I am in the market to purchase a Sphynx kitten and first came across Mollys Sphynx and the sent them a message about a kitten. They texted me the next day from a PA area code and asked for a deposit and told me they would ship him to me for $120 and I could have him within a week. When I began asking more in depth questions hr stopped texting back. This evening I found another cattery called Vanilla Sphynx with ZERO Vanilla Sphynx but the same kittens on Mollys site with the same home page story! They are scammers!!! I luckily did research but others I have found out have been scammed by them. Also a few of their available kittens photos belong to another true breeder out of Oklahoma!

I found a listing through oodle.com. They said they had Sphynx kittens for sale in the St Paul, MN area. They requested to be contacted via text. When I texted the first 832 area code #, they replied with the 323 area code number and asked for my email to send me pics. I gave it to them and they quickly emailed pictures which were pulled from other breeders sites or Flickr accounts. What they said was not typical of a breeder. Email pasted below.
I searched for the pics on Google and found some linked to their website and it just reeked of fake testimonials. I hope no one else falls for this.
Thanks for the mail and your interest on my lovely and pretty adorable Sphynx Kittens, they are 10 weeks old. The reason for my given out of this kittens is due to my working schedule as i i have just gone for an NGO
program that will last me some few months in Rome,GA, So my landlord does not accept the present of pets around and have given me some time to look for a home for them,so i would have really loved to meet with you for the viewing of the kitten but i must confess,my working schedule is very tit and can't meet.So the arrangement of delivery for your choice to be brought home will be good for both of us as it's to save us time and our commitments,

My wife ordered a kitten first week of January 2017 and was unaware of how these scams worked. Once I got involved it was clear to see how they operate. In her case it was pretty ingenious...they had her PayPal money to an actual PayPal account which seems legit...what we found out days later upon contacting the PayPal account holder was that they too had been scammed. That person sent them scammers money via western union...they told her they would be sending her money via PayPal(they gave her my PayPal id) and if she could wire the money back to them via western union. so basically...this unaware PayPal individual ferried my money to the scammers thinking I was one with the kittens. its pretty convoluted but after some investigating it was clear that both this girl and myself got scammed. She only lost $300.00(her "down payment"). Then when I started railroading them all of a sudden they changed their website stating they were no longer selling kittens. These guys are straight crooks. Oh...by the way..they have an operative here in the states but they originate from Cameroon, Africa.

I wrote a scam yesterday about a company called Pumpkin Sphynx Kittens. Today, I went on Google looking for Sphynx kittens in Ohio and this website was on top. I had never been to it before, but it was highlighted stating I was. I went to it and found that it was the same exact site as Pumpkin Kittens, but had changed their name.

I contacted this so-called Kittery and set it up to buy a Sphynx kitten. Some of the things they said seemed odd and when I came down to it they wouldn't let me come meet them in person, would only except a wire transfer via Western Union and would not use PayPal
Money was sent and they disappeared off of the face of the earth.

Told me I could purchase a cat keeps giving me the run around won't send pictures. I found out others have not received their cat and keeps saying tomorrow the cat will come tomorrow. He asked to use my PayPal account. Let others pay their cat in my account said they were donation people. Well they were people who paid for a cat also. He almost destroyed my credit and could have had people press charges against me. I've sent the money back to people and thank God I didn't sent it to him. Please take their Web site down so others won't get scammed. He said to use my PayPal he would take 300.00 off of my cat for me. Yes I know I'm stupid now...but please stop them please.
