I received a ginormous and heavy package from another customer instead of my own. Called CS, I have to bring it back myself to DHL and then I get my money back including a voucher or 20%.
The order I made already had a voucher of 20% so to me that is no compensation to the situation. Well tough luck, that's all they can offer.
How is this fair?

I bought pants on this site, termin for delivery was before one week. But week after termin i still dont have packet. I also changed delivery to hermes packet shop because i thought i entered wrong adress but than i got this message :“Sa, 01.09.2018 07:28
Deine Sendung wird im Paketzentrum von unserem Versandpartner bearbeitet“ i checked packet shop which i choosed and my packet is not there. I checked evry packet shop in my place and didnt find packet. After this problem i tryed to get my money back because i dont have packet and packet didnt come on time but they want me to send packet to zalando and then i get money??? How can i send packet back which i dont have????
I bought before and evrything were normal but i dont know what is happening now... i lost to many time on this ...

Our recent experience (27.2.2018 - 2.3.2018):
* Order #1 - STORNIERT by Zalando without reason. As a reason Zalando stated a quality issue with the supplier. However, they kept promoting and selling the same goods so either the reason was false or they intentionally sell bad goods.
* Order #2 - again STORNIERT by Zalando without reason.
* Order #3 - again STORNIERT by Zalando without reason.
* Order #4 - again STORNIERT by Zalando without reason ("dat Paket wurde durch den Absender zurückgerufen").
No or false reasons given, no explanations.
No goods received; actions no more online.
Discount codes exhausted => unusable.
Summary: LOSS in all respects (time, money, energy, trust...)!

I bought this not so cheap Häglofs jacket which cost 100euro in which I saved (200 euros)as per Zalando Lounge adverstise but after 2 weeks of using it,,the thread has been removed.and the Zipper is also not working well.As per compare to my 3 year old Strellson Jacket,there is no even a single thread which is going out automatically.I thought Häglofs is a good brand and saving 200 euro is a lot but I think Zalando has to check if the item is original or not.I guess that it is an imitation or First class imitation made from China or somewhere where cheap labor is dominant.By the way, I bought my Strellson Jacket in online too but it is an original one.Thats why i rate Zalando 1 star or better no star.

I tried calling zalando lounge co uk, but they would never answer. I called zalando lounge de to help me contact them and the ldy would immediatly say she doesn't speak english and hung up on me!!
I never ordered from zalando de, but judging I RECEIVED AN EMPTY BOX AND NO REFUND FROM ZALANDO CO UK they are probably not any better.

Do not use Zalando Lounge! I had the worst experience ever! I had placed an order the 25th of August, as soon as I got the confirmation I noticed it had my old address therefore I went to change it right away on my profile and wrote and e-mail to them directly to rectify the mistake as i know orders don't leave in the middle of the night. I got a reply 2 days later from Francesca who just said sorry we can not change the address! and also an email saying my order has left and was on it's way. I mean they could have read my email and correct it as the order left two days after I emailed.
Somebody else was going to receive my order??? they did not care! I called and Michael was rude and the same, sorry we can't change it and there's nothing we can do. it will be sent to the old address and nothing.
Then I received an email again from them Ana saying the same thing, ok then I received a second email from Aurore who said no problem we will change the address and send it to your new address. I track the package and it was in GERMANY NOW, had just left, which it means my package was never out, was traveling from Sweden to Germany and now they told me it will come in a week... when I am leaving for my two weeks holidays to Central America,...
I called back to ask when exactly so i can perhaps have someone to be at my place to collect it. Then Francesca answered and she was like oh no the parcel comes to the nearest post office? they don't go to the homes directly! I was like but that's what you said from the starts and that's why I wanted you to change the address!!! OMG! Francesca was not helpfully, rude, and did not care at all if i was an unhappy costumer. She pretty much said not my problem if you don't like it. Terrible costumer service ever, never been treated as poorly by a staff member. She just lost Zalando lounge a costumer and did not care!
Shame on this company I will never use them again! and if you do watch out for the staff specially the rude Francesca because they don't care at all about their costumers! i wish i could leave a 0 star

umgehende Lieferung, problemlose Abwicklung. gutes Preis/Leistungsverhälts. Auch im Falle einer Rückgabe dürfte es keine Probleme geben
