I only ever write reviews after I have proof of my review and only if I feel I have had above standard experience or poor.
in this case it is very poor.
1) so at signing up we opted for 2 users (for testing) monthly subscription. we went through the proceedures and started our trial. On looking at my invoice they charged me 12 months up front (1500£ ?? I went into the term and billing and this is what it reads "Thank you for your payment dated the 1st of the 1st 1970" ????
2) whilst testing we deleted one user and the added a different user. it decided that it would charge me for another user £571.
3) when you make a template, you can not remove it ???
4) items in the instruction/help pages are outdated and not as per the GUI of the program.
5) this is the most glitchy, poorly written (I assume) worst software I have used.

We used to use other helpdesk software and they were pretty good but still had to tab between browser windows to get some order info when customers were sending in queries.
Some really clever features that makes it pretty smooth, my team now answer 99% of queries in one place ... no more tabbing !
Started selling in Spain this year and the auto translate means we havent had to hire a spanish speaker which makes the boss happy.

Xsellco's eDesk service itself is full of bugs and has loading issues at the best of times. Their after sale support is abysmal, to say the least. Better off looking for an alternative.

Not possible to remove payment details from account settings, they need to do this for you. I asked for this, and had it confirmed twice over live chat before the next payment was due out that my account was being cancelled. Tried to call them and just had constant errors trying to connect. My account was cancelled, but the next payment still came out. I should have cancelled direct debit manually. I won't make that mistake again! Jokers!

We have been using eDesk for the past few months and I honestly cant say enough good things about it. So easy to set up and the support from the team has been great. If you're looking for an easy to use, cost effective Helpdesk, then this is it. Its paying for itself with the time it saves us!

Overpriced, terrible customer service and continued billing after canceling. My card expired and I let my account cancel, and for months it was canceled. Suddenly Xsellco contacts my CC and gets my new CC number and starts charging that. They repeatedly told me I was lying, that they do not have access to my new CC number then finally after multiple emails they admitted their "processor" does this. That is an unacceptable way to do business.
UPDATE: Xselco decided to report my review instead of reaching out to me as a customer. Had they simply contacted me personally and apologized I would have removed this review. But when customer service argues with me, calls me a liar and tells me I am wrong that is just unacceptable.

They did an incompetent job setting up my account and when I called them out on it they offered me no compensation. When I say incompetent I mean they almost got me banned and set up the system where my follow up emails were not being sent out.

Basic and overpriced.
It does save some time when handling and automating email replies but it does have a lot of bugs and some unnecessary features. One day someone will design a well thought out email customer service management platform but this is definitely not it.

Upon an initial glance, Xsellco seems like the perfect all-in software for any online seller. We set up an initial meeting and were shown a demo account and all looked great.
We later signed up to a package to include Helpdesk/Messages and Feedback plan. Although we have thousands of orders luckily we requested the smallest package to start with.
Logging in to the Xsellco website - There was a lot going on. There is no way one can benefit from all their features without being trained. We were told we would have a one on one demo training - it did not happen.
We were told to check their website for videos - the videos do not work.
After almost three months - it being the Christmas period which was busy we realised we had not received the training and we were not taught how to use the platform. We emailed requesting a refund, after many emails backwards and forwards we were told an Alan did indeed reach out to train us - No time or date was provided - No one had reached out.
It is very apparent to Xsellco that we did not use their platform however no refund was offered whatsoever - they would rather hold on to two months of payments from someone who very clearly did not have training and did not use their software due to it, than offer a refund and training and keep a customer for years to come - silly business setup - very unprofessional.
Having dug into their system there are quite a few flaws too. I have seen many others complaining so probably best to steer clear.
I will be uploading a video to Youtube towards end of Jan ( called ''Xsellco Case Study Review & Demo By An Amazon/Ebay/Woocommerce & Shopify Seller'') showing exactly what you would see when you logged in, how their help videos do not work, email support messages showing the customer support team's service and a review of other software I have since been introduced to.
I would 100% not recommend this company now for the long run. I do not believe they will last long with their current set up and pricing. I would call them extremely greedy in their handling of billing, fees and monthly costs.
I will try to edit this review once my YouTube video is complete and uploaded and attach a link. Steer clear - Do not fall for the techy stuff which is indeed tempting. Remember your business needs a company who can offer good customer support and service and not frustrate the living day out of you prompting you to make a review video and write an essay of a review about them. I imagine there will be a comment below in a couple of days saying how they did try reach out to train us as I was told by a Donal in emails. I have no proof of this and regardless we have not received training and have not used the system.
Since this company essentially offers a service - we may be able to dispute the charge based on the fact we did not receive the service. If anyone else is experiencing this issue with Xsellco - I will update on that end too.

Beware of xSellco!!! Two months they got my money and sure me that my customers receive my e-mails. Finally, after 12-15 calls and e-mails they found mistake: no connection between their site and my account on Amazon. 30% of e-mails were not deliverable. But most important: THEY DON'T KNOW THAT AMAZON DELETE E-MAILS AND LINKS IN E-MAILS.
THUS E-MAILS TO CUSTOMERS ARE USELESS!!! They brought big losses to my company. BEWARE OF XSELLCO!! My cell +1 513-293-6856

I like how intuitive XSellco is!
XSellco makes it easy even for non-techie people like myself to view customer service messages from Facebook, Amazon, website in one page. This enables me to respond to each message as they come without having to flip through countless windows. The Note feature for each ticket also allows for easier, more focused communication with teammates.
Kudos as well to their responsive support! A special shout out to Lorna and James who helped resolve my concerns quickly.
I'll gladly up-star this to 5 once the 'Attach an order' feature is fully in place! Thanks XSellco!
