A month later I still have not received my Christmas cards or a response to my email. There is no contact number listed for them. This is what I get for taking the cheap route this year. Vistaprint had my order to me every year within a week after ordering.

I lost so many pictures because of how they handled the change in ownership. I was stupid and only uploaded pics to this site. Now I use a few different companies just in case this ever happens again. I had two my sons newborn pics on there and they are now gone forever. And I did not get a warning ahead of time that that was even a possibility. Also did not receive an apology or an attempt to recover them. I do not recommend them at all.

Completely ridiculous that this company can change ownership and delete everyones priceless pictures. I will never use this company again. It is completely unacceptable the way they handled the changing of ownership and ruining priceless memories for so many of us.

I spent a lot of time customized items, totalling to around $200 because of their 60% off at the moment (would NEVER pay for their normal insane prices) then get to check out assuming free since over $200 order and it says $100 ground shipping... ridiculous. I contacted them asking for a discount and they said nope.

I had uploaded thousands of photos over a 15 year period. Then found out after an absence in scrap booking that they were no longer there! When I contacted Winkflash they said they got bought out and something went wrong and they lost lots of customers photos in the transaction...how could this happen??? My kids photos and births a the hospital...all gone in a flash! I'm so sad and depressed I even contacted the owner of the company (there are two I believe) they said someone would get in touch with me then after that when nothing was done, I contacted him several times and was just ignored.

Shockingly this business does not have a phone number and they only replies to emails selectively. Don't expect any communication from them. And $11 ground shipping takes 3 weeks. Do they even print in US?

This was the first time I ordered a canvas so I was not familiar on how to create it. I sent in a photo not realizing that there were black spaces on the top and bottom of the photo. I emailed them to see if I could change it but my order had already shipped. There response time was excellent. They allowed me to send in another photo and sent me another canvas at no charge. I am very happy with the service and I highly recommend using this site!

I have ordered many many times from Winkflash.com. I'm very very happy with the quality. I'm also very happy with their quick response every time I have a question. I just recently ordered a huge collage canvas for my wall using my pictures that I downloaded on their site. Perfect quality. Great job

I had used winkflash previously to store my image files and create prints. Their prices seemed reasonable at the time, so that's why I chose them. One day I go to log into my account and my account no longer exists; my files no longer exist. My trip to Europe, my brothers trip to South America, all of it gone. It's awful! How could they do this without notifying me? I never received an email. It's funny that Shutterfly promotes themselves as never deleting your images. I'll use Shutterfly from now on. I will never use Winkflash again.

I used to use Winkflash all the time, but quit when they went out of business. Now they're back under new ownership. Advertising 7-cent 4x6 photos. I went through the process of ordering 1,500. Shipping? $121.65. Scam artists.

Winkflash is a scam. In December we ordered a blanket as our mothers Christmas gift with old pictures.
They never sent the blanket, it's now end of March
They never answer phone , when I checked it's a google phone number!! Scam 264.99 lost

My son drew a picture and we had it printed on a woven blanket for my mom for Christmas. We got the order in really late and accepted that she'd get it around New Years, but somehow she's already received it only one week after we ordered it and way before Christmas! It looks exactly as expected and we are very happy with winkflash!

Experience with Winkflash NEW Winkflash!- in a word DON'T! It is NOTHING like the old winkflash!! Their website is just not great, and that's when it works. It is is riddled with issues for large orders!! (At least on IE and Chrome - you know the two most popular browser) They are either 1. incompetent or 2. too lazy to fix them. So their answer is Use Modzilla - Excuse me - you are a public internet company - you need to be able to work on at least the top 3 browsers. Let me Clear your cache without nottice AND Empty your cart and start over!! GREAT! Thanks I love that I have to spend 2 hours picking, sizing, cropping again!! For the third time.
Did that twice - only to find out their shipping rates are INSANE!! Hey winkflash have you ever looked into priority flat rate shipping - it costs me more to have them ship me 4x6 prints than it would for someone to ship me REAMS of PAPER! Are you kidding me!! 220 4x6 photos - $26.00 shipping! NOTE: All your competitors charge between 8-9 for the same amount of photos!
So I take everything but the 4X6's out of my cart - check out again - enter the FREE SHiiping code AND the shipping is still there - WHAT!! I look again - nothing of the other sizes are gone! (and I am still getting errors with each and everyone picture take out And after 4 hours going back and forth trying to help them - sending screen prints - THIS is what they are willing to do to "compensate" me -

