I have always had a fourth line on our return address labels stating: "Unborn Babies Are Human Too." Zazzle used to be open-minded enough to print our address label and then one day, oops, there were "technical problems" that came up when I went to check out and they just couldn't seem to complete my order. So I went to Vista Print. No problem. But that was two years ago. Now, suddenly Vista Print has a "technical problem" and can't complete my order either. I don't like being censored. It's not up to Vista Print to decide whether they like my views. I'm going to boycott them just like I have w/Zazzle.

I have mistakenly used this company twice to order business cards. Everyone I dealt with was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. It literally took hours to do something that should have taken 15 minutes. The products were shipped late, and they were always mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HALF-A$$ED OPERATION!!!!!

I have been ordering products here and there for years and have never had an issue. I think their products are priced accordingly for the most part for what you get. The color is always good and the website is super easy to use! I am happy with everything I have ordered so far and shipping is great!

Appalling customer services in Tunisia, unwilling to help, doesn't comply with the ethical standard nor does it comply to the deontological code act' that all companies are obliged to:
I dealt with two Ladies who both have enormous difficult to grasp the concept of good, professional customer care: one hangs up the phone and the other one who claims to be a senior ( Salma) has given some patronising lesson " but also, to add more insult to the injury she also hang up the phone when I was asking to help me to just add further basic information to the order
Laziness and rudeness its what this contact centre is about:
Is indeed time now for vista print to change not only the country where their contact centre is - Tunisia - but to provide much better customer services and a decent standard to all your costumers who are the tantamount of your success.

For almost 10 years I created calendars for family and friends. I am a photographer and include a variety of photos and I add funny holidays and trivia to each day on the calendar. This year, when I added the holidays, the website refused to display the data and I could not complete the calendars. I repeatedly contacted Customer Support about the issue and they repeated told me that their engineers were working on the problem. They promised to keep me apprised of the situation and they failed to do so. After months, the website still did not work, and I could not complete and proof my calendars. I spend MANY hours creating these each year and Vistaprint could not even take the time to test, debug, and fix their website. I am so frustrated with Vistaprint. As a software engineer I know that this is probably not a hard problem to fix but Vistaprint seems either unable or unwilling to make their website work. I could not review the calendars and Vistaprint agreed to send me a free calendar as a proof. They promised it by 12/11 and on 12/12 I emailed them for a status. They told me that I should receive it by 12/20. There is now NO way for me to have calendars by Christmas even though I started them in October. The Vistaprint website did not work, they had months to fix it and they didn't, and their customer service was some of the worst that I have experienced with any company.

Couldn't be more pleased!
I called Vistaprint for some support in designing my business cards,
Shane was amazing - patient, helpful, creative, really understood what I was looking for,
When the cards arrived (in just a few days) I realized I had made a typo!
I immediately called and Anniya helped me with the correction and I only paid for shipping.
I had the new cards quickly and am loving them.

There was an initial hiccup where my order was sent but Royal Mail didn’t deliver in deliver.
When I contacted vista print customer service was great. They refunded my shipping fee and sent me a new order which arrived within 4 days.
I’d use them and recommend them to others.

All product that I have purchased are of low quality, banners fading within a 12 months, t-shirts very low quality fabric falling apart in the wash as well as fading after a couple of time's in the wash. They have no control or knowledge of the delivery service and will not mail to P.O Box's anymore. When trying to get help they give the runaround and blame anyone but themselves. Highly do not recommend doing business with Vistaprint in any form.

Shocking. The preview they showed before the printing was nothing like the product received. They cut out half the information on leaflets we ordered and everything was several sizes smaller than desired.

1. Vistaprint is a brand in the United States, and the company is Cimpress.
WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND:
A Vistaprint email confirmed my refund within 7 days. After 7 days and no refund, I involved the BBB, and Vistaprint.com parent, Cimpress said the refund would be available in 10-14 days. So the BBB closed the complaint, and Cimpress did not process the refund claiming they had issues. Then they claimed they needed 3-4 weeks to process. Cimpress has had my money for 10 months, and can not let go of the money. They just keep being DISHONEST

I just ordered 1,000 business cards to help promote In Celebration of Women art exhibit at the Herberger Theater gallery here in Phoenix - sent for March 2020. Since I was having some trouble with the layout, I phoned the service department. Charly walked me through the process. She was extrenmely helpful. I was also able to take advantage of a 40% off promotional discount. I have been doing business with Vistaprint for quite some time. Always satisfied! THANK YOU!

Easy yes?oh, no for vistaprint.skmething that should be done within 24/48 hours us raking them 5 days.5 phone calls,t different stories, 5 different people.Website is down for the last 5 days! That means loss of business which means loss of money. Now they are blaming google! My account still states the old domain!!!! I'm now in the process of redesigning my page and will be moving elsewhere.I hate when someone lies to me and treats me like I know nothing about technology, computer science etc. In the past had problem with them nit sending me submit form from potential clients on my website, somehow I forgave but this is just to much.Avoid anything tk do with websites.

