I had customized wine charms to ask my closest friends to be bridesmaids. Unfortunately, there was a printing issue and the writing did not turn out as I had hoped. However, Zazzle's website was extremely easy to navigate and clearly outlined how to submit a return request. I simply jotted down a few sentences as to why I would like to return my order and shared a picture to help further explain. They responded within a few hours, provided me with a full refund and even allowed me to dispose of the product however I liked, rather than having to go through the trouble of returning it. I am VERY impressed with this level of customer service and will definitely be ordering from here again.

I am still awaiting an order that apparently was shipped on the 11th of September 2019? No tracking details are apparently available and to get hold of anyone is a joke. There is no email address to email anyone for support and I just want to know where and when my order will arrive. Lack of information and availability to customer service is not great.

Its not about the order or smth . it's about your arrogance. why did you introduce fees? you do not give money to the authors, who are the foundation of your company. I didn’t earn anything on the site and saved money to be able to withdraw them. money for my work! and you just reset the balance! It is enough that the fact that you pay the author is mockingly small. in comparison with what you get, but now also fees. So, I delete my account from your site and officially prohibit the use of my work by your company. I am ready to cooperate only with those who respect the work of others. You are not on this list.

I put two 5x7" pieces of paper in the cart totaling about $7. When I went to complete the order they wanted 6.95 to ship. Why would ANYONE pay that? I didn't! Shipping is ridiculous.

My Zazzle experiences were a few years apart. The first time I used them in 2014 everything went great. This time on 9/28/2019 it was horrible. I purchased 3 items for a total of $92.58 (yes, they are very pricey), and Zazzle went into my bank account 5 times, each in the amount of $92.58. It is very difficult to get any customer service through Zazzle and when I finally did reach someone they said it would take a day or two to look into the issue even after I emailed them a screenshot of the bank account withdrawals. This company is not what it used to be and I will never do business with them again.

Ordered a bunch of postcards. When I received them, the images were cropped off, had irregular margins and just looked dodgy. After talking to the customer service, they admitted the quality is not as it should be and offered a return but were expecting me to pay for shipping (10$) and also did not offer to refund the original shipping cost (10$). They also offered to provide me with a credit for reordering the product, but again, with me carrying the double shipping. Also, having ordered with a promo code, I wouldn't be able to reorder with the credit provided. Bad service!

If you are in the UK I would avoid ordering.
Paid over £11 for the 2-4 business day delivery (the website is a .co.uk address implying I should be fine to order with this option and receive in the allotted time)
After complaining to multiple people I’m met with sarcasm and a brush off. It’s laughable.
To say that it’s ‘clear’ this is 2-4 business days after manufacturing, and that it will be arriving in just over a week rather than in the 2-4 day delivery I paid for - days after I needed the order for anyway - is disgusting.
Any refund or apology or partial refund... or concern at all? Nope.
Now this is being blamed on me, for not assuming this .co.uk websites delivery estimates were completely false for people within the uk.
Really poor customer service, cheers for nothing Cora. 👍🏻
Definitely won’t be ordering again, just don’t be fooled and use a reputable company instead.

ALWAYS leery of mail order stuff. I always check out reviews first. So Zazzle had mostly great reviews so I ordered a shirt from them. YUP - they are GREAT! I recommend and will use again. Super customer service.

I originally bought an order of wedding invitations but messed up the wording at the very bottom so I was just going to snip the bottom of the invite and still send them out because I did not think Zazzle would take them back being as how it was my error. I decided to give it a shot. I easily found out how to inquire on how to return at their website, emailed Zazzle refund department at like midnight (because I was up thinking about it), and received a response first thing the next morning. To my relief, the Zazzle customer support representative by the name of Shauna responded in a very friendly manner advising me of my options. She said they couldn't change my original design or issue a replacement if it needed to be altered, however, she offered me a full credit that I could use to re-order my new invitations and gave me my credit the very next day! Shauna and Zazzle truly gave exceptional customer service and tended to my every need in such a stressful time! I will be and already have been recommending them to everyone I know!

I ordered some earring display cards - turns out you cant actually display earrings on them because the circles they show on their website are just printed on. Which obviously is useless for holding earrings. Advertise them as printed cards and there would be no confusion, but calling them earring display cards when they are not is a waste of time and money.

My first experience with Zazzle was AWESOME! I wanted a specific wrapping paper design for my daughter's bridal shower on the following Saturday and couldn't find it anywhere. So on Tuesday I started looking online and discovered Zazzle. They had just what I wanted. I ordered it that morning. I was nervous that it would arrive on time, even though I had paid for 2-day rush delivery. I figured that would give me an extra day just in case delivery was slow. However, it came the VERY NEXT DAY!! I was so happy about the earlier than anticipated delivery, and it was exactly what I wanted. It was my daughter's FAVORITE wrapped gift! Thank you Zazzle!!!

UPDATE: So after making a review, someone finally contacted me and she pretty much solved my problem. Some how my package got lost, misplaced, or stolen... idk. But it did not make it to my home. So the Zazzle customer service lady (can't remember her name at the moment) really tried to help me and turn things around for me which she did and I am glad she did. So im suppose to be receiving another shipment but to a different address. Haven't received it just yet, but I'm believing it should be here really soon. Can't wait!
