I had ordered a MED for a pretty seashell print Knot Twist Front tank top while wintering in Florida, #Z224101-M-BSMU, which ran tight. So I used, for the first time, Happy Returns in Panama City Beach as there was a location nearby. The exchange was slick and I received my better fit LG size in 7 days. I’ve been a loyal swimsuit patron of VENUS for over 25 years.

I love Venus

I love Venus, it's quality clothing at a resasonable price. It wears well, it fits well and when I place an order it ships quickly. I have ordered several pieces over the course of time and find them still in style. They are fabulous.

They do not have items in stock and do not tell you

I just put in an order for a dress, sandals, a shirt, and a strapless bra to go with the dress. When I ordered online it said it had the size and the color in stock. When you order online, it doesn’t tell you that it’s going.to be back ordered for 3 1/2 months!! That is almost to the end of summer when I would no longer need it! This is tge first time I ordered from Venus and it Will certainly be my last. Within an hour of the order placed I was told its already being processed but the gentleman said it would not be going out until Monday!!! And they “cannot “ cancel the order… no way to stop it! As soon as I receive my products they’re going right back to them and I hope everybody else is a little wiser. You cannot trust Venus to have their products in stock. Its a switch and bait!!

Not a fan of the new Return Policy

My order was correct and arrived on time, but one item didn't fit the way I hoped. I do not care for the new return policy. I had to drive to a FedEx store, which the only one near me is located inside a Walmart. This will actually deter me from ordering again.

I placed an order on the 10th!

I placed an order on the 10th. One item shipped and I got right away the sizing was off so I ordered it a size down dropped it off at happy mail and was charged 4 dollars and some change more for the smaller size. I have written twice to ask about the extra charge, no answer. I have received the correct size.

I also ordered several other things in this order it is now the 29th and I just got a notice I would receive today. 19 days after I ordered. I wrote and asked where my order was and why i wasn’t receiving my items in the given window. AGAIN no response. If I have to exchange because things are running so large again I will not have time to get the exchange before my cruise now. Will not bother ordering again. Such poor customer service. Very sad.

Stylish & Size Friendly

As a larger woman I love venus! I have several pieces in my style collection that get compliments all the time! Being a more conservative woman as well, they have pieces that are alluring while still being tasteful. Most of the fits are spot on there was ONE piece that had reviews that were unfavorable, yet accurate it was not a piece that would work very many well and was on clearance. Their tracking, their shipping takes a while which is a bummer because from California to the Midwest I would expect or anticipate quicker turnaround but it's minor thing, I mean I live in the world of 2 day amazon shipping so I'm spoiled. I hope to continue supporting venus and adding more of their pieces to my collection.

I prefer 2 dresses on sale size 12 so…

I ordered 2 dresses on sale size 12 so cant return as it’s a sale item , they didn’t fit ordered the same 2 dresses a size bigger and they didn’t fit either, The second size I ordered was a 14 ! Very sad about this, why would the size 12 and 14 fit the same ?

Love the joggers

Love the joggers. Lightweight is what I wanted. Just wish they were a little longer since I’m 5’10. I’m finding alot of the sparkles all over my house. I hope they stop falling off. Find out after the first wash.

Beautiful swimsuit

Beautiful swimsuit, just didn't look good on me so I'm returning. Their return site is very confusing and frustrating . If you are returning by mail set aside extra time to navigate their return policy. My original total was $65.55. I was charged $6.95 for returning by mail because there are no Happy Returns Bars in my area. After the $6.95 return fee was taken out I should have been refunded $58.60 but am only getting back $50.65. So much for free returns, my total for returning was $14.90.
