The worst service ever seen from a online shop. After requesting to return a few parts I needed at least 20 mails to receive the opportunity to return. Now the company only refunded half the money argueing they received not all parts though the package was intact (as data from UPS state).
This shop is a risk for your money - never more!

Customer service of the webshop is useless. I ordered some items and paid for them with a mastercard. I received an order confirmation saying that I will receive an email when the items are shipped. I waited for a week without hearing anything, then I contacted the customer service. Turned out they had cancelled the order, because their system didn't consider the transaction secure?? I was not notified of this, and also, the customer service made no efforts to correct the mistake. Ordering from Yamamay is a gamble, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I have ordered a silk night shorts and top. I was delighted but wore 3 nights the shorts and they totally broke apart. I made a complaint and just received an automatic customer service reply with their return policy! I couldn’t even waste my energy after I wasted my money! So angry at all these apparently decent shops that sell us lowest quality products produced for few cents in Asia!

I thought that such a big brand, would have a proper online shopping experience, however, one more time I was ended up disappointed. Everything until checkout was great, they even have integrated Amazon Pay, which I used to checkout. Yet, after completing the payment various problems started emerging. Firstly, confirmation emails -even after I had marked them as safe- continued end up into the junk folder of hotmail, which means that many people marked them as spam in the past. Secondly, the order arrived (in less than 2 days, which was indeed impressive) with one item missing. Thirdly, after trying to contact their customer support via a form on the website (which is the only way that you can contact them) and on Facebook, I only got a reply a day later, saying that they will reply to me “as soon as possible”. It’s the second day since then and I have received to further response. I’m now waiting the 14-days period to end, so that I can submit an Amazon A-to-Z claim. To sup it up, if you shop from this site, be aware that if something goes wrong there is no customer support that will respond to you in a reasonable time bracket.

They are total scammers.
I have ordered 3 briefs under a "3-for-2" offer (so, a 33% discount), then the store decided not to send one of the 3 (btw the most expensive one) and when I asked them for a refund and send the item, they said that it was free - something that it is outrageous! So, in the end, I paid more for the rest of the 2 items in comparison to buying them alone (because they took out the most expensive one).
When you get an offer, you get an offer. They didn't add the product on top of everything else I bought, it was one of the 3 that I have selected. I just want a refund or the item I order, is that the fair thing to do?
Worst experience ever have had online.
