I tend to get a little paranoid when shopping these days with COVID-19. I live in The Bronx, and I'm in my senior years, however since I'm home my husband and I will run safe errands for family members. I went to VS at the coop city location in Bay Plaza to return an item on 01/22/21. I ask to speak to the Manager on this busy Friday night. The Manager was wonderful she actually help me shop! She also got everything on the list that I needed for myself and daughter. She was smart, patient, and beautiful; and she was still directing staff (multi tasking) while assisting me; the customer!

6 days since I made an order and STILL not dispatched!!
Customer service NONEXISTENT. Impossible to get help, they completely ignore your emails.
Previous order had half of items missing! And they did not even refund me the money for the missing items!! THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY. DISGUSTING.
Have never had such a horrendous customer experience. They’ve lost a customer.

IT APPEARS VICTORIA SECRET HAS TRULY LOST THE TRUST OF ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS. I POSTED TWO DAYS AGO ON ANOTHER REVIEW SITE ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MY COLLEAGUE HAS RECEIVED FOR AN ORDER HE PLACED IN NOVEMBER AND IT WAS DELETED. IT WAS ON THE SAME SITE THAT GAVE THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF CUSTOMERCARE AT VICTORIASECRET DOT COM . THIS EMAIL DOES NOT EXIST. THE ORDER IS STUCK IN GERMANY AND I CAN NOT REACH ANY ONE IN THEIR COMPANY TO SOLVE THE MATTER AS THEY HAVE TO GET IT OUT OF CUSTOMS. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE , THEIR 24/7 CHAT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AS MANY HAVE MENTIONED ON HERE AND WE WANT OUR ORDER. I FOUND THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHERE THEY SENT CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER ...THERE WAS NO FAILURE DAEMON ON THAT ONE BUT AS YOU CAN IMAGINE NO REPLY. MY NEXT QUESTION IS HAS ANY ONE ON HERE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN THE UK ? THE ORDER WAS PLACED IN NOVEMBER AS MENTIONED AND STUCK AT CUSTOMS SINCE DECEMBER... I was disconnected 3 times from live chat before being connected with "Khristy" (I'm sure they are fake names to protect identity). Khristy was the only one who was able to retify my situation. I placed an online order with a gift card that was 6 days late as of today with no information on where it was in shipping. Khristy offered me a full refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement with a $10 discount off of the item total considering I spend over $100 and did not have to pay shipping anyways, and was willing to send it expedited for free. Khristy made me aware that the order ended up being ineligible for expedited shipping so I was able to stratch that whole idea and she was able to send me an e gift card for a refund of my whole amount plus the $10 that would have been discounted to me. I wish that Victoria's Secret had a legitimate review section for how the live chats go because this person deserves brownie points! They were so helpful to me and turned me from wanting to pull my hair out to being so relieved and satisfied that I felt the need to leave some kind of praise for their work!

I’ve received DIRTY panties from VS. I’ve been their customer for years. Now I can’t even contact them via chat or email. It’s disgusting and it’s too much to leave it. I do not recommend this brand! I wish I could add a picture to this review. No words.

No working contact info, No returns, No Live chat, No email - basically you're stuck with what you order.
Sizing is miles out and you can not return anything as the website returns label link doesn't work, the live chat is "Unavailable", all of the phone numbers are "not recognised"and there is no email address. So basically there is NO customer service.
Out £100 and nothing I can do.

Hey so what happened was that I ordered 2 body sprays on Wednesday 2 weeks ago the day before New Year's Eve and Victoria's Secret had no evidence of me ordering two sprays from their site. Luckily I got them today which was good.... One thing I can say about it is that they didn't let you know about any tracking numbers or order numbers. If they find any proof, I'll show them what payment method I used and the order number I got because their name is on it. I used everything else like address, name, email and phone number.... Get your act together...

To be fair the order was sent out really quickly. At least the tracking number was generated quickly because that's all I saw. After trying to contact them and banging my head against a robot for a while I am left with giving a review. The shopping hit a snag to start with but, getting past that, mostly my fault and only having a chromebook. If the order had arrived it would still be 5 stars, still getting 2 for quick dispatch. These big companies are moving onto robots and they aren't quite there yet. Getting the attitude of "we've sent you a tracking number what do you want us to do." I still believe that I am your customer so I complain to you, you are the couriers customer so you should complain to them. I ordered and paid for something that I haven't received it. In my book that reflects on the vendor.
On a side note, delays can be expected during these trying times, and I accept that. I tracked the package to 7.9km (4.9miles) of the delivery address. At this point it is still undelivered and I can't get a straight answer out of the courier.
[Edit] I found out it is better to contact them through facebook and once I got through to them have been very helpful.

I bought 3 items, which 2 of them were supposed to match. After pay £8 of delivery which I find ridiculous, they sent me an email 3 days after saying that 1 of the bra that I bought as a set with the panties was cancelled and they would refund me the money. So I didn’t want the parcel anymore because I wouldn’t have pay £8 for delivery only for a pair of bra and panties. But I couldn’t cancel it, they don’t have customer service in the UK. Then when I received the 2 other items, I realised how bad was the quality. It looks like they were made in China. Don’t waste your money here!

