Company ships from China. Low quality products, poor customer service. It took over 3 months to receive out order...website says shipping takes 15 to 21 days. One item was totally not what I ordered, they offered a 30% discount and 29 % on my next order. The shoes that they sent are ugly and I won't wear them. I thought they shipped from the US. We got our order but I would not recommend this company at all.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this vendor as it was buy 3 for 2 deal. firstly only 2 have been delivered. The 2 pairs that have been delivered don't fit even tough advertised as wide fitting there are not made for wide feet. I have repeatedly emailed requesting a return label. all I get back is that I have to pay for postage which I'm fully a wear of and have said as much but still no label and no 3rd pair of shoes. Its been 2 months now since I placed my order. this is the most appalling customer service i have receive for a long time and I will certainly never use them again. lets hope they read my review and reply to me as requested. Very disappointed
