I've always had a great experience with this online store. Over a year of regular orders and they've only gotten my order wrong once and that was only 1 juice

This is possibly the worst E-Juice company to present day. I order 2 bundles on September 26 before 12PM; i reached out to them 2 days after because it wasn't shipped and communication from them.
No response until September 30, stating that one e-juice isn't in stock and i can switch out. (Why the hell didn't they reach out and inform me before, NEVER let the customer as what the problem is) I replied almost immediately and expecting it to be shipped out same day. Nope i was wrong, its now 6 days and no E-Juice. I asked for a refund and no response, i contacted them on Facebook, they read the message and no reply, i asked the representative via Zendesk (Troy) no reply either.
NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I placed an initial order for $100 worth of product. One was a Vape kit (Renova Zero).Received my product in about a week. The Renova did not charge, couldn't turn it on. Completely dead. I charged overnight, still nothing. Immediately contacted them via email explaining that this unit was defective. NO RESPONSE. Went back to the website, filled out the form asking for assistance as I had received a defective product. AGAIN no response. The next day I updated the support ticket asking for a status. Finally got a response that I need to return the item within 14 days, shipping was MY cost and there is a 15% restock fee. FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! So I of course responded inquiring why I was required to pay a restocking fee on a product they could not put back in stock as it is DEFECTIVE. Two days later I literally receive the exact same canned response the I have 14 days to return at my cost and then will be billed for restocking. Needless to say, buyer beware!

I have been ordering with VSS for quite a few months now. I hate leaving bad reviews, I've never had a complaint nor an issue until this last purchase. I ordered two boxes of replacement coils and six different juices. The coils I received were not the right ones I had ordered, they have never sent me wrong coils before. And instead of sending me all the correct juices, they sent me two of the same juices. The others they got correct. The prices have always been great considering where I live, I can get a 100mil bottle of juice for 30 bucks plus taxes (rip off.) I've been running around in circles trying to return the items that were wrongfully shipped out in my order and yet I have no response. They do returns through email, which is absolute nonsense. I've written two tickets and am confused on which email they want me to reply to. I've given three stars for my past purchases and not having issues but not a full five due to the lack of communication available for returns and questions. They need a better way of talking to their customer base. It's a shame because I've ranted and raved about them to anyone I can and due to this nonsense of trying to return the wrong items, I'll unfortunately have to look else where for great deals on juices and coils. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, maybe someone who was doing the packaging process was having a bad day, misread something or was new to the company. In any case, the lack there of for attempting to return the wrong items is a nightmare. After reading their return policy, it looks like itll be too late to return the items that I paid for which at no cause to my own fault were wrong. Like i said, I'll be testing out a new company for my next purchase. Sorry VSS. Please make it easier for customers to get into contact with yall. That's all I ask.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. Their products are as advertised and their shipping is speedy. I've never had an issue and can't comment on their customer service but I give this company five stars for pricing, quality and shipping speed. I've placed over ten orders and will continue to order my eliquids from this retailer. I couldn't be happier!

I've ordered juice 5 or 6 times and no issues, but this last time they messed up my order. There were 2 mistakes, first they shorted me a bottle, and second one bottle was the wrong strength. I immediately reported to them that they had made a mistake. They replied right away. Then they ignored me. I emailed them several times, and made an account on their website to check on my claim status. Sent a few more optimistic and cortious messages. No response. I'm out 11 or 12 dollars. There out hundreds. I'll never use them again. There are plenty of other better online retailers to choose from.

Dissatisfied. I've made several orders. This time 1 bottle was improperly sealed and leaked in transit. The other bottle was also improperly sealed but did not leak. I've simply asked for another bottle ti be shipped that is sealed properly, but havent received any response except the initial contact. My calls have been unanswered and numerous emails unanswered. Offering to send random samples in my next order is not satisfying this issue. You took my money, either send me what i ordered without leakage or return my money. Reviews go a long way. And, it appears this company cares nothing about their customers. So this is probably a waste if time and i should just send my money to another ejuice company. I have shared this experience with faimly members who also order from you, so you will lose more than just 1 customer. But again, from other reviews I am reading, I really dont think you will care.

