It's just one of those companies, that try to scam you all the time. Don't waste your time with this.

Very fishy Company!
They offer low prices and people fall for it! As I did too!
I have opted for Fiber optic internet connection for 36 euro/month!
It worked fine for 2 months!
Now since August I have problem of internet which suddenly stops working, can not open any webpage or app get it working on my mobile or while gaming online continuously gets lag because of the bad internet connection. As I am the only one using the internet connection home still have this issue. Tried to reset the modem and everything still problem is there.
calling customer service is another problem!
Nobody answers your call even if you wait more than 20-30 min on the phone! (Yes I did wait that long)!
ON email one person always answers with saying please contact our customer service! Yeah I will call but they should pick up the call first!
I am really really disappointed with the service and these people do not take it seriously. Only way to cancel the internet contract is via Email in writing!
But for that they are also not answering anything!

This company is a bad joke. THIEVES is what they are on that company.
They sent an SMS one week late saying I was out of internet data. By that time, they had already charged me 70€ for 700 extra megabytes.
On the small letter, they say it's your responsibility to check all the time the webpage not to go over. And the wepage has a two days delay showing the information! To put a limit on the internet, they make you pay extra money per month. In fact, they want the complains by letter, and if you send too many letters they will charge you extra administrative costs (all written in the contract - which has not even the detail to include an English translation). If they hadn't had enough fun with the client, on that same contract they state that if they ignore the written complains you should write an additional complain complaining about they ignoring you. And of course, after making the contract they will charge you extra if you try to leave. So yeah, I´ll have fun now the next months cheching every day not to reach 80% of the data, so they don't take advantage again and keep abusing with their policies.

PLEASE, DO NOT SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. Is the third time they charged me over 100 (when it should be 10). I have been out of the netherlands for a month but I did NOT!! make ANY CALLS/MESSAGE or use ANY MOBILE DATA, and I still have such high bill, I really just want to get OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE

Im really happy with youfone. The service is always great and never had any problems. The app is really easy to use and very clear.
The only thing I would like to have as an option, is family use of minutes, texts and 4G. So I can share these with the rest of my family, who also have a contract with you.

Have youfone for a month now. The internet is great. Has worked for me in tunnels too. The calling and customer service is good. It sometimes resets and takes a while to come back especially crossing borders but overall great experience.

Clearly the worst phone company I have ever had the disgrace to deal with. As many other people state, the company just is set up to rob you as much money as they can. They misinform you so you incur in out-of-bundle data usage without being aware of the consequences or how to avoid further payments. The company sends you a text when you have already spent 1Gb out off your data allowance, which is almost 100 euros. If they can send you a text, they can do it on the spot when you reach your limit, they are cleary just abusing customers.
I then reaised a complaint via email with their support team. They reply to my emails repeating the same things again and again, not addressing my complaint or my arguments, and clearly with rudeness and a very bad attitude.
The only solution that I see on how to deal with this company is, first of all, just don't get involved with them and use a different company; second, open a formal complaint through consumentenbond; third, cancel the contract and just go to a different distributor.

Awful company, don't explain anything to new customers and suddenly block your mobile internet without letting you know why. A customers service without empathy. And a huge bill because 1 mb outside the bundel cost around 6600% of 1mb within the bundel. But of course they will not mention that.

You get loads of data for a good price and it is very reliable, have not had one problem. However, Youfone could improve on their MyYoufone app, it just does not look appealing and should be a easier overview of how many data you have left.
