Was disappointed that I had to later pay more money for my seats after paying for what I thought uncluded allowing me to pick my seats since the tickets were for Economy Premium at the higher cost

The fare I found on Hipmunk was clearly regular economy (checked bags, pre-reserved seat), but when I followed the link to Vayama, I ended up with a basic economy seat (no bags, no pre-reserved seat). The info on posted on Hipmunk was misleading. When I phoned Vayama to either upgrade the booking or cancel it, the customer service agent hung up on me. I don't mind if I am offered a basic economy fare, but I expect transparency. You have made a small profit once, and you have lost a customer for life.

10/16/19: Initial Booking was not a problem, we got our 2 E-tickets emailed within several hours. The problem started when we had to change the date of the departure. Not only it costed us $460 per ticket to change the reservation. But we could not get the E-tickets to get e-mailed to us for 4 days. It took literally 5 phone calls to the company before we finally got both e-tickets.
Call #1 - Friday - 10/11/19 - Female operator - she emailed a payment email for both tickets and we paid the $920 while she was still on the phone. She confirmed receipt of the payment and informed us that the tickets will be emailed to us in 6 hours.
Call #2 - Saturday - 10/12/19 - Female operator - We called because there were No E-tickes after 24 hours. She stated that the tickets were NOT issued. Something about the AIRLINE cancelling the order. She re- processed our orders.
Call $3 - 10/13/19 - 1AM early Sunday hours - still no E-tickets- We called again and spoke with Male Operator - Bopama - I started taking names. He checked our records. He was able to process something in the computer and emailed me my e-ticked, but said that my partner's Ticket was still not issued by the airline and he had to re-process everything. He said that it was good that the price of the ticket did not go up! (Implying that if it did I would have to pay the difference in addition to what I had already paid!). He promised that when I wake up at 8AM on Sunday morning, the e-ticked will be in my Inbox. He said he was escalating my case and was going to report it to the higher ups.
10/13/19 - Sunday 8:30AM - Call #4 - Still no E-ticket - Spoke with Solomon - wanted to talk to a supervisor but Solomon said there were no supervisors available on weekends. He was able to send me an email confirming that there was a Ticket issued for us by the Airline - email came from TRAVIX which apparently is the owner of Vayama, but he said he was not able to send us the e-ticket yet. When aske when he gave me 3 different answers in the course of our conversation. He said usually 6 hours, then 24 hours, in the end said he could not promise, because this was the weekend, and on the weekend they only issue emergency tickets, and our case was not emergency, so it may be that our ticket will not be assigned a priority status so it could take till Monday evening 10/14/19 for the e-ticket to be emailed - so in fact it was 48 hours that it may still take he said.
Call #5 - Monday 10/14/19 morning - female operator - she checked our records and was able to finally e-mail us the second ticket.
PLEASE: The email from Vayama received for payment on 10/11/19 - at the time of the change of the reservation had the new Itinerary - which looked just like a new ticket - One could just print this and assuming that the payment was processed/accepted by Vayama - consider that all was well and go to the airport with non-existing ticket. Looks like Vayama has no Quality control process. THEY DID NOT KNOW THAT OUR NEW RESERVATIONS, for which we paid just under a $1000, WERE CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE, until our call.!!!!!!!!!!!
This is IRRESPONSIBLE.

After booking our airplane tickets for two months, they sent us an email today telling us the airline has changed the schedule so they changed our fly time. Their new arrangement is to have us arrive at the exchanging airport in the afternoon (16:20) and fly the second leg in the same morning (9:55) from that airport!
Where in the world a travel company can make this kind of arrangement???
Yes, airlines do have the right to change the flight schedules but no airlines or travel companies would make a stupid arrangement for me to arrive in the late afternoon and then fly away in the morning from the same airport on the same day!

Zero rating, for no customer service, purchased tickets from Vayama, was late to my flights due to family emergency, missed all connection flights, called Vayama asking to issue re-booing was charged as for the new ticket $2280, no e-ticket provided registration completed and air company refused to board us to catch the connection flights, being overseas (country don't use free customer service phone numbers) spend over $100 just to make a call and getting disconnected by putting on hold and hanging up by Vayama reps. Is this a joke???? No customer service, calls being sent overseas which is very hard to hear and understand, every time when calling from US was putting on hold constantly as no professionals on the phone and no resolved issues. What's to point use company who can't help you when you need it, specially when it's urgent

They let you choose the flight, you give the card details and start to buy the plane ticket, they charge you with 20$ for this and they give you an error page and they keep the 20$. You call them and send them an email and nobody answer. Nice

Terrible. Customer service does not help you with USDOT mandated regulations like cancellations within 24hours. And they switch you between different reps via email so you lose continuity. Pretty sure this is illegal

We had very bad service while booing ticket on your website. We were trying to book two tickets for same day and same location it won’t allow us to do it. We had to do it individually, bec of that we had to pay more for tickets and it was so confusing that by mistake we book wrong tickets and have to pay for cancellation charges. We wasted around 3.5 hours just to book one ticket on your website. Which is not at all user friendly. I will be more than happy to talk with some one regarding this. If you really care about my experience.

good customer care but can be improved with open conversation about type of fare( promotions, value or standard etc) it offers. With certain type of fare, airline can not provide certain services like accomodation for delay flight, long layover etc.