I was never familiar with the old Winkflash, but I ordered a blanket from them recently for my mom and I was very pleased with the quality. I created a photo collage using their website and made the blanket purple, which is her favorite color, and it arrived without any issues. The image quality was surprisingly nice considering it was printed so large. When she saw it she was so shocked and amazed. I have since ordered prints, and I would say I am very happy with the service!
I am sad to see so many bad reviews. It looks like many of these reviews are from people that utilized the old website and services. I think Winkflash is a great printing website.

So I ordered photos from wink flash about 1.5 month ago and still haven't received them. customer service is terrible they have the same automated reply ....damn asses. And they send me a new order about 3.5 weeks ago (with no charge to me WOW - u lost my order in the first place stupid) and it still haven't arrived... so I wrote them an email and their response was to place another order and they will mail it to me.... seriously?????? will never ever recommend your company to anyone... bunch of idiots !!!!!!!

I had thousands of photographs stored on the original Winkflash. Then one day I simply could not log on. I contacted Winkflash and received a reply saying that there were new owners of this company & that I would have to re-register with new username & password BUT that ALL my thousands of photographs were deleted from the new company's servers. I cannot accept this and appeal to everyone else in the similar position to make this travesty known publicly, thru social networks & other channels. Thank you

Seriously worst customer service ever. I do not waste my time with writing reviews, but I had to write this one. I will make it short and sweet AWFUL website and AWFUL customer service. I have already been charged by them but apparently my order was never even successfully places. Go anywhere but here.

Terrible business - I warn my kids everyday that digital pictures loaded to the web "Never go away and will always bet there" I guess I should tell them that they can load them safely to Winkflash because they WILL make them go away. Not only that but they won't reach out to you to tell you that they were lost -
With today's technology this is unacceptable and terrible!

Uploaded 1700 photos of my wedding and honeymoon. Opted for Winkflash because a 12 x 12 100 page book was possible. Worked for several months selecting and editing photos, selecting layouts and inserting text. Got to about the 80th page and project would not open. Contacted support and the response was that if a photobook is loaded with mass photos, it will freeze. Support suggested that I start a new book at this point.. Really? There is no reason or incentive to choose Winkflash if I have to begin again. If Winkflash can not support. 12 x 12 book with 100 pages and the possible layouts have up to 9 photos each (=900 photos), then it should not even be a choice. Either limit the pages or the number of photos or both. I WASTED MONTHES! If you want a substandard business that offers mediocre products and services, you have found all that you desire. Go for it. I applaud your satisfaction with low expectations.

Winkflash susposedly lost at least 10 years of my photo's. My children's history. It was my solel link to my past as my long-term memory suffers. To top that off my children won't have photo's of their childhood. I'm sick about it. Winkflash did not give any notification or warning - shame on them!!! Another reviewer wrote, "they could just cry". Well, I am crying.
I recommend Shutterfly.

SOOOOOO many people with problems since this company was taken over by new "management". I've emailed and messaged with NO reply. I've had enough. File complaints with the Better Business Bureau. That's what I did. I hope someone files a class action lawsuit. I'd jump on that suit in a heartbeat!

Winkflash lost all of my photos - has no record of my past orders, photo books, or years worth of pictures of my daughter growing up and my husband who is now dead.
I guess this is the hard way to learn not to store anything you cherish online.
