I have now had my car from Vertu for just over a week and I am in love! I was not directly involved in the initial stages but subsequent contact and requests have been completed fast and efficiently and the car is - or was immaculate - it could now do with a clean!!
I would use Vertu in future for sure and would be happy to recommend!

Great deal on the car but a sticky start and a happy ending! I had asked for a specific date to get the car for my wife’s bday and it was agreed it would be here in time. Six days before I got a call saying it would be late. I was gutted. I called Simon very upset and told him how important it was to me to get the car on time. He said there was a very slim chance he could do anything to change it BUT hey presto.... the man pulled it off and the car arrived on my wife’s bday. Amazing result 😀

My old car broke down so needed a new one asap. Found great deal for a car in stock and made an enquiry with Vertu and within 18 days a new car was on my driveway. If they'll have some good deals in 3 years I'll deffinitly use them again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling leasing company & service!
I went for a deal that was for STOCK cars to be delivered in March 19. I asked if the car can be delivered mid March Ronnie Fisher who I dealt with, said yes, that is possible. I completed and signed the proposal / order form on 22nd February and was told by Ronnie on the same day that finance has been approved. On the same day, Victoria Bell confirms in an email that the order has been placed with the supplying dealership and that she’ll provide delivery timescale within 2 days – All good so far!
Fast forward few days, I get an email from Victoria confirming that the vehicle has been ordered with the dealership and is expected to arrive in April - not ideal as I wanted delivery by mid March so I got on to the phone and spoke to Paul Richardson who assured me that these are stock cars and will be delivered in March and that he will speak to Victoria and come back within 24 hours. 24 hours later no contact from Vertu Lease Cars.
So, I ring Victoria, and got a standard response (not for the first time) that I have chased the dealer so expect a response today and will call back with an update, but they never do!
Another few days go by and no call or email (not that I expected but I decided to give them few days anyways) so I rang them on 7th March and was now told that there was a mix up with the dealership and that the car I wanted is no longer available, and it wasn’t their fault, REALLY?? If I hadn't persisted in chasing them I very much doubt I'd have been notified that my order wasn’t going to be fulfilled.
This now means that I have unnecessary credit check on my file which may affect any future finance applications and that I’ll be without a car for number of weeks which is completely unacceptable thanks to them and they do not care. The way they conduct business is an absolute disgrace and I cannot believe they find this an acceptable way to deal with customers. As I have an order confirmation for my vehicle that was signed I will be reporting the company to BVRLA & FCA as the way it has been dealt with was anything but satisfactory.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Appalling customer service, they do not even have the decency to return calls or respond to emails. I arranged to lease a car through this company and it was agreed that the car would not be registered before the end of April. I would then pay the deposit and accept delivery at the end of April, and continue my monthly payments from there. I have several emails confirming this would be the case. I pay the deposit at the end of April and the car gets delivered - no issues with that. Fast forward a month and I get a letter from Seat Financial services saying I've missed a payment. Long story short, the car was registered on the 31st March and so the deposit should have been paid then and monthly payments after that - not what was agreed and nowhere on any of my paperwork does it have March as the registration date otherwise I would not have agreed to it. I have tried to contact them several time with no response. Disgraceful company and disgraceful customer service. I wish I had read the reviews first before using this company, as they seem to have a major customer care issue.

I was so impressed with the service from the outset , was very plain sailing from the sales guy Andrew Tatters to the Sales Co-Ordinator Victoria Bell, it was the smoothest process I've ever experienced in arranging a lease car. My only disappointment really was the quality of the valet, arrived with delivery stickers still on the windows and clearly had just had a wipe over rather than a proper valet, so that was a disappointment really when you're expecting a sparkly new car, also NO MATS!! I'd have thought mats would be included. The delivery driver Alan was fab too so had the car had a decent valet and some mats this would definitely have been a 5 star review.

Vertu Seat manager at Derby was quite rude when we enquired about the time scales of our Seat Cupra, he could not find our contract, then asked why we were bothering him as this was not his job, he said he would find out and get one of his colleagues to contact us, but that never happened. Eventually we were then contacted by Fitz who restored some faith.

With regard to the Salesman he was most efficient and I would have given him a 5*. However the predelivery staff I would have given zero. I had to contact them every time for an update and waited well overtime for delivery. Seat contacted me about vehicle assist and said the documents for this should have been delivered with the car I then contacted vertulease and was informed that was not correct. Low and behold they arrived from vertualrealease two days later!!!!! Not impressed

Andrew Tatters lovely polite sales rep, arranged documents and contract quickly. After sales absolutely appalling, car was filthy inside and out when delivered, sweet wrappers down the side of the seat, wrong car seat delivered for my infant, they had sent one iPad holder instead of 2, this was also the wrong side and no fittings to fasten it on to the back of the head rest, the pet blanket looked like it had been stored in saw dust with all dust grained into the creases. The guy turned up at 7am in the morning, 2 hours before the earliest time they are allowed to drop off, I was in my dressing gown. Had to run the deliver guy to the bus stop as he hadn’t brought the right shoes for the snow who may I add stank of smoke and had put 152 miles on the clock before I had even sat in it. Just to paint the picture it was beginning of March when everywhere was covered in snow we live in Leeds, not the outer
After sales lady Louise sorted the car seat. Sent flowers and chocolates to say sorry.
We then discovered about the iPad stuff been wrong, she explained that the parts guy was ooorly and his appetite has got it wrong, hey sent out another, but still not the second correct one. I have chased and spoken to her and the original sales advisor Andy who have both escalated this to management, I have also sent emails and have heard absolutely nothing back. I have spoken to Andy again this morning who failed to mention that after our conversation he was going on his holidays, this was passed to his manager again who is still yet to reply, this was over a week ago.
Feel forgotten about, under appreciated and this has not been the slick, professional, enjoyable experience I had invisaged.
We still wait to hear back......

Vehicle arrived damaged and the response was 'book it in to a Renault garage and they will fix it for you'. Inconvenient and not something I wanted to have the hassle doing with a supposed brand new car. Surely it's not too much to expect that it arrives with no marks on it with only 50 miles on the clock?
I have now had my vehicle just short of 5 weeks and have still not paid my initial deposit (first payment). I was told I would pay this on the date of delivery. Better in my bank than yours you could argue; but aren't you losing out?

Only thing I feel is a little on the deception side is when you get the emails come in for leasing the prices look great but are set to business contract price PCM not private, then you find out its a lot higher is his not click bate deception!! crafty really.