Have had a website with vistaprint for around 7 years. Their service has become worse and worse over the years. There customer service is very poor and are often aggressive/defensive or just ignore your requests, hence I just don't bother with them which is probably their aim.
They recently changed their website control panel and i have now have minimum information regarding traffic, search engines. Emailed them and as usual totally ignored.
I am looking for a new website provider and would advise people to avoid vistaprint

I've always been happy with their business cards, but this time I needed something different. I had only ever ordered one t shirt from them in the past so I had no idea how this new one was going to turn out, as this one had colours and lots of details that the first one didn't have. The order took longer than their predicted delivery date, but it was worth the wait. It ended up coming 5 days after when they said it would arrive... so it did miss the birthday that this shirt was intended as a gift for... but this person is going to absolutely LOVE the shirt when he sees it! They did such a fantastic job with it and the detail in it is AMAZING. (It was original art done by an artist I hired and I sent them the sketch to put on a shirt) The artist who did the original design was super impressed with the outcome of it as well. I cannot wait to give the birthday guy his gift now!!! Thank you Vistaprint for yet another order I'm super pleased with.

I've previously ordered the item and I knew what to expect. Because I needed these cards rather urgently for a work transfer to hand out to my clients, I paid $19.99 for Express Shipping. Although my order was delivered before the estimated delivery date (actual delivery 9/28, estimated was 9/30), my order was shipped using USPS First Class Mail. That took 4 days and in reality would have cost under $10 at the post office. Had my order been shipped using an actual express shipping method i.e. 2-day or overnight, sure I'd be happy to pay that $19.99. When I contacted customer service, my shipping fee refund request was promptly declined simply because my order was delivered before the estimated delivery date and they totally ignored the fact that an express shipping method was not used. BAD business practise. Will NOT recommend.

Cut - ragged edge that peel color on edge
Card stock - semi gloss that not exactly gloss or matted. Premium card feel flimsy and cheap. Same material used for cheap tea boxes from china
Color - dark and faded like they use 60% ink saver
Print - low res print that bleed and created false border around logo
Service - great and responsive

This is a review of Vistaprint's design service.
I recently ordered a set of business cards using Vistaprint's design service, and honestly, it was like working with children - stupid children. It was a simple design - I supplied an image to be centered on one side of the card with 2 lines of text centered on the other.
For starters, they changed one of my lines of text. The first line was the business name and the second read, "thanks you for your business." Apparently this did not make sense to the people working on the design - they do not speak English as a native language - so they changed it, dropping the "s" in "thanks." Fortunately I noticed the change in time to correct it.
Second, they had a great deal of trouble with the concept of centering the image and text within certain quadrants of the design. For example, "center this image on the left half of the card" produced a design with the image in the upper left corner. It was the same with the text. I would have thought the basic aesthetics alone would have been enough to convince them that "centering" does not mean one line at the top of the card and the other at the bottom.
But there are actually two problems when working with Vistaprint's "design team" - and this is completely ignoring the change they made to my text. First (and most obvious) is their lack of English fluency means they do not understand basic terms like "centering," and second, they are not trained designers. They have no art training whatsoever.
Consequently, when they can't understand the instructions, they have no aesthetic sense or training to suggest to them that something might be wrong with their interpretation.
After the second failed attempt to get the basic layout correct, I decided to finish the revisions over the phone. The woman I spoke with was very polite, but had no notion of what I was talking about when I spoke of centering elements within quadrants. I was able to get the design completed only by frequently checking her uploaded revisions and making changes by saying things like, "A little lower and more to the right," or, "Try to get the second line directly below the first line." A real designer would have been sniggering for days over instructions like that.
My issue with this process is that the design fee, an admittedly modest $10, only includes 3 revisions. We went through one revision simply because the "design team" didn't understand the instructions. We went through two more revisions over the phone because they couldn't understand that "centering" applies to both horizontal AND vertical. The fourth and final revision was to correct the change they made in my text. I wasn't charged anything extra for the final revision, but by then I was beginning to wonder if they weren't deliberately misconstruing the instructions in order to force me to pay an additional revision fee. I am still wondering about that because I just don't see how anyone could, in good faith, screw up such a simple design so many times and in so many ways...
The reason for the 3-star review is that I was, in the end, able to get the design I wanted. But it was far too much trouble to get there.

I don't have a major complaint about the quality of products provided by Vistaprint. However, there are two things about their business practices that really aggravate me and are, in my opinion, quite deceptive.
First, everywhere you turn on the website, there's an up-sell. As you go to check out, the up-sells get more and more frantic, and if you don't pay close attention, you could slip into buying something that you had not intended to.
Over the last 3 days, they have had a "40% off everything" promotion and today was the final day (see the photo below). I created an order for $77, and applied the promo code SALE40, expecting to get a $30.80 credit - 40% off. Instead, I got $19.26 off, then charged $11.99 for shipping.
This is totally deceptive and unethical, in my view. And still, I have come to expect this from Vistaprint, then I swear them off for a year. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. When will I learn that these folks lie and cheat?
