If you order items that need to be delivered do it at your own risk. They companies they use do not know how to move heavy items. They will have the delivery reschedule 3 times claiming they will have more people help. They will damage your item and wreak your home. If you file a complaint the will just tell you after that the deliver person mentioned damages are not covered.

What Wayfair doesn't tell you is that they will charge you a return fee (shipping costs), even if the product has been misrepresented or is in poor shape upon arrival. They will assume no liability for faulty products, though they claim they do, so people will buy their products. They also leave the customer with no way to post a review after the return is initiated. Take caution. This is a company that clearly cares about its own bottom line and not at all about the customer.

I could write a book about me terrible experience with Wayfair. I am just going to says don't do business with them and safe everyone time and money. They will not return shipping money even when it was their fault. Worst customer support I have ever had.

I purchased a sofa and the price was reduced by $150 the following day. I called customer service and I was told they do not price match their own website and could not help me. That is why you go to a brick and mortar store as they would have gladly credited the price difference. Will not be ordering from them again as the merchandise is carried by other retailers at a similar price who provide better customer service.

I used them a few times. Once was great. Once was dreadful despite paying more for some quality white glove delivery BS. Once was mixed. Their products are decent but pricey. But the delivery is something you really need to be careful about because that's where things can and do go wrong. They'll pretend you weren't home and leave your sofa out on the curb or whatever even if you paid for inside delivery. Sorry, that's just Lazy!

I bought something from Wayfair based on a previous purchase of same thing, by clicking on my previous order. So I placed my order under the assumption that it would be the same product. Sadly it was not even close, and Wayfair will not honor a free return. Customer service rep was rude by repeating the same thing over and over again. They must be reading from scripts. I will never buy from them again.

They have a collection of good furniture, though the actual great quality stuff is quite pricey. The real problem is the delivery. They hire bottom of the barrel delivery firms to bring the couch or dresser to your house and more often than not can have some big problems. Once I paid for indoor delivery and they left my sofa on the curb next to garbage. Ugh, that was so frustrating. I'd begrudgingly use them again but it's a risk either way.

Great to know you can count on a few companies that provides great items, easy exchange or returns. Wayfair works well with us consumers. I have ordered many items from Wayfair, some damaged but, they quickly are happy to exchange or give you a full refund. They schedule pickups with free return. Happy Consumer!

I ordered a Lazy Boy from www.Wayfair.com and checked to make sure they model I had was in stock. I was told I would get delivery in a couple of weeks. When I did not receive delivery I checked the website and found my chair was on back order and would not be delivered for several months. www.Wayfair.com was not in the least accommodating or upset about this, but of course did give me a full refund. The absolute worst service I have ever received from an online merchant.

They don't seem to be bothered and moved by not delivering a complete product as advertised. However they happily charge you and let you wait for months until the missing bit is delivered (which still hasn't, in my case). Shame on you, extremely poor service, not customer oriented at all, zero effort to assist customer or speed the delivery up, or swap the item for what was supposed to be delivered. Not in the company's policy, as I've been told. Sad...

Place an order a month ago and cannot get a straight answer from their customer service as to where my order is. The site says it's shipped but tracking it through FedEx says a label has been created for it. One Customer Service rep told me my account said it was coming the next day, which it did not. I've shopped with them for a while now but recently the service has been sub par. This will be my last purchase on their site. Not worth the hassle and bad service.

Bought very expensive bath rugs. Initially very nice but within a month they began "shedding" the fibers tracking all over the house. I contacted customer support to find out how to change my review and warn shoppers to not buy these mats. Customer service gave me a "credit" for only one of the mats but declined my request for credit on the other two. So I'm out a significant amount of money for what turned out to be shoddy. I will not shop at this site again.

I never want to give a bad review but WAYFAIR is the worst company I ever ordered from. They are quick to take your money and then you get the run around between them and fed ex as to where your goods actually are. WF says shipped... Fed ex says havent
received the item from shipper. I don't expect I will see my (chairs) anytime soon. Their customer service is useless. Stick with Amazon.

After I made a purchase I tried to cancel based on reading a poor review. I never received a cancel email and they do not answer the phone. After they insisted on shipping we reversed the shipping back to Wayfair. I believed that if I didn't have the merchandise then I should not have to pay. Wrong. I used a credit card and even the bank sided with Wayfair since there is no record of my cancellation. I paid $200 for nothing.

After reading the bad reviews, I got pretty nervous about calling to request a replacement part that had come damaged. Despite a little bit of a wait, customer service was super quick and friendly and got a replacement part shipped out in the next two days. The chair was fairly low quality, but I paid a low price, so I can't really complain about that. Looks fine, just cheap materials. I'm sure the more expensive chairs are nicer. Anyway, thought it was worth leaving a good review about customer service since it seems they might be stepping it up!

Do not buy anything from Wayfair! My daughters headboard came with bedbugs. It is costing us $1,000.00 to fix the problem and Arin P from the customer advocacy team has stopped all communication and will not return my calls. I have been a customer for years and will never buys a thing from them again. Disgusting! I'll spare you the photo of the bugs!

Save yourself a head ache and go with any other company. Nothing ships on time from here and when you try to cancel the order the send you an email with a bogus tracking number and saying it has shipped when in fact only the label has been created and it's still in their warehouse. All this so you'll have to pay for return which in my case is $60! Why should I have to pay for a return when the item is still in your warehouse? Deleting my wayfair app and never using them again! Terrible customer service.

So I received wicker couch in 2 boxes took hours to put together bad instructions the cushions that came with couch super thin poor quality
Then wayfair lower the price online and did not do price match I ended up overpaying
I attempted to reach out to wayfair
They replied
Sorry for your inconvenience you can return at a $60 dollar charge!
Plus how the heck was I going to return after I put it together

Hate this company it's worst customer service. That sent all my package to the wrong address and was outside for a week being rained on. I spent hours waiting to talk to customer service to know resolve ask to speak to superviser they put me on hold even long then ask if they could call me back never called back. My Product does have all the part it suppose to have in the box. Do not order anything from them.

We've purchased a wardrobe cabinet, which was much overpriced, they were shipping it for over two months and after we've received it there was parts missing. We've called numerous times without a luck. They kept sending us to their website where we could not do anything. Finally I was able to chat with someone and of course they kept sending me same nothing worth links to their website, See picture below (right corner) of their respond to my complaining of customer service. Never again will order from them and will make sure that everyone I know will NEVER order from them as well.
