Never again would I purchase anything from them. They make returns really hard and they don’t even care to make it easiest for you either. Save your money and a headache and shop somewhere else!

They sent me dirty damaged shoes,one pair was completely the wrong color. The dress was poorly made, almost transparent, and appears to have been worn. Customer service just sends automated response about how they can't issues a refund. Then I can't even return the dirty inside out dress they sent me.

I ordered a product almost a month ago and it never came. I had to buy another dress from amazon to arrive in time for an event. They have refused to refund me my money since they claim the delivery was successful, and now they have completely ignored me for almost a week.

This company practices a Completely fraudulent business model. A fraudulent charge was placed on my account from this company (I.E. an online order I did not make) in the form of a significant amount. My financial institution instructed me to contact Fashion Nova directly to resolve the issue while the transaction was "pending." The company refused to void or even investigate the transaction , and I was hung up on twice while attempting to resolve the issue. Fashion Nova told me to "refuse the packages for a store credit." Fun fact, the packages are not even going to my address. Definitely a predatory company.

If you buy something , you have to pay to return it. I paid $8 to return $30 pants and besides that they give it to you in a “store credit” which I don’t want because they are not true to size. Also, items seem of poor quality. I would not recommend you buying. Save your time and money. I ordered twice the same product. All I wanted was to exchange and got charged for exchanging an item that I wanted for a smaller size.

Not happy with customer service 😔. If I had known that they do not have order cancellations I would have never ordered from them. Sometimes life happens and you have to cxl and order but I guess that doesn’t exist. I accepted my purchase and said I will ship everything back, I will wait but there is no refund 😔, the refund goes to store credit only. I could not believe this. So I guess I have to part ways with this company. I love it but I just can’t deal with that 😩.

I am a new user to Fashion Nova. Of course I loved it at first, seems like the new cardi B and boxing promotions have caused their prices to Skyrocket! Even with 30 and 40% off the quality of clothes is not worth it. and of course there's always fine print to everything. and when you call to question at it's always your fault. Final sales are not labeled until you receive them. 50% off is not really 50%. No reason any of their clothes should be more than $20 aside from dresses, possibly. Customer service is horrible. You always get a different policy from whoever you speak with. it's like each customer service rep makes their own rules as they go.. Think I'm going to start recording our conversations.

horrible customer service. you would think an ig brand that is as popular as FN would have good customer service and client relations. they don't care enough to check your items they send you to make sure that it is OK. and don't even think about contacting them after you purchase to adjust, make changes or get refunds. even if its their fault.

I tried giving them chance after chance but fashionnova is just overrated and overprice. Their clothes are sooo poor quality, like something you would get from wish. I bought a t shirt and i felt like i got scammed because the material was so thin I feel like it would fall apart after 3 washes. The print on the shirt was nothing like the picture on the website. I also bought another skort and they somehow managed to make it uneven. Bad quality.

Purchase a bunch of stuff online paid for overnight and Saturday delivery because of an event. My stuff didnt come until 6 days later. I contacted customer and spoke to multiple staff members showing them proof of shipping and proof of when I recieved it. I also contacted ups who confirmed that fashion nova did not include Saturday delievery. Over a number of emails all of this evidence was proven to fashion nova showing them there error. To top it off my order also included incorrect sizes where I had to pay to have it exchanged. All i asked was for a refund of my shipping which was 20$. They not only fought with me over and over dispite the proof I gave them they refused to pay for shipping for my exchange and refused to refund my 20$ shipping I didnt recieve. After years where I have purchased thousands of dollars of stuff from them all I wanted was to be treated fairly. I am so disappointed at how keeping that 20$ shipping was more important than keeping a customer who has wasted so much money on there company. I will NEVER shop with fashion nova again.

