The store doesn’t carry any size bra over a 38 band size!!! They don’t advertise this so don’t waste your time driving there if your band size is more than 38. Then, you order it online and WAIT for an email stating that your order has been cancelled due to them having to verify your info!!! So, I call to verify my info so I can get my bras shipped and I’m told the system is down try calling back in an hour. OMG!!!!!!!! I just wanted a new bra!!!!

I moved and didn't receive my mail in time for my bill and I got a $28 late fee I closed my account because I do not believe my 14 year old should be shopping when men play dress up in women's lingerie they said they were unable to take the late fee off but that was only after they asked why I closed my account the customer care representative told me in quote Live and Let be so ditch me not receiving my mail in a timely manner I get stuck with the $28 late fee I feel my religious and moral beliefs are basically getting charged because they do not agree with my beliefs I will never shop Victoria's Secret online or in-store ever again it's overpriced and they hardly carry my size anyways it should be a feminine store a store where women can comfortably shop without a man going in and trying on lingerie I believe it to be unacceptable and unmoral

I hate this store. With all the money they make you'd think they'd have a "free shipping" option all the time when you spend $50 buck or more like most other online sites. This is 2019, get with the program. Not to mention the shipping speed takes forever. Site sucks cant even place an order because their site has so many issues, they offer promo's at times and it wont even work in the checkout; just glitches. Also, your bra's are CRAP all you care about are looks now a days, not comfort. Barely any options for chicks with small sizes, it like discriminating against us small ones. I dont even buy from them anymore, waste of time and money. You have gone down hill and i know tons of people who agree with everything i am saying.

Unfortunately, the red belt bag was very quickly erased, although it did not last long. and one bra arrived in one of the orders of a different color. they also write free shipping $ 150 but they calculated plus shipping. after I contacted the service, they returned the money for delivery. everything else is fine.

I am running for my Refund which was processed on 16/08/2019 of Rs 8000/- around but still i have not received it . Victoria Secret Customer Executive says to contact eshopworld. Eshopworld says to contact Victoria Secret . My order no is 741712645. I am in doubt whether i will recieve my refund or not .

I was so excited to figure out that I got approved for a VS card seeing as it would be my first credit card. They have been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. I have called and have THREE different cards shipped out because for some reason they keep delivering them to incorrect locations - but when it was time for my billing statement to come in they made sure THAT address was correct. Apparently the third time that I called and had them send one out the lady I spoke with CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. I was told today since it was closed over 2 weeks ago (WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) that i would have to reapply for a card. No thanks, will take my business elsewhere. Screw you VS.

I always order online since we unfortunately don't have VS store near me. When I need help I always reach their oline chat and they're honestly the best. They always help me and they are honestly try their best. I am very satisfied with VS and I love their bras. Their bras are so lightweight I never experienced anything like that. But also because of the price I always wait for great deals and huge sales.

VS Customer Service dept in returns for fixing issues is NOT competent at all. Although i have always liked VS bras, i recently purchased one in store and the store ordered one for me that they didn't have instore to have shipped to my home. I was told i would have it the next day. Not only did i not have it the next day, It was 2 days later, i also received the wrong item and wrong size!. So i contacted customer service via email, because couldn't get through on the phone and their recording said to reach out via email. So i did email them and gave all the info. My Order # what had happended, and sent pics of my receipt, the invoice received, and pics of item i received. They reply to my email that i still needed to contact them with shipping address..... SO not only do i have to contact them again for information they already have... But that just keeps delaying how much longer before i get my item that i was supposed to have the next day. Totally unaccepatable Poor customer service. They need to replace those people with good customer service representatives because these people making them look really really bad!! I have worked in customer service for years at JCrew so i know what good customer service is.
Not only should they have expedited the correct item out to me immediately along with an apology they should have included a gift card for my inconvience that's how you fix and satisfy a customer and fix a screw up on your end. To make the customer feel important and valued otherwise your gonna lose business. Just saying!!!

I placed an order on the website. After receiving the message that the payment was succesfully executed, instead of an order confirmaiton I received an error message!!! After contacting the customer service, I found out that no order has been registered, but the money was already booked from my acount. Now I have to chase the customer service and my bank and hope that I get the refund. All in all, a VERY DODGY WEB SHOP !!!! Never again!

While waiting for this to happen and spending my weekend on contacting VS customer_service and my bank institution, I would rather refrain from further wasting my time and money on placing new orders that might or might not be processed.
Btw, I kept my browser open last time and never got the order confirmation number. Besides, my order was above 100Eur as you could see in the payment confirmation, and thus should have been extempt from shipping charges anyway.

Ordered online after receiving an email with a combo offer.... 30% Off one item and free UK Shipping. Unfortunately I could not get the free shipping to work at all.
Spoke to live chat who told me to go ahead and place my order then contact them with the order number and they would refund the shipping. I was a bit dubious I admit.
Emailed the number and within 24 hours the shipping refund was in my PayPal.

