Customer service is a joke, seriously one of the worst experiences I have ever had!

A+ from me. I actually decided to try them after a Ted Talk I watched from a professor of the founders who passed up the opportunity to invest in them. I did everything completely online and tried on 5 pair before buying. I ended up getting 2 pair from them and they were shipped to me within days. I actually ordered them online before I even returned the "try at home" pair and they were shipped to me with my RX before I returned theirs. The glasses fit great and I haven't had any issues with them breaking, scratching or even getting loose from taking them on and off. I enjoyed the process. I never felt rushed or pressured or worried about my purchase.

It's not what it used to be.... The customer service in store is so so, and the progressive lenses I ordered just doesn't seem right.

Customer service took a while to get back to me but overall great glasses. I'd buy from them again but try to avoid the service team.

For me, convenience typically beats everything. If a product makes something i hate doing easier I will overlook many operational concerns. Was told that Warby Parker makes glasses easy so I went to the store and bought a pair of glasses. Was told 7 - 10 days. Checked my account repeatedly with no change of status. It simply said "received." After 10 days (today) I called them and they said that the model I selected was out of stock. I was then told they would be resupplying them within a few days and it would be another 5 days after that before they would be shipped. Simple supply information (like this) should have been expressed to me in the store at the time of purchase. If and when they arrive, I will have waited 20-ish days for a pair of glasses that I could have easily purchased from someone else and walked out wearing. When they arrive, I will be very critical of their operation, fit, etc. I am likely not going to use this product in the future.

It was Fun! I enjoyed getting my 5 pairs of frames to review at my home. I then picked out a pair and even though I loved them I had to exchange them for another pair for a better fit. That process was a "no questions asked" experience. They exchanged the glasses and I get my new pair this week. Great company and even better customer service. Their follow up was incredible. Thanks!

Amazing quality and value, excellent and responsive customer service. Better to go in store to try on, but I got a pair by looking at selection online (they do not have virtual try-on feature).

17 days after I ordered my first pair of glasses they still aren’t here- certainly beyond the 5-10 days I was told when I ordered them! Yikes. Not a great first impression, Finally arrived on the 22nd, glasses were ordered on the 4th!

I wish the glasses were even half as good as the marketing, user experience, and store design. Their innovation is not the product, but the "warby parker" effect. If you want nice glasses there are beautiful craftsman independent brands at high end boutiques around the world.

Oh my goodness I have only great things to say about Warby. They have the BEST customer service every single time! Whether it’s in store or over the phone. They’re so easy to contact. I broke a pair of glasses and within a week they had my same pair shipped to me brand new, prescription and all, at no charge to me! The Five Pair Home Try-On is so convenient and helpful and I had another wonderful experience with that. They put out great products that consumers are drawn to, but what sets them apart is their aim to serve the customer above and beyond.

is quite disappointing. Got different shipping info in store where I ordered. Again, different through the website! Lo and behold- different answer again through customer service chat! WHAT A MESS!!! #neveragain

Really good service and fairly good timing. Prices are not the best and not as good as Glassesusa and Eyebuydirect but not too bad. Customer service is friendly, helpful and responsive.

I needed my first pair of glasses and thought it would be awesome to use Warby Parker’s At Home Try On kit! It was super easy to pick the styles I wanted to try and I even found my perfect pair! Due to personal fault, I lost the shipping label for the box to be returned and then accidentally shipped it wrong so I had to call Warby Parker twice and they were super nice and dealt with all my problems like pros! The glasses themselves are amazing too!

Really good sunglasses which I got my daughter to buy whilst she was in the US ( I live in Australia). I bought 2 pairs and love them both. I accidentally cracked a lens on one pair and was looking to buy a replacement lens when my daughter was next in the US, just last month. “No”, says Warby Parker Customer Service, we will replace the entire pair of sunglasses free of charge!!
What wonderful service, and what fantastic sunglasses.