I talk with them personally and they have gone out the way for me many times and that’s the truth . Ok, so I’ve given these guys a stellar review in the past. Even recommended friends to them. But this time everything went wrong and yes as someone else mentioned, it only takes 1 really bad experience to change everything. So as usual I ordered online and get the fastest shipping method, as I’m starting to run low on my juice and have about 4 days left. Well two days pass and nothing has shipped so at this point I’m a bit annoyed as I paid the highest shipping method to have it at my house in 2 days, 3 days the latest... I email them, nothing, I email the following day, nothing and email the day after and at this point I’m livid. Someone named Axel finally gets back to me “apologizing” telling me they couldn’t fill the entire order and I have one of two options, 1) I can cancel my order and get a full refund or 2) get my 1 item shipped and get store credit for later... well i’m sorry but non of those appeal to me... I wrote back “what I would like is for you to send my the one juice ASAP, completely refund the second juice to my bank account and also refund the shipping method as they did not live up to their shipping promise of having the order in the mail within 2 business days”. I also told them I was not going to do business with them any longer so store credit wouldn’t work. I get a response back the following day “I completely understand, we have canceled your order and you will receive a refund within 4-6 business days”. Fuqers didn’t even bother to read my email or make anything right. Plus 4-6 business days?! It took them a click of a button on my end when they took my money but will take 4-6 business days to process a refund that was of their doing?! At this point they are stealing money from their customers. They take money when there is no product to send out. Then they process a refund only after you call them on it over and over and a “refund” that I have yet to see and may or may not get there in 4-6 business days. It’s been 6 business days, I checked my bank account and I still do not see the refund. I will be calling my bank today. Screw these guys! Do not do business with them. They are thieves.

Have had all good experiences shopping this site, but my last order was may 31 money has already been paid out order still says processing . Have sent 3 mails.....0 replies. This might be the last time I use their site. I have ordered here several times and products were always delivered promptly even during adverse weather conditions. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I'm now 6 emails in and not a single response. I think I'll report this to the better business bureau. This company seems to have lost interest in their customers.

2 stars is ONLY for the cheap product. Every thing else about this company warrants zero stars.
I’ve been jumping between Vape Society and two other companies for my juice, depending on who has it cheapest at the moment. I’ve been using VSS for about 10 months now with 4 separate orders. 2 orders were fine, no problems at all, but the last 2 have been just bad.
My last order (in July) hadn’t shipped after 10 days and I was getting worried so I emailed them and finally got a response that something from my order wasn’t in stock. Okay...so you guys just weren’t going to tell me? I asked for a refund for the product that wasn’t in stock and THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS EVEN FOR OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS. Fine, whatever. They gave me a discount code to use for my next order.
But that experience put me off of them so I promptly forgot about the code and the website until I noticed this week that both my other regular stores were out of stock on the juice I like. So I went to the VSS website and it looked like my juice was in stock so I ordered 2 bottles and a couple of other things. I placed my order on Saturday and they actually did email me this time (Tuesday) that some of my items were out of stock. Great. The email said I needed to email them back within 24 hours and choose if I wanted to replace the out of stock product or get another discount code. I chose another product this time, and emailed them within 15 minutes of their first email. I asked if this other product was in stock and then I didn’t hear anything. The next day (Wednesday) I get an automated email saying my order has been shipped. But the thing about this site is they don’t mark your order appropriately if it’s missing something. So it says my full order is shipped and I was charged for my full order, but they never emailed me back so who knows what’s in this box? I need vape juice soon so do I wait or go buy some from the local shop? I emailed again today but still have yet to hear anything.
All in all, completely unprofessional, horribly managed, and they truly do not care about keeping their customers.