Today was the first day walking into a Victoria secret store, without my wife, I assumed before I walked in a would be judge and stared at weird but no it was the exact opposite from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine hello from one on of the girls, I was shopping for underwear (for my wife) and asked if they were on sale the second girl quickly showed me all the ones that were on sale and different ones at different prices, I was lost so she was very helpful showed me how each size and style was in a different drawer made it so much easier and less Awkward to do my shopping they let me look around at the diff rents styles and shapes, it took me a while but every couple minutes a girl would walk by with a big smile and ask if I was doing ok I loved the fact they were so happy to truly help me, I have never been in a store this happy with the way I was treated from the moment I walked in til check out I’ve never wrote a review but figured these girls need positive recognition, the one who checked me out was by for the nicest one didn’t make me feel weird like I thought I would and carried on good conversation while she was ringing me up I truly help at home in this store they all treated me with a goodbye have a good day, the experience was so good I went back a second time that day to buy more( take advantage of the sale they told me about) within walking in the girl told me” nice to see you back so soon” she went out of here way to make a point to remember me, I have worked in retail all my life for 13years and never seen a team of employees treat me this wonderful I will be shopping there many times because of them and I hope someone high up at Victoria secret reads this and takes the time to thank all of the girls and the Rome Mount Berry mall store!

Ordered pair of satin pyjamas as a gift for my daughter, 59pound,wouldnt let me use the code for free delivery even though it stated items over 50pound.i paid the 8pound delivery charge and they did arrive on time but were squashed into small plastic bag, they were creased really bad, i thought at this price they would of paid more attention to how items are packaged, maybe a gift bag or coloured tissue and a box, i now have to try and iron them carefully and go amd buy a pretty wrapping to put them in. If i didnt have the proof of purchase she would think ive bought them fake from a backstreet market.

I had a really bad experience with VS flash sale. It was supposed to be between 9p-10p the day I received the email. I went into their website. However, the site was not working. I called their customer service center. The representative told me there was a problem with the website. Just call in the next day at my earliest convenience and they would be happy to place the order for me. I called them at 9:40PM the next day and the lady answered the phone politely told me basically the extension of the sale ended at 5PM that day and there was nothing she could do to help me place the order. Seriously? Is this the way for VS to treat their customers? I am very very disappointed!

Katy Mills, TX - Shameful, weird, by far the most appalling retail experience, do not want to be even associated with this brand. Basically a manager ego struggled over wanting to admit her mistake over her refusal to accept a perfectly good gift card. Poor training, uncalled for rudeness since the beginning, her inability to admit and move beyond a simple mistake even after the card went through, insisting she's still correct, showing senseless hostility, turbulent facial expressions, then angrily admitting her mistake, going on to spew left-fielded remarks about her 5 years of expertise, her personal plight and further manipulation ended in a power struggle. Due to her hostility, I asked if law enforcement was necessary and she turned it around and said she was going to call security. A tall woman showed up and she seemed very smug in the outnumbered situation. Another associate looked rather nervous and wanted to distance herself. Dramatic, prideful, manipulative, possibly non compos mentis, using customers as stress balls to unleash her torrent of frustrated emotions about the retail environment. This store, and perhaps more telling of the brand, is in dire need of leadership, proper training, accountability, understanding of professional boundaries, good judgment, respect, manners, stress management and normality.

The Bra's fall apart after one hand wash. The bra's are definitely not comfortable..... try on a Bali and you will see. I never go in this store. I think the ones that do, they may want to look good for 5 minutes or a man sent them in. I stopped going in years ago as the Bras were not washable and were not comfortable, and I was treated like a number and a dollar sign. I liked the panties but for 10-20 bucks a piece I was like whatever I can go elsewhere. My friend gave me a gift card to go in again. First time I walked out as the help was horrid and the selection of anything but bras, cheap perfume and loads of panties was nill. I tried again, and this time the one clerk kept asking me are you looking for anything in PARTICULAR? The one clerk said I have no clue where this section is, I am new. The one clerk was chatting with her friends she hadn't seen in awhile, the other clerks were too busy folding to want to get to the registers to help ring and, by the way, no exaggeration the line had a ten people wait!! OMG its really not for me and I am sure for alot, but if you wanna look good for one night then by all means go spend 200$ and throw it out when it falls apart, and make sure you stand in line for 20 minutes doing it!

In the last year I have tried to place two on line orders with Victoria’s Secret. On each occasion money was taken but no goods arrived. Given that these were gifts it was extremely disappointing. I will not be making any further orders with VS. In this age of online shopping it is appalling that you cannot get this right. I would advise anyone thinking of making an order to look elsewhere

I was ready to cancel my order after not being able to apply 2 discount codes however an online chat representative Dehanna fixed the issues in inder 2 minutes and corrected everything and within 2 minutes I had an updated email with the changes and my new total. She helped me save over 100 dollars. I am more than satisfied. I was amazed how easy the online process was and intend to purchase online again in the near future. Staff are generally friendly but the advice I received was terrible. They just wanted a sale and didn't care that they didn't actually have my size. Eventually I ordered online because there was more choice but nothing fitted, so I had to return everything. I repeatedly had to chase the refund which took a month, then I realised they had only refunded two of the three items - WHY??. When I emailed them again they just said sorry and that they would deal with it. Now I have to wait another week for the rest of my money. Big waste of time, I won't bother again.