I been waiting for a delivery that supposed to arrive before Christmas needless to say I never received the delivery. I contacted Victoria Secrets via the chat and they explained that it has been delivered I assured them that I did not get the delivery and I have cameras to proof that no delivery was sent on the date and time they indicated. The agent stated that to call back in two days sometimes it says it was delivered and they needed to wait the two days. I call back two days later another agent says we can reorder the items for you but we cannot expedite the delivery. January 3rd I get a delivery bit with only two of the five items I purchased. I call back agent says the other items are backed ordered, I ask when will it be in he has no idea I say credit me back my money he says we didn’t charge you, at this point I am angry and explain that they charged my account for the first order I did not receive. This agent was not listening I asked for a manager. Manager gets in the phone takes my information and says he has to send it to corporate who will reach out to me in 24-48 hours. Well 24-48 hours has passed and no one has reached out to me. I been shopping with Victoria Secrets and have received other deliveries with no issues but this has been the worst ever. I want my money back at this point. These were Christmas gifts in which I had to replace. Give me my money back!!!

I had a recent experience with the customer relations department. Not only, did I call as directed, but I waited 50 minutes listening to Christmas music for the call to hang up on me? Yes, HANG UP NO answer at all. Let me start from the beginning... I live in Indiana and in a small town where our closest victoria secret had closed sometime last year. Being a cardmember still, and a loyal customer to the brand. My better half and I drove 2 hours to the nearest VS in Plainfield Indiana. He did this for my birthday mind you. Upon arrival I was told I would not be measured nor would I be able to try the product on, "BUT"! they said with excitement! "All returns are easy and can be done within 90 days." After explaining to them I live 2 hours away and just had a baby and changed so much body wise that is as a newer mother I didtn know if the products purchased would even fit. I was ensured that all customer relations would help me with a smooth return if needed. I then return with $100 worth of bras 2 that is ! home to try the items on, they do not fit, Great! I then call my VS card number to discuss how to return or even exchange for the right size. I was told by the man saul in the card department that another department handles the returns and exchanges and he could transfurr me over to someone. I wait patiently as I am transferred. The phone rings to another line and then Christmas music plays I then know I am on call waiting to be picked up by another department. 50 minutes later as I am waiting with my phone on speaker the call then hangs up! no one even answered they hung up I waited 50 minutes to speak to someone and that is how their customers are treated. I then go online to chat with a customer rep and discuss my issues and the call. I am told I have to go back to a store to get help they will not help me online. I then explain I am 2 hours away and they tell me to call the number I just waited 50 min and got hung up on without ever even being spoke to. I then ask for a supervisor and am told to call the number his supervisor told him. Derek this is. I at this point took screenshots of the whole conversation and will be uploading them online. They tell me sorry but without traveling for the second time 2 hrs. I will have to keep the products that are too small and 100 dollars worth 54 $ apiece. I then state no I would like a refund at this point and return mailing sent to my e-mail. I am told the company will not do this because it's not an online issue so they won't send me anything. As I keep asking for someone to call me, giving my number as well. The chat is ended on their end!! OH did I mention he also stated that the number does not work only on Sat and Sundays do they answer! So, the man who transferred me sent me to no one or a department that only takes a new call on certain days knowing id be on hold for howeverlong. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will drive and return the items and NEVER spend another dime there again. Unless this is rectified. This is the worst representation of resolution and customer relations I have seen in years, not to mention from a supposed reputable company. I will continue to post and vlog about this issue until someone from customer relations reaches out to me personally. I will also be finding out who the district supervisor is and where the central office is for the company to write in and address this sad excuse to rectify the situation.

I placed two orders within a month, both had problems. The first one was delayed, incomplete and i’m still waiting for the refund the customer care team committed to. That ruined a Christmas present...
The second one is now already delayed and allegedly in transit between Germany, Heathrow and Leicester... i honestly do not expect to receive it, let alone to receive proper customer support.
Horrendous customer experience and i would advise anybody to order online with Victoria’s secret.
This company has appalling business standards.

I ordered £270 worth of products - £270!! With the promise they'd be here on the 2nd of January, now I understand there's a backlog but when I reached out to customer service they said it would be here on January 27th, over a month after ordering the products and would take another 30 days to get back to them should I wanted to send anything back. I understand that it's busy right now, but if other companies can get you their products by the next working day, VS can pull their finger out and do better than an order taking well over a month.

The worst. I ordered my merchandise on Nov 30 and was told on December 14 it was lost in transit and so they re-ordered all of my things and when I got my package I was missing two pair or underwear and the free tote I was supposed to get for spending over $75. When I called, they explained that one pair of underwear they were giving me a refund, and the other pair is back ordered, but as for the "Free Tote" I will not get it. This really upsets me because I would not have spent that much money if it wasn't for the free gift. Instead of giving my a different tote they basically told me that I will not be getting a free gift and that is it. So disappointed. don think I will fall for that "free gift" BS anymore......smh

However, I received regular updates on where my package was and it arrived even earlier than expected. Everything fits great so make sure to read the reviews on each item. So so happy with my order however I do understand some people haven’t had the same experience.

Item ordered on the 13th delivery date of 24... 8.00 shipping for 1 bra and as of the 26 still do not have the item. It has been sitting in the same "in transit location for 6 days! When called customer service i was told I have to wait until the 31 before filing a claim. All i want is the $8.00 shipping refunded due to the fact that's it taken over 13 days to receive my item form the the day they sent me the shipping confirmation number and they were NO HELP at all. Ron actually hung up on me! In the future I will be going to to the store to make my purchases! If i ever purchase from them again. Disgusted with thier customer service.
