Shocking. The preview they showed before the printing was nothing like the product received. They cut out half the information on leaflets we ordered and everything was several sizes smaller than desired.

I've previously ordered the item and I knew what to expect. Because I needed these cards rather urgently for a work transfer to hand out to my clients, I paid $19.99 for Express Shipping. Although my order was delivered before the estimated delivery date (actual delivery 9/28, estimated was 9/30), my order was shipped using USPS First Class Mail. That took 4 days and in reality would have cost under $10 at the post office. Had my order been shipped using an actual express shipping method i.e. 2-day or overnight, sure I'd be happy to pay that $19.99. When I contacted customer service, my shipping fee refund request was promptly declined simply because my order was delivered before the estimated delivery date and they totally ignored the fact that an express shipping method was not used. BAD business practise. Will NOT recommend.

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I could. You place your order, everything in Stock according to their website, pay your money and then 2 days later get an email saying items are not in stock. They then give you a date when they expect the new stock along with the choice to get a refund or wait. I stupidly chose to wait. I wait another few days after the supposed Stock was due to arrive and no word. I phone back to be told my items won't ship for another 2 to 3 days and then they will be 2 working days in post. So effectively they are useless. Also as a matter of fact. When the first email arrived saying there was no stock, I checked their website and low and behold they were still saying 100+ in stock. Clearly they are lying. Also by sounds of their Customer Service the items ship from France. Never again. Buy local and no hassle. Not even that cheap either.

I have been ordering from Vista Print since 2017 and up until two weeks ago have had nothing but a great experience with Professionals! I recently ordered 500 postcards with mailing list and postage to be mailed out by the Company($331.73).
I signed up for and made it abundantly clear that I wanted to receive confirmation that my postcards were actually mailed and the lists were actually good and not old and outdated.
After a week, no response from any of the postcard mailings, but, not even a confirmation or validation that they were even mailed. After reminding them repeatedly to make sure I receive a copy of my own product and confirmation, still did not happen!
Now, who in their right mind will just take their word that they followed through w/o any proof? Not Me!! So, I got on the phone and conversed with a couple of regular CSR, and they were totally clueless and incompetent about what I was talking about even though it's right there in my account what I purchased and paid for...SHH..!!
it was only after speaking with the first Supervisor named Esan(she was very pleasant and professional) that she was able to explain in an articulate manner what could be the reason, but, still not good enough. I am not just giving away money without a return on my Investment and not even a confirmation!
I spoke with a second Supervisor 4-5 days later named Nivoti and she was also very intelligent and professional. I told her I wanted a refund and she understood and would call me the day after my call(never happened). I called back and asked for her, and of course she was not available, but, Monique who is not a Supervisor, but should be(she has skills!). She immediately refunded my total purchase of $331.73 with a great attitude and professionalism! Thanks Monique.
I gave them four stars to be fair because I had never had a problem with this company until recently, but, the aforementioned CSR and Supervisor made sure I received my money back! I have ordered Business cards from them on two occasions and they did an excellent job, but, their CSRs need better training on dealing with customers over the phone.
In summation, I will be taking my Business to another company, but, thanks, Esan, Nivotu, and especially Monique(She was the best!)

Poor customer service. We've been a customer for 5 years now and we tried ordering shirts from their Promotique by Vistaprint site. 2 months later, we still have not received our shirts and their only resolution was to give us a refund. We needed these shirts for events that we were sponsoring. Do not use if you have a time-sensitive need for their product. They aren't reliable.

Endless nonsense charged me £12.00 for a simple business card with only my name and email address... I swear. Only wanted 100 just gave up round and Rond in circles. then another email then round in circles again. Never again just told them to keep the money that lives too short.

I have never had a worse customer service experience. I ordered 500 folded business cards and paid extra to have them design my card so I wouldn't have to worry about size requirements, blurry images, etc. Loved the first design, but my first batch of cards did not have the design that I paid them extra to create, and the ink would strip along the fold (customer rep said they made the fold before the ink dried and it wasn't because of the black background, spoiler alert she was wrong). So I got a round of free business cards, the second batch had the background but the ink was still stripping. So then I paid another fee to have the design department re-edit my original business card. They ignored all of my notes and made a new business card entirely instead of editing the previous one. Paid another fee to have a LiveDesign conference so I can just get it done - and then they never made the appointment. After waiting on the line and being put on hold for an hour, I gave up, made the design myself, and placed the order. The only thing they knew how to do was give me a free replacement batch since what they gave me originally was garbage, I guess they have to do it a lot so it makes sense that was the one area they succeeded. Never again.

So disappointed with the quality of the business fliers I ordered from Vista print. The whole color scheme has been changed by them and do not look at all like the original. I also ordered quite a large number which sadly I cannot use. I will contact them and see how their customer service when dealing with an unhappy customer. I will update but so far not a good experience for me.

I have bought family-themed photo calendars from Vistaprint for Christmas presents for family members for several years, with unfailing quality and rapid service. Sadly, in December 2018 there was a hiccup, when the 5 copies I had ordered all arrived too dark. I wrote and complained. They immediately cancelled what I had paid for the faulty ones, and then sent replacements without charge. Couldn't ask for better service. I will use them for many more years, I'm sure!
