I have only just started working with this app and I am very impressed, I only need to lose a few lbs and for the price of just over £1 a day I think its excellent. I have already saved my favourites, do my cardio first thing before breakfast, my walk (with a great soundtrack) at lunchtime and another workout before a meditation before bed. I love that you don't need any equipment to do the workouts and I am looking forward to being lighter and more toned before my holiday in Sept. Thank you for this app !
