Your-Surveys does pay out a lot, it has a ok qualification rate, but sometimes it lowers my quality score for no reason. Like today, I was doing a Your-Surveys survey and then it lowered my quality score for answering the question CORRECTLY. And then it said "You failed a trap answer question!" which it was just asking me my company's annual renevue with no specific instructions in the questions.. Other then that Your-Surveys is an ok service. And another thing I hate. It's not really optimized for mobile and when you click next it takes upwards of 2-10 seconds to load the next question! Should be quicker! And sometimes it will show a 500 internal error when the surveys completed on the ptrack1 website (the tracker for the survey) Its pretty poor in lots of ways but it is a bit good.

Horrible customer service! So far the worst. It takes them sometimes even 2 weeks to respond! I am taking so much time and efort to do their surveys and respond honestly but half of time at the very end of survey it just takes me to an eror page and i dont get a reward! And that is not all they lower my quality score for no reason and accuse me of failing trap questions but all i do is just answer honestly. I wish I could give them 0 star, this is not a way to treat us!

If you are rating this five stars, then you are one of their favorites or you're skimming them to get high-paying surveys. You WON'T make a lot from them, if you are engaging in the former.

They blocked me for making too much money from their surveys. My quality score is a 480. I logged in today, blocked. Yesterday I had several high paying surveys which attributed to this which is not my fault. They are so quick to ban people for no reason at all. It’s frustrating, and fraudulent. Thanks YS!

Horrible Company. I have used them for years without issue and then in the past few years, they have randomly blocked my account claiming that I use a proxy. When I have explained I do not, they proceed to keep it blocked until eventually it becomes unblocked, but I always end up with the same rep who is extremely rude.

These people will never go under they are far to dishonest and far to clever for any of us. So many of their surveys that does not route back to the site that you have done it for and broken links and all this yet they still get the money that is for sure but we do not. It is just us we do not get the rewards. And yes they close tickets and claim that you already have a ticket open for that reason even if you do not. The quality score system is something that only they understand . Then it is -20 then it is -2 then minus 15 and so forth. They don"t even have enough respect for us to have a date next to things so that we can actually see when we did something wrong on an expiry date. What is that suppose to tell us. How can we learn something and do better if we do not get a better picture of what they are doing to us. Nope they just do as they feel . I promise i have tried so hard but i just build up some hope to see my score go up and then i just blink and it is all gone. How bad for them to also let our positive score expire. Who can be so hard up and so bad to others. I can understand that you get punished for doing bad in their eyes but to let our positive score also expire you have no chance of ever getting your score back up. Why not allow the positive score to go up as you work and stay and then yes if it has to be deduct the negative score of that. No, not here they punish you if you bad and they punish you even if you are good. The surveys are also getting longer and longer and they pay you almost nothing. The surveys have so many quality questions and catch out questions that soon they will be as long as from here to the moon. This company does not give one any encouragement to do something for them they are far to selfish and greedy. Shame on you Your surveys. I have been doing surveys for 18 years but you are getting worse and worse every day. Treating us worse and worse every single day. Where will you be if we did not do your surveys . It is because of all of us doing your surveys that you still have a salary and a job and a company. When your side of things goes wrong even if we completed a survey in full you never take responsibility for that but if we do wrong there is no escape for us. I hope that you do not have to sit on the other side of karma one day.
Here is only one of their mistakes and bad surveys questions, there are many more but this is the only example i have at hand right now. Also just like this does not work well and is a mistake who has the power of taking something from them to dare making a mistake. No they far to perfect for that. Well i have news for them the main reason we often make mistakes is because we are human and humans make mistakes. They want us to take our time doing these surveys but i cannot concentrate well if i have to slow down. I have to work fast and be efficient since i have slowed down i am getting more things wrong than ever before. When i start pondering over things i really cannot concentrate,

The other thing i would like to mention is that there are some surveys that are constructed in such a way that once you click on a choice it simply moves on to the next page instead of you yourself clicking on next. Here a lot of times you can greet your quality score good bye. We all click on things and in this way you have no time or chance to correct your choice before clicking next as it just goes to the next page all by itself.I can write a lot more but i do not see the point.

They blocked me from the 1st minute that I joined and said nothing.
I issued a ticket asking why and they answer that I have used proxy which I totally don't know what they are talking about.
After that they have not provided any solution and now I have to wait for a week asking them how to fix the damn problem.
Useless customer service, rubbish website.
Don't waste your time on this bad company.

The worst survey site ever. The support doesn't help you at all, but just copy pastes the same answer to every single question. They give you reversals for no reason, when I have contributed greatly to researchers and have always put in consistent answers. I've lost at least 30 hours from this site, and had gotten nothing.
Run away from them like as they're robbers and crooks out to get you, which they, of course, are.

this keeping scores is a ripoff, a hassles or a gimmick, but even if you do not qualify for their surveys keeps knocking off points of your score regardless of it, how to avoid it i dont know but pop ups in different panels

This is the most scammy site I know, NEVER USE THIS! You fill in an survey of 20 minutes and on the last question they say this is not a match.

Same problems as everyone else. Very bad customer service. Also, about 4 weeks ago I had 156 points but due to" inattention and/or filling in multiple surveys at once" this has now decreased to 85! I dispute the filling in several surveys at once but will admit to taking a survey while a second is loading so I don't know if they are picking up on this. However, I still loathe this site but get directed to it through other panels.
To add to this I have today been docked 26 points by this terrible site.
Avoid at all costs. I would give it 0 stars if possible

I started submitting tickets when I couldn't get surveys to load or credit. With a score of 112 (100 is the average - you get positive points for survey completions and negative points for failing QC checks) I am a qualified survey user. However, apparently they can't take any constructive feedback and blocked my account. When I reached out, they couldn't tell me the reason for blocking it to protect their survey partners. Not only is it nearly impossible to be successful to earn by completing surveys but the website just decides whenever they feel to block users. They will be going out of business at this rate. Read the other reviews, it's a scam!

System glitch that takes away 20 quality points. It claims inconsistent information given, but I hadn't entered anything. Talked to people on FB group and discovered 5 other people this happened to, one got dinged twice. Sent in a ticket, which was ignored. No recourse.

Banned for no reason. I filed a ticket and they unbanned me but 5 minutes later they banned me again! Not even worth the fight anymore because this is one of the sleaziest survey sites out there!

Wish I could give no stars. I mainly do their surveys via other sites. This week alone, on 8 different surveys, I have completed the final page, only to be met with a ''survey error' stating that they are experiencing technical difficulties. These difficulties mean that they get completed surveys but are unable to pay out for them. Crooks and scammers.

I hate this company. Trashy surveys that take forever to finish and always gets disqualified. I was at 100 quality points just 3 days ago, and now I'm at 65!! I lost 30 because I 'failed a trap question' but they literally asked me what beverages did I drink in the last four weeks, and I said coffee, tea, water, juice, soda, and beer (I'm 19 and living in Canada) and then they claimed "I failed a trap question" like what the frick man what's wrong with you. These people are scams and horrible people I hate this company.
