I ordered a flashlight that clearly showed photos of the product in the ad. Was supposed to be a 30,000 lumen flashlight for $ 29.95 that lit up a canyon in the photo. Ad even said it had a money back guarantee. They shipped me a $ 5 light that couldn't light up a 10 foot bedroom, it was scuffed and chipped like it was used, and they sent it with a charger that cannot be used in the United States. Their response... "all of our other customers liked the product". They said do not return it, since it would cost almost as much as the flashlight. They suggested giving it away, and they would refund 10% of my purchase (but I don't know anyone in Europe or Asia, and I certainly wouldn't spend the shipping charge to give it away). After back and forth emails, they came up to 40%, which was unacceptable, so I forced the chargeback through Visa. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I ordered outlet covers with LED night lights built in. In less than 30 days, I have two night lights with dead LEDs that are supposed to last 25 years, and two that have defective light sensors, so they stay on all the time. Their response... "all of our other customers liked the product". Both times, their tracking information was false, and the shipping took several weeks. In BOTH cases, I did not order from yourstoreonline.net, one order was through a Facebook ad, and the other from a random vendor recommended by Google. These people HIDE and CLOAK their identity, so their poor customer service and crappy products won't be found out right away. These people are frauds and need to be run out of town. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Received outlet covers that did not work as advertised. Was asked to send an email before posting review if it was negative. Tried that. I was told to send items back at my expense which I did. After visiting a BBB site concerning YourStoreOnline, I found that a return label should have been offered. I then emailed asking if I could get a reimbursement for the postage I paid and this was the response that I received from them, verbatim, in an email; "That should of came with the refund check we sent you and if it did not you should of called or emailed us right away to tell us before paying to send them back." Not crazy about their policy or answer.

I have bought two sets of these light plates and wish I had seen them sooner. They would have been great when my elderly Mother was living with us as she was prone to getting up in the middle of the night and it would have made it much safer for her. It takes a lot of light to make them go off. So easy to install as well. Thank you!

Re: Invoice # 1157058. How about doing an actual test before sending me the next one. The "tested" one arrived today and only works on two of the three speeds. I am about to give you a one star rating as I now have 3 three speed Auto Cooking Stirrers which do not work on 3 speeds, only 2. Am I getting tired of this? You bet! (See below)

They were experiencing technical difficulties but kept me informed with regard to my purchase. Communication was excellent and I really appreciate the concern and care they took to address this. Makes me feel better about ordering from them again. Only problem I have is that I placed an order for the 'Chill Chest', got an email that said they were only able to take about $3 less than the total and without any other communication, they put the money back on my card. I tried to contact them but to no avail. No problem about the Chill Chest though. I found it a lot cheaper from a seller on eBay!

Before Christmas I ordered two king size micro airbead pillows. Christmas came with no pillows. I emailed the store and asked if something was wrong with my order. I was told they were back ordered. Should receive them the first part of January. I haven’t been charged yet, not until they ship. The last week of January I hadn’t received them and emailed again. Two weeks I was told. After two weeks I emailed and was told end of February for sure. March now and I contacted them about it and was told they will be sent out in one week. Well now it is the end of March and no pillows. I just called and canceled the order. Ridiculous! This is bad business to string along customers and keep their info. Now I can’t afford it and my husband and I are out a Christmas gift and pillows. I will never do business with YourStoreOnline again.

Clean up your act folks. Be perfectly clear in the price of shipping BEFORE the order is completed. Let the potential customer review before final approval of payment. I ordered 2 cpap type chin straps for sleep apnea. The shipping said 4.95. At the end after final payment with no review i was charged $4.95 twice shipping i at the same time same order. If this doesnt get fixed...which i see it wont i will never order from here again. Now for Google reviews for which i have 19,000 views on. Not huge but treat peiple fair and we will reciprocate. Ok?

I ordered 2 sides Deluxe Perfect Bake & Serve Pancake Pan before Thanksgiving Day, on November 13. When I got 2 items in pack I open one of them. It was poor designed and not useful for cooking at all. I could not even close 2 parts pancake pan properly back, because it could not match each other after opening. So, I immediately called to store, explained problem and they said that I eligible for full refund. It was on November 20th, 2018. I asked the representative how I can get refund. He explained me. I had to pay for this item’s shipment again as well. So, my payment for item was $30.00. I sent back it and cost was another $15.00. Totally I spend $45.00 for nothing. I called to store and said I need all my money back, because they cannot cheat costumers with bad products. They should to take out those items from sale at all. The representative was agreed and said they will send me $45.00 back. However, today is January 9th, 2019 and I did not get anything back. I called to "StoreOnLine" again. Representative said that $23 was released as check. I asked him why $23? He said 15% restocking fee. I said: it is not fair, the representative promised me to send full amount back in one check previously. So, after long time arguments, the representative was not agreed to send me full amount back. I decided to dispute this amount on my credit card and to write review here. I'll put complain in Consumer Affairs Bureau as well. I am not recommended this store to anyone. They take advantage on customers and cheat them. It is not acceptable.

First set of Tac lights I ordered were out of stock, but they didn't tell me.
After waiting over 2+ weeks for them to show up, I checked on their website, to discover "shipment delayed". 3 weeks later my order arrived. Then I Ordered a solar version of the TAC Lights, and one of these (cheap chinese) products failed to work. The customer service exchange was equivalent to communicating with a stoned neanderthal who wanted to send out a black, not copper colored version of the light because "they were running low" on the popular copper colors. Sorry pass, i didn't order black, i wanted copper. They were nice enough to duplicate the order of two units, BUT they arrived: black. I didn't order black. I wanted Copper colored to distinguish the difference between battery operated, vs the Solar versions. I sent a scathing email complaint via their website detailing my exceptionally poor cust serv experience.
No one responded. Totally blown off. Will NEVER buy their cheap chinese crap, nor contend with their multi-fail Customer service dept again. Customer go bye-bye.
