Worst Customer Service ever
I called everyday for two hours and no one answers, my 3 other housemates did the same but today was the first day that we have been contacted back after 2-3 weeks without internet. When they called the customer service representative said "we have a lot of customers" that is why we can't help. I wish we never switched to this internet provider because it is the worst I have had.
Hopefully I can cancel this and never have to deal with them again.

This company is like a joke for client's services, after waiting 35 minutes on call, somebody is replying that will forward your call to another department. it looks like there are 4 departments with one employee each, please avoid it....

Horrible service, got a new internet contract the starting date was two days ago and still no internet. They can't be reached by phone (waited for more than 1 hour!) All-in-all, it's a budget provider who tries to lure you with cheap prices but then don't deliver neither can't be reached! Don't use Youfone!

The prices are great, connection stable. However, as soon as one of my apps accidentally went over the cellular data limit downloading bunch of stuff overnight, the company charged me 60 euros without any will to understand the exceptional circumstances of my mistake and to reimburse for it. Very inhumane and predatory approach from my point of view. Now I pay extra for an extra service which automatically stops the data usage if the limit is achieved.

Crooked provider, avoid.
Do not trust them.
I have been charged 210€ for a bundle listed 10€ on the website. When confronted to the misleading advertisement and the absence of justification for this price despite all reasons, they went silent and transferred my request to a debt collector.
PS: for Sven, I did and they went silent. Then they hired a debt collector, I contacted them again to ask what the heck, they told me that now that they gave everything to the debt collector they could not access the invoices anymore and I should solve this issue with them. Which at this point is only possible by paying or going to court...

For any international person subscribing to youfone, read this.
It is super cheap and offers you what you need, but they NEVER highlight the importance of the data ceiling. They will tell you when you use 80% of the data, but they do NOT announce you when you use 100%.
Only AFTER they charge you €100!, they announce that they will block your data.
They suggest you put data ceiling AFTER you have been blocked from data and will promise you a trivial compensation around €10.
READ the contract!
UPDATE: The sum I have been promised is not even provided. I have been charged the original sum.
UPDATE2: I am leaving this provider. No answer regarding the discount. They are not reachable at all.

I understand there are some people with bad experiences towards Youfone.
I am now a few years a costumer and can't really say I had any problems so far. Connection in The Netherlands is great and didn't have any mayor problems so far.

EDIT FOR YOUFONE CUSTOMER SERVICE: SEVERAL MAILS HAVE BEEN SENT AND NO ANSWER RECEIVED. CUSTOMER ID IS: 1019333523. We
had via e-Mail canceled our contract w.e.f 02.09.2020 to make sure that it is being cancelled on time. At the same time we had asked if we can pay the remaining balance amount in one go to make it easier for us. Youfone said that this is possible and it would cost 25 Euro administration costs. They send us an invoice for the period of 01.04. - 02.09.2020 about 222 Euro.
After having paid the full amount of 222 Euro for the whole period we sent them the screenshot of the transaction and reminded them specifically in writing that the contract should only be terminated on the last day of the contract (02.09.2020) .
Today in the morning when we wanted to use the internet we noticed that it has not been working and called customer care. They told us that it has been canceled upon our request because we paid the full amount. When asking them to reactivate it as there must have been a misunderstanding they said that it’s not possible anymore. They acknowledged that the customer service representative has passed on the contract end date as of 02.09.2020, but the department in charge neglected this and terminated it with immediate effect. On my asking whether I could talk to the department in charge they said it’s not possible. They said that they understand that I am frustrated but “that’s how it works”. So we paid 222 Euro for 5 months of internet which they are not providing us with anymore.
They said we have to sign a new contract and even on doing that no refund / discount would be given. It’s a fraud! Stay away!

Worst mobile company ever, they charged me over 100 euros for extra costs that according to my phone, never happened. Also, they charged me for a call I received from another country even though I did not pick it up to avoid extra costs. When I contacted the client service, the answer was poor and without further explanations, just stating that I exceeded my bundle (which according to the measures of my phone, never happened). The never offered a payment agreement for the 100 euros, and at the moment I have no income due to the current crises, so they blocked my Simcard and now they are charging me more money to re-establish it. I consider these two months I have with them a waste of a lot of money and an extremely poor experience with the client service.

I order my TV and internet package from Youfone (via Easynuts) on the 13th of Januray and this took 4 weeks to arrive.
When it arrived (6th of February) I was installing it when I realised the appartment that I am currently renting does't have the phone line connection.
Since the activation date of the package was in 3 days I contacted Youfone to inform them that is impossible for me to install the package and asked if I could cancel it.
The answer was that I have to pay the full amount for all year contract (€438,16) because my 14 days of reconsider/cancellation period have ended already in January.
I asked if this 14 days should not be counting from the date I receive the product or the date I start using the service and the answer was "No, it starts from the moment that you place your order!".
How can this be possible?! I had to wait 4 weeks for the Youfone package to arrive and then I can't use it and I have to pay €438,16?!
ADVISE: PLEASE NEVER request a TV and internet package from Youfone!!!!
If you have problems you will have to pay in full for a service even if you cannot use it!
With other provider (ZIGGO) the TV and internet package arrived within 3 days after I ordered it and it was easily installed using a coaxial cable.

I would give YouFone a ZERO if it was possible.
The website experience is terrible and customer service is rude and hopeless.
I signed up and cancelled on the same day.
Even though it says you have a bad experience with them you get your money back, they still charge you and never get in contact to resolve the situation.

Had to wait for more than a month to get a guy come over and fix the internet.
After fixing the modem, the internet still does not work.
Tried to call Youfone, it takes a lot of waiting time to get them on phone and the reply I got is that the issue is with KPN and hence I need to keep on waiting (maybe a year) to get this fixed.
HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!

Very fishy Company!
They offer low prices and people fall for it! As I did too!
I have opted for Fiber optic internet connection for 36 euro/month!
Now,
It worked fine for 2 months!
Now since August I have problem of internet which suddenly stops working, can not open any webpage or app get it working on my mobile or while gaming online continuously gets lag because of the bad internet connection. As I am the only one using the internet connection home still have this issue. Tried to reset the modem and everything still problem is there.
calling customer service is another problem!
Nobody answers your call even if you wait more than 20-30 min on the phone! (Yes I did wait that long)!
ON email one person always answers with saying please contact our customer service! Yeah I will call but they should pick up the call first!
I am really really disappointed with the service and these people do not take it seriously. Only way to cancel the internet contract is via Email in writing!
But for that they are also not answering anything!
