terrible, terrible company. They claimed to try to deliver my parcel to my village 2 times but could not find the address, when I challenged this they stated stated they tried again but someone at the address declined to accept the parcel. Absolute rubbish.
I then asked them to deliver to a shop in the main town. So they tried to deliver when the shop was closed!!!
After numerous attempts, the company I ordered from recalled the parcel and sent my item via another route. Shocking way of doing business!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
I paid for an express service and 24 hours after the order was placed the package still has not been collected. They claimed they tried to collect and I was not in. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. If they really had attempted collection why did they not call me on the mobile number provided. The truth is they simply could not be bothered to attend. This is now day 2 waiting for collection and nothing! Express service - what an absolute joke. This company should be avoided at all costs unless you want to spend hours on the telephone being fobbed off.
UPDATE: I was assured this would be collected today between 09.00 and 12.00. Nothing!

0 stars. The messenger will come to your house with the package when it suits HIM, this is a direct quote from the company. Not when you're home because it is apparently your responsibility to be home when the delivery is made. Even if you advise in advance what time you will be home to make it easier for them. It's a shame Tuenti chose to work with this company because they are unprofessional, disorganized and entitled.

Embarrassment of a company. Never came by or never left a note saying they had but in their app it says they tried three times. Impossible to give preference in time of delivery (even just morning or afternoon) meaning they expect you to be in the same place from morning to night... They have now sent back my package to the sender… Customer service has also been extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.

Terrible company. They don't deliver your package. They claim "absentee" but the reality is they don't come, they don't leave a note or send you a message. You have to ring an expensive customer service number to find out where your package is. They had already sent it back to the sender. Do NOT use this company.

I give 1 star because I can't give them zero. They are the baddest company I've ever knew. They say they come to my home 3 days and I spent all day at home and they don't come. I'm waiting one month ago for my package. I wanted to present a complaint and they told me that they don't have a complaint department, that I have to call a very expensive number from other company. It's incredible. They are the worst.

Zeleris doesn't even deserve this one star, they promissed to deliver in 1 day, I waited three days for them to pass by and get the package but they didn't and nobody called or apoligized. I called on the second day and they said they will pass by on the same day. Same evening I wrote to Packlink and they contacted Zeleris, promissing to pick up the package still the same day. I waited for nothing. On the third day I saw on their website that my pack was picked up and something marked INCIDENCIA, and then delivered))) when the pack was still at my house!!! I think it's a fraudulent company just collecting money from people but not performing any service. Don't know why Packlink is still working with them. Wish I've read the opitions before I chose to send with Zeleris.
Very bad and unprofeccional. Zero stars.
