They steal your money and you get nothing!!!!. Was issued a credit, no money just an email saying credit memo. To bad the website can't be mark as MOENY THIEVES!!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses that never arrived. There's no way of contacting them or finding any information about your order...I guess that's because the items on their website don't even exist. Huge scam! Lucky I paid with paypal and they were able to recover my money. NEVER ordering from a website ever again without checking reviews first!!!

Ordered in May with promise of shipping w/in 15 days.
They charge your account immediately, but do not send merchandise.
This company is in China & does not respond to emails.
You'll note there is no phone number to contact & the "live chat" is unavailable & has been since I ordered. Total rip off. Still no dress & still no response!

I'll admit it. I did place an order back on June 7, 2017 for a dress for a wedding I was in. It looked really cute and I was looking forward to wearing it. The dress was supposed to arrive between 7-15 days. I received no shipping information, no tracking number. It wasn't until I already made the purchase that I was informed through yoyomelody reviews a friend found, that this website is a scam. Their websites shows nice items for reasonable prices, but in reality they will take your money and not give you the items you have purchased. So, come day 13 I emailed the address on their website (because there was no phone number, which is a red light when making online purchases, I've learned). I informed them that in 2 days was day 15 that my item should be shipped to me and I hadn't received an information on my purchase and wanted a refund. A couple days later I received an email of a statement for a refund of $1.47. There was no apology or any words explaining what was happening. By this time I had already called Paypal to get a full refund of the cost of the dress which was $30 because I paid through PayPal. I explained to them what was going on and they looked into it. On July 4 I received a full refund and an email from yoyomelody with a statement with the total stating $0.00. There was still no apology or explanation from yoyomelody, but I'm thankful for PayPal's help.

if you order from them and do not receive an answer, but you paid through paypal, whether you have a paypal account or not. Paypal can get your money back!!!! Just print out your order email paypal sent when you paid and call them.

Ordered 2 dresses for my daughters winter carnival dance and paid $20 for expedited shipping! NEVER received the dresses on time! One month later the dresses arrive! Sent 2 emails inquiring about them with NO response! Be aware of this site and order from someone else! What a joke!

Wish I had looked up reviews first before ordering/paying! Ordered 1 top more than 3 weeks ago, no responses to 2 emails so far. Sounds like I may never hear from them nor receive my item - glad I am only out $16 USD, but will always look up reviews from now on.
A lesson learned.

When I had lost all hope my order did arrive eventually - 4 months late!!!! Not to mention I paid $10 for this poor shipping service. I had tried contacting them multiple times during the long wait, no response!! Will never order again from them (that's a shame, because they have nice clothes). Definitely not worth it!!

It's been over a month since I ordered from here and I have not received my order. There is no response what so ever from customer service yet they state that they reply within 24 hours. Tried private messaging them on their facebook page, no response and there is no contact number to call.
So, no order, no refund and no communication. This company is seemingly scamming loads of people when you read their facebook page. STAY AWAY from YoyoMelody.,com

This website appears to have no customer service team. My item, which was supposed to be a present, did not arrive within the designated time frame - and is yet to arrive. I sent one very polite email, which was ignored followed by two others expressing my dissatisfaction. Also ignored. Their website claims they respond within 24 hours - certainly not true. The online 'help chat' doesn't work. there is no number to call instead. Appalling

No email confirmation!The t-shirt is nowhere to be seen or heard of because no email response for 2 months and their chat is NEVER live! The customer service email does not reply to emails ..EVER and I am coming to terms of being robbed for 15 quid. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a jumpsuit. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I will keep trying but I would never order from them again. In fact if they don't contact me I am going to voice this to all my friends on Facebook.

Unfortunatley i bough some clothes before checking the reviews, big error. They took more than what the claimed to be the inital cost and if i hadnt paid through paypal i would have never gotten my refund as they did not respond to me at all. Utterly terrible and disapointing.

I ordered a dress 03/23/2016 for my daughter for her prom in May. It was only $26 and some change, my daughter sent me this sight as I never heard of them before so I went on there and seen the dress and like any other sight I felt it was legit. so I made the order and not knowing it was gona take this long I went back on the sight to call about the item and seen that there is no number only to email, so I emailed and it took them so long to email back but finally "AMBER" responded and told me that that item was no longer in stock or available period. So I said when the hell was I going to be notified of this and why wasn't my money refunded. Instead they wanted to give them an additional $5.00 to get another dress. I have told this chick over and over I DO NOT want anything else from them and I want a refund. Now a email that was sent 04/26/2016 she is now saying that the dress I originally ordered in now available, now that's funny. I don't want anything and I WARN anyone that is thinking about buying anything from this sight......DO NOT! I have alerted by bank since I used my bank card (worst mistake) but I have shut that card down.

ordered a pair of shoes listed as being in stock. blogger insisted the company was reputable and that they'd never had a bad experience with Yoyo but I suspect they're being paid off/actually work for the company
I knew it'd take a while/communication might be slow or a little fragmented as this company is China based, not American like the website claims (it's a Chinese wholesaler!!! don't be fooled!! this is not an American company and so expect delays/communication to be slightly difficult because of time differences and language barriers, this is standard. I'm used to this but the website lying to people and claiming they are American based is just shameful and false advertising!) but I've never had a China based company take SO long to get any information about my order
Money was taken the first night but order still says "processing" three weeks later. I've been emailing multiple times a day for two straight weeks asking about the status of my order and now, trying to demand a refund. No response. Live chat is never online so only option is to email them, which they ignore. Company stole $40 from me
I wi now have to try and get the charge cancelled through my bank and get money back that way. DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT YOYOMELODY!!! Try Rosegal or Romwe or NewChic instead. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

They charged me but they didn't send any thing. I got email and asked them my order. There's no respond. They said I can call them but no phone number. The official website said reply in 24 hours. It's about a month with no reply. The live chat is a joke.
