I got had - can't believe I'm such a d!ck. Went for the Bailey Button as thought was getting bargain.
The offer refund @ 15% recduction if there is genuinely something wrong with them (is the fact they're complete fake peices of [email protected] not wrong enough?!). By time I've sent them back it will cost me £30, so may as well keep them & stick them in Charity shop

Got a pair of bailey button Ugg boots as a present for someone from xilitrade.com and was embarrased even giving it to them because for 1. the box they came in was in a right old state. 2. the stitching on the boots was very badly done. I compared them to a genuine pair that my friend bought from ASOS.com. 3. I contacted [email protected] the actual genuine site and they had thi to say about them -

i done alot of research before finally going for xilitrade, i wanted a pair of uggs at a bargain price but still to be genuine, i agree they are not the bext company with there customer services, and when the money changes from £s to $s i was worried but still went ahead and although you pay an extra £4 for customs which they don't tell you the boots are still at a great price. i received an email bout 4days after placing the order just to confirm my order was being processed and that i would receive another in a few days once they are dispatched. i did receive the email along with the tracking code and they took around a week to arrive, i thought straight away they were genuine but to double check i took them to my local high st shop that stocks them to compare...exactly the same but the extra £85 price tag!! ill be ordering another pair soon. the only down side is the comms with the company but long as they arrive i don't care about that. so if you are looking for genuine then this company offers just that at good prices!!

I ordered two pairs of boots from this website, reached the Checkout and was suddenly confronted with £ Sterling prices being converted to $ (no indication of which country's $ currency) with no prior warning of this about to happpen. I have tried to cancel this order, as the sudden currency conversion made me think something wasn't quite right, but haven't had a response from Xilitrade.com as yet. I've since got in touch with the genuine makers of Ugg Australia Boots and they are pretty sure it is a site selling fake Ugg boots. Beware!
