My local salesman was great and really went to the bat for me when I had an issue arise. I did have some issues with my modifications at the factory that were rather stupid. I bought my own 2017 Honda Odyssey and had it taken to the factory so I could have the console in the vehicle. I paid extra money to have them send my console out of the vehicle I purchased and it was made known I wanted the console back. When I got the vehicle from the factory I found out that on this version of the Honda they didn't have any cup holders in the dash or anywhere up front except on the door. When Honda designed this van they accounted for the console to be where the cup holders would be but the factory forgot to send my console back. After some conversation my sales man got VMI to pay the Honda factory to buy the parts to build me a new console to replace the one they were supposed to save for me. My local salesman was able to get my console put together and installed into my van in an excellent way to make it more user friendly than I had in my previous VMI vehicle. I would definitely recommend doing a VMI even with these hiccups. This is my second van from them.

The chain/cable on each side of the folding ramp rattles too much. Not sure how too fix it but it is annoying.

I have to get use to the size of the vehicle. I am hoping being comfortable driving it will come as I use it everyday!

Because of my disability it is very hard for me to function throughout the day. I have primary multiple sclerosis and I have increased symptoms when stressed or fatigued. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful for anyone but for me especially it has been very hard. I got the vehicle on September 30 a Saturday by that Monday I had electrical issues. I contacted the savanna mobility and had an opportunity to bring it in on that Friday which they fixed the electrical issues. And that being loose fuses. I feel like they did the best that they could do trying to make me feel comfortable with this big hulking vehicle but also the driving with hand controls and not having some of the safety features work for a week left me with a very bad taste to the point where I honestly wanted to turn the vehicle back in and get back my old vehicle. I've given myself to I've driven the vehicle at least to 1000 miles to write this because I did not want my opinion to be one of snap judgments. The lowered floor is an issue getting over simple speed bumps I scraped and almost had a heart attack thinking I had actually hit another vehicle. In the Chrysler Pacifica there is very limited space for simple things like wallets insurance phones. I do understand this is due to the transfer seat and the lowered floor but this is an issue for me which I'm trying to rectify with an aftermarket cubbyhole. Also the deployment of the side doors having to turn them off so that way the ramp doesn't go down is an issue because then I cannot just tap the door to close it I have to actually use either the key fob or the internal button or manually close it. Again this really isn't an issue with the experience of purchasing the vehicle but the vehicle in itself. Thank you very much for reading this and God bless

we bought a 2017 honda Odyssey and overall the fit and finish of the van is great, my only complaint so far is there is more road noise than the competitors conversion, but it is much larger inside.

I have only had my customized van for a couple of weeks so I can't say
how reliable it's going to be. So far I am pleased with the equipment, although, the ramp seems to rattle a good bit when traveling.
