Be very careful before signing up with Waterlogic. We entered into a 3 year agreement with Waterlogic to supply our 50+ staff. The cooler did not meet my expectations - very slow flow, the water would run out and the cold water nozzle needed 2 hands to make it work. It wasn't until the second year I found out they had supplied a much smaller capacity unit and not the unit that was on our agreement. As there were no model numbers on the unit, it was not obvious we had the wrong unit.
I requested they remove it and they responded with various proposals that included another 3 year agreement. They also had the cheek to ask for a removal fee AND and an early exit fee. I had since found many more local, reputable and reasonably priced suppliers so rejected all their many offers. When they finally removed the unit, they didn't let us know they were coming as requested. This meant the transition wasn't coordinated and we were without filtered water till the new unit was installed. They also disconnected the unit in such a way as to make it more difficult for the new installation. I would use either Freshwater Filtration Systems or West Coast Water Filter Man - local, Australian owned, reasonably priced and good honest service. Is funny how the star ratings are all 1 or 5. Interesting ....

I work in a medical facility and have found the Waterlogic water cooler to be a fantastic asset to our business. It is always kept clean and our patients appreciate the filtered water as many have to sit and fill their bladders for the procedures that they are having down.

I have contacted these guys 6 times in the last week and have been told someone will call me back and NO ONE has. We have waited 2 WEEKS for someone to come out. This is really bad customer service . Your company chased us for maintenance and once booked in NO ONE has bothered to help us with our query just that someone will call us. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I find a lot of these reviews are unfair and made by disgruntled people. l was given T&Cs upfront, which I was happy to sign. Communication and service has always been fast and friendly! Absolutely love our Waterlogic machine.

Avoid at all costs. Took on the lease and the machine was installed incorrectly causing damage to other equipment asked repeatedly for the equipment to be serviced and fixed as it was leaking also causing damage to the point I said collect it as they were not holding up to consumer guarantees. They now want me to pay out the rest of my contract. Pathetic!!!!! Also they use PandaDoc so I can’t even see a copy of my lease agreement.

It is not possible to talk to anyone and even emails are not consistent information. I have been kind and calm was told something verbally and when I asked for phone recordings to be looked at was told this could not happen I had to have it in writing.
Asked repeatedly by email and phone for someone to contact me to solve a problem and this has still never happened.
This has saddened me to the point at 47 years old this is the first negative review I have ever written about anyone in my life. But I feel I have been given misleading information and been treated very poorly by this company. Very sad day for me, I am a kind caring person and even writing this makes me sad. They have also said they will be in touch shortly since early December. Even yesterday morning I asked someone to talk to me and the team was not available but would call me back in the afternoon. But no surprise 3 months later I am still waiting for my problem to be sorted and as I am refusing to pay for a service I did not receive they have sent to debt collectors and threatened to mark my ABN for 5 years so I have gone to consumer affairs as I have a perfect record and why should their poor customer service affect my perfect record. To make it easy my number for contact is 0438248172 if anyone would like to take class action against this company if they cant help us.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Read the terms and conditions very carefully as they will try and sting you when you want to leave. I tried to give 90 days notice to exit an agreement and was told i was locked in for another 12 MONTHS even though the original contract was signed back in 2012 under another company name. Very aggressive contract administration staff.

I had the same problems as the review below, contract rolled over without notice, they tried to tell me I had to give 12 months notice - however, automatic 'rollover' contracts are no longer allowed by consumer affairs and they finally let us out of our contract.
Service requests took forever to be fulfilled and they took months to collect the machine and then charged $300!

We have experienced prompt, friendly, expert and reliable service from Bryan. We love our clean, fresh water for the office and it is great knowing that Bryan is always easily contactable and happy to help out whenever needed.
Nice idea except we find it hard to connect the co2 bottle to the system
Always seems to have a problem and we go through a co2 bottle within one week..
Very annoying and no support
Great filtered water and great chilled filter water
But yeah reason for getting system was for carbonated water which is no longer available due to connection problems
