Do not give them your money. They sell junk and it's a scam. Ordered a $20 windbreaker from an Instagram ad. Took 6 weeks to get delivered with no response to inquiries in the meantime. XXL was four sizes too small wouldn't even fit my skinny 15 yr old. Was paper thin. Wanted to exchange it. They emailed back and said returns only for defects. I said it doesn't say that in their policy. They said it had to be returned in 30 days. I said it was within 30 days. They didn't respond. Wouldn't let me post a review on their site. Do not buy anything from them.

Copyright infringers. They've stolen my copyrighted photo and used it several times to sell their useless crap. I've made my living from my photography and it hurts my company and my family when others steal from me. Do not buy from companies that steal and rip people off. The other reviews here pretty much explain what this company is about. I'll bet they are in China, too.

Do not buy from this seller. Ordered item via Facebook ad. After 2 months the item hadn't arrived. Contacted them to ask about my order, got a "we're looking into it" reply and asked to contact them if I didn't hear from them in two days.
No communication in two days, so contacted them again. Was told they were still investigating and to contact them I didn't hear from them in 7 working days.
No communication, so contacted them again and asked for a refund. Their response ignored and avoided my refund request - I was asked to be patient.
I contacted them again to restate my refund request. They replied that the item had shipped and they don't refund after shipping.
It seems that their first few responses were delaying tactics to buy them time to ship the product and avoid a refund.
AVOID VANILLA SNOWBALL.
Update: item arrived from China. Crumpled cardboard box. Flimsy, cheap plastic. No assembly instructions. After the poor service I have received, I am not surprised. Definitely not worth the $20 I paid.

They dont care about there customers
It's a scam and out money. I've asked now for over a week for and updated no answer. I want to cancel my ordered and they wont answer no phone number only a email. Reporting them to consumers. Dont order from them.

After seeing their Instagram ad, I ordered a flexible phone-charging phone holder thing, the first one I got didnt work (the charging part), I sent a video etc of the problem as requested by them by email and they sent another with the exact same issue. They are refusing a refund. I also ordered a plastic phone tripod thing which never arrived at all; again they have completely refused to rectify the issue. I have had over £40 stolen by these crooks, DO NOT ever use them.

I bought a lazy changing stand for my iPhone from this site and waited ages for delivery. It broke within a month and when I emailed Vanilla Snowball, I got an email back saying that because it had been delivered successfully they couldn't do anything about it. I was really careful with the charger so for it to break it was obviously not fit for purpose.

Do not deal with these people or you will regret it. Ad for "metal army tanks" popped up on FACEBOOK and I foolishly ordered 2 for my sons' Christmas presents. $110. What a chump am I - exactly what they are looking for! No way to contact them once you receive smashed boxes of junk..

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only reason they have one star is because I couldn't take stars away. Their shipping time is absurd and they don't care about their customers AT ALL. I ordered a windbreaker that did not fit. I emailed the very next day to tell them I needed to return the item (they don't have their return address on the website which should have been a tip off). They have not given me the address. Even though their return policy states you can return an item for any reason, they told me that the jacket met specifications and I couldn't return the item. I replied and told them it was irrelevant and I needed to return it. They have actually changed their return policy to state they will only accept returns if the item is not as specified! That's insane! They changed their policy rather than let me return an item that doesn't fit and refund me $20!!
Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. The only service to the customer is ignorance. They take two days to respond to emails and when they do they don't even help you. They apologize and say that the comments are valuable and they will use them in the future. At the time their return policy had a 30 day window. I firmly believe they were trying to wait me out and when that didn't work they just changed their policy. I cannot stress enough how much you should not use this company based on everything I've been through with them. STAY AWAY FROM VANILLA SNOWBALL.
Update: after 18+ emails and numerous Facebook messenger posts between 7/17/19 and 9/2/19, I was offered a 30% refund on my order and told to keep the windbreaker (refund amount ended up being approx 75% of windbreaker cost). I accepted the offer thinking I would not get anything better and something is still better than nothing. I think because I was within the 30 day return window (which as mentioned they changed the return policy- probably because I emailed their legal department and told them their stalling tactics were illegal) they figured I wasn't going to give up with the emails. They still have not revealed their return address. NEVER buy from a company that does not have a return address clearly listed on their website. Even with this resolution, I will NEVER buy from this company again. It's not worth the hassle.

This company refused to credit it exchange their product that was 2 sizes too small. I ordered this jacket but it arrived while I was out of the country. When I returned I discovered the size problem, but they cited a 30 day return policy that had lapsed. No support or sympathy for a customer.