The first problem with Fashion Nova is that their sizing is very disproportionate. I had seen reviews on this particular dress (Sparks Between Us) stating that some sections fit perfectly while another section was too tight. I decided to give the benefit of a doubt. I purchased the dress. And of course, I had to suffer the consequences of my REGULAR SIZE IN EVERY OTHER BRAND being too small. Typical. This is why we shouldn’t shop online, kids. The same thing happened with a sequin jumpsuit I had purchased not long after. Problem number two is that when I emailed customer service, every time I was responded with the generic FAQ and ‘Helpful Tips’ that I had obviously already tried. I had to go back again and again stating that I had already taken these steps and was unsuccessful. And every time I was greeted with an insensitive email that was not thought out and clearly showed that no one had actually pulled apart my concerns and responded appropriately. And the most concerning issue is that they have actually disabled bad reviews from their website and social media sites so no one can see them. Very dishonest of any company to do. Fashion Nova is incredibly disappointing and there are plenty of product review videos on YouTube that relate to my concerns.

Tips for shopping with fashion nova THERE IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL to talk to an actual person I call them a few times a month. Im always recieving damaged items. 18008660286 There is always a 30 percent off code available for the entire site. Never pay full price. Right now its fnfit30 it changes sometimes but the site always has a 30 off code. Call CUSTOMER service if u dont know it 1. As soon as you receive your package look over the stitching along all your clothing to make sure there are no holes or damage if you do find damage report it right away you cannot get a gift card back if you don't report it before two days 2. Take pictures of the damage and send an email with the description of the damage the order number and don't forget to state that the item is new unworn and unwashed send the email and then call the customer service number to tell them you received a damaged item and you've already sent an email over with the information 3. Never let them tell you you have to send a damaged item back that is not the policy if someone says that you can argue or hang up and call back the second person you talk to usually knows the policy and we'll tell you to keep the item and that it gift card is on its way to you. 4. the only thing that they can request you send back is an item that is more than $50 in the case that you need to return something damaged they are responsible for sending you a return label this is new so make sure that you remind them to send you the return label so you don't have to pay for return shipping since it's their fault they sent a damaged item. maybe the item is too small or too big in that case you may have to pay for shipping yourself but keep in mind if the item is damaged in any way a little hole or anyting they are responsible for return shipping if the item costed over 50. 5. On materials if you order something acrylic it's always going to be oversized normally with bottoms I'm a size 9 or a large in fashion Nova but with acrylic sets or sweater sets anything with acrylic in it you definitely want to size down I'm a small and extra small in acrylic.. In rigid denim u always want to size up 2 or 1 sizes. 6. People plz remember always read the reviews under the item you want.. They will usually give hints as to quality and sizing. If there are no reviews u just have to guess or wait untill there are reviews. In jackets i always buy a large. Im 5 ft 6 150pds 36dd Hope this helps I know all this because my whole closet is fashion nova. I know they suck sometimes but i love the styles.

AWFUL LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a Halloween costume online with the ad "Buy one get one free". My order was placed only to find out two days later that the costume I really needed was out of stock and the second one that was free has shipped. The problem is, had they notified me that my costume was not in stock, I would have asked to cancel the whole thing because the free costume was not not needed. Since it has shipped, I am liable to pay for partial of the costume and have to find myself another costume elsewhere. The customer service was super awful and bad. I talked to several stupid asses. One hung up after I asked for a supervisor and the other said there was no supervisor on hand. I was also promised to get a call back. No they just lie, lie, lie, and repeat the return policy like a machine. I understand their policy, but this is definitely the company's error. They did not have my item in stock, they ship partial and I am liable for it. If I return a costume, I may be liable for 50% restocking fee. WTF. You suck ass and I will make sure to keep posting bad reviews.

I have been purchasing items from Fashion Nova since the very beginning. Never had an issue until September 2019. I ordered a dress and a few bodysuits for an event. When the clothing arrived they smelled like paint thinner, fish, and vinegar. I sent an email to customer service and they asked me to send a picture of the items. I was thinking it's weird since you can't smell them through a picture. They then sent me an E-gift card to replace the items. Well I received my replacement September 30, 2019 and it's the same smell but even stronger. I can't wear these clothes smelling toxic. I reached out to customer service again and was told they can't return my money. I read the policy, however, all the clothes that are being sent smell. There should be an exception made. They have just lost a pretty loyal costumer.
