This site and organization promotes pseudoscience and conspiracy theories in denouncing the use of vaccines to prevent disease and the wearing of masks to prevent the transmission of disease.

Incredibly untrustworthy.

While I can't recommend individuals or families avoid vaccination altogether (which is some of what the site advises), the site is otherwise trustworthy for reporting risks associated with vaccination and undue weight given to urgency of vaccination. Be aware that some of their additional resource websites aren't as trustworthy as VacChoice themselves. Overall, I support the right to choice when it comes to vaccines, which is why I rate the advocacy site as "good". (My personal qualms with vaccines are mostly associated with the ethics/abortion/fetal research issues).
