The part I ordered was shipped to someone else according to the tracking number they sent me. I don't believe they ever had the part in stock from the beginning. What made me question the order was the fact that it didn't ship for 3 days. When I asked them why the order didn't ship yet they sent me 5 emails with a different excuse every time. I still haven't received my refund.

Please do not order from this company they are a scam you will never receive your product and if you do it will only be part of what you ordered! You cannot cancel and will not get a refund! They are a 3rd party over sea’s! They charged my card before I even pressed send I called immediately to cancel and they couldn’t find my order! It’s been a nightmare since! I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and they are prepared to ride it out with me! Please do not make the same mistake that we have! They are fraudulent poor people in a third world country preying on others! The only way they can make a living is to steal from others! Ordered a toy for our grandson. Zabiva sent it to a fictitious address in Texas when it should have been sent to Michigan. When we called customer service, (sounded like an Iraqis boiler room), the person was belligerent and uncaring. He made it our fault because we would not accept his apology and could/would not explain the mix up. He refused to re-order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We will lodge a complaint with Sears, who used them as a third party.

This is a big scam. I ordered a shampoo and conditioner here, because Amazon didn't have it in stock anymore. The product I received is a cheap knock-off of the original product. When I tried to return the product they told me that they won't give me a refund. I strongly recommend not to order from this scam company!!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Features for shaving gel said pack of 6 for $50. Ordered a pack of shaving gel for $50 supposedly only to recieve 1 can and be told my order was correct. If I want a refund I'll be charged a 25% restocking fee.😡. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ZABIVA AGAIN! If youre reading this be careful of what you order. Clearly no matter whats in the features you're going to get whatever they want you to have.

I bought ceiling speakers from zabiva through sears.com. I wanted to return unopened package. These guys replied with weird email which no one can understand. I sent multiple emails with my concern about email too. Later i understood they are intentionally doing this to escape from customers. Avoid this merchant if you are expecting quality service

Zabiva was a horrible experience. I thought I was buying my product through Sears, but I guess they have a marketplace that they pawned my order off to, and I got stuck with Zabiva. When I tried to return a vacuum I bought in error, that I did not even open, it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. Sears tried and got ignored. Then, finally, Zabiva sent a weird email to me with an endless list of links that were all the same and merely brought up a new email with an address that did not go anywhere. For days I tried chat and email, and now out of desperation, I have had to deny payment on my credit card, which is a huge hassle in itself. Do yourself a favor and stay faaaaaaaaaaar away from these guys.

Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. They completely lack any form of honesty and accountability whatsoever, and utilize shady third party people to ship you merchandise; they are a middle man in the worst sense. I bought a watch from these criminals in November, and returned it, due to their third party friend sending me a used watch. For $1100. Yeah... You get the picture. Then, they played a game of “we don’t know where the watch is”, despite the Sears-provided label showing that they signed for it. Over 1 month, and no money. They basically stole $1100 from me and then fought like animals to keep it. BEWARE of these shady crooks- They purport to be a big company, but they’re simply a drop-shipper middleman, and are absolutely dishonest.

I do not recommend ordering anything sold by Zabiva. I ordered a product on Sears.com fulfilled by Zabiva and they sent the package to a house in Georgia, when my delivery address is in Oregon. I've tried calling multiple times and written multiple e-mails and I haven't heard back from anyone. Stay away from Zabiva.

Purchased a erroneously advertised product from Sears Marketplace which was actually from Zabiva. Cannot return to Sears. Since May 27th, have been trying unsuccessfully to get a return mailing label. Made five attempts and each time am told that the label will be sent to my email which has not happened. Last contact was today. Told I would get a response in the next few hours. If not I will return the item to Sears for credit. This is ridiculous. Also everyone at Zabiva talks in a very heavy accent. Cannot understand anybody.

Honestly the most disgusting company I have ever ordered anything from. Not only did they lie about shipping the $200 item I ordered from them, they went ahead and gave Sears 4 different tracking numbers over the space of 2 weeks just to cover their backs. All of which were delivered in completely different states? I attempted to contact them directly only to not get an answer for a good 3-4 hours, when I finally did get through on the phone I could barely understand anything that was being said.
I REFUSE to order anything from these guys again and I would highly suggest that everyone else stays well away.

Customer service is the worst. The call is awful quality and the service is even worse. They hung up on me 3 times just for simply asking for my email confirmation. When I finally got him to stay on the phone he tells me the order is processed and is sending the confirmation. I asked for a refund at that point due to service and he said the order was shipped (within the couple minutes it took me to ask for a refund). He told me I have to wait 4-14 business days for my package to get to me and then I may inquire for a refund. I asked why he hung up and he said he understands he hung up on me. I then ask for a manager/supervisor and he says they left for the day. I then ask when will they return and he is in about 2-5 business days. Awful awful awful!!! Do NOT order from them. Do NOT make the mistake I did. Do NOT give them you credit card information! NOT happy.

I purchased a pair of Kanto YU6 powered speakers from Sears Marketplace that was fulfilled by Zabiva. The product was represented as “New” - what I received was a clearly, previously-opened item, not even carefully repackaged, shipped in a box that looked like it had been resealed several times. I attempted to arrange a return with the seller and did not receive a response within Sears required 48 hours. Ultimately Zabiva did respond to my return request with an email that was complete nonsense with no useful information in it whatsoever. Sears finally arranged for the product to go back, but I will never trust Sears Marketplace again and would NEVER consider purchasing anything from Zabiva.

I found a product I import and sell on Sears listed by this company. We have no agreement or affiliation with this company and you should look online elsewhere to find the products they sell for a lower price.
Zabiva just order from Amazon mark up and reship.

I placed an order and I wanted to cancel the order immediately. I read the reviews on the site and decided to cancel. Less than five minutes after I placed the order I was told the item was already shipped. That is impossible! NOt even Amazon has such a quick turnaround, that as soon as the order was placed within minutes, the item is shipped.
Another red flag, I ordered a watch, and I was told you can return it when your "book" arrives. I am waiting to see what will happen with this one. NOT HAPPY!!!!! Do NOT use them, poor customer service.

Ordered a watch from them through Sears. They sent the order that I paid over 600.00 dollars for and sent it to someone's home in San Jose, California. They had sent orders to my home on previous occasions, so they knew my address, they had it on file, and decided to send my watch to someones home address in California. (I live in Virginia, and they knew that). Stay away from this bunch.

Ordered a product and contacted them as I did not receive merchandise weeks later. They said they did not have the product and will not charge my credit card. Just got my credit card statement and they did charge me. Called customer service and was told to write them a letter. The guy sounds like he was in his kitchen and could hardly understand him. Don't do business with such an unprofessional company!!!

I chose this vendor because they promised fast delivery......it's been 14 days still nothing. Website promises 7-8 days. No one ever answers the phone when called and rolls over to voicemail???!!! It took them 4 days to provide me with email including a bogus tracking number that every time I enter it, it cannot be located in their system. Wow.... Run!!!! I'm just glad I used PayPal and not my direct card info.
