We rented a home and were going to have a 2 hr brunch there the day after our daughter's wedding. Home was found to be rat infested, which we were contacted about 7 days prior to the wedding!!!! Option were to change dates, new location with Vacasa paying difference (if more) or cancel with out penalty. We inquired on a home in their system, we asked if we were able to host a brunch, they rep indicated they would research. In the interim Vacasa booked that home not knowing if a brunch could be hosted and refunded the difference. Brunch could not be hosted at the home and the alternatives did not have the original home's sleeping capacity. We cancelled found a home on our own outside of the Vacasa system on VRBO less than a mile from the Vacasa home that would allow the brunch but cost more. Vacasa would not pay the difference stating Summit County has a home capacity regulation. The capacity regulation is related to "overnight night" accommodations. The original home is in Summit County. I sent emails to Vacasa making them aware of this and simply asking for reimbursement of the difference.... each email response I received was from a different individual? None focused on our ability to locate a home outside of their system! They are indicating they will not reimburse us the difference because of their capacity policy? The refund is not an issue, the inconvenience/inability to accommodate is. If we would have cancelled after the cancellation period for something beyond our control we would have been charged $1450.00 no matter what the reason no exceptions? If we would have found a more expensive home in their system Vacasa would have paid the difference.
Live up to the standard you state on your home page Vacasa, the cost difference is $800.00!

The house was clean and tidy. It is only 10 mins walk to the beach with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great place to stay! The four bedrooms/bathrooms are all lovely.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, the living room open and spacious.
The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and you can walk to downtown in 15-20 minutes and you're a block and a half from the Boise Co-op, a terrific grocery.
Wonderful place for a visit.

Do not stay in this room! It was horrible, the mattresses looked like they came from goodwill and the carpet was in horrible condition. There was dust everywhere in the unit. Every silverware had dried food on them . The entry door looked vandalized multiple times and we did not feel safe. The balcony door did not lock. The tub was stopped up and wouldn't drain water. Chairs where broke along with the beds. I received a call from Vacasa "Property Manager" probably sitting in a cubicle somewhere overseas and all he was worried about was i should have read the rental agreement. Received a 50 dollar refund, not even the full refund for cleaning?! The owner of this condo needs to sell this unit to someone that knows how to run a business. Vacasa needs to hire intelligent people. DO NOT STAY AT UNIT 604 TWIN PALMS. If it would let me upload pictures you would be amazed and the issues with this place

This is our 2nd time staying in this lovely property. The home is great for large groups and it has a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. You can watch whales from the house 24/7. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house we rented. The house was as described and pictured on the website. However, when we had a problem with one of the appliances, we used the "contact the owner" option on the VRBO app, which was the only way we could easily find to try to resolve the problem. Called three different times. Phone was answered by an automated Vacasa voice message and was put on hold. After 3 calls resulting in being left on hold a total of 37 minutes, none of the calls were ever picked up by a person, and there was no way to leave a message. Found a way to send a message through one of the emails that I had received from the booking confirmation. Was finally contacted by email after we had already checked out of the house. They did offer a 10% refund on our stay for the inconvenience, but if it had been a serious problem, with such poor contact opportunity, the situation could have been problematic.

We just recently rented a place in Hilton Head Island through Vacasa to have a nice family holiday with our four adult children. After only two nights we were given a MANDATORY Evacuation notice from them due to the impending Hurricane Dorian. We basically had to comply with this order as it was coming from the state so we pulled up stakes and bugged out, cutting our vacation way too short. Tragically we did not purchase any travel insurance and have been told that we are basically out of luck to get any compensation....Personally I cannot believe they can just keep our money -$3500 US! For two nights! I will gladly cover the cost of the cleaning the unit but am quite furious that they had not even offered a refund or another unit as compensation at a later date.....not totally pleased with the way they handled this. We even had a rep come to our door first thing Monday morning hurrying us out so he could come back and move the patio furniture inside.

I loved everything about this property! It had everything you could ever need and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with every dish and cookware and appliance you would ever need or want. There were tons of towels and bedding available. Last but surely not least, the beauty and comfort of the inside and outside was outstanding. The photos shown are great..but we were floored once we arrived and actually saw this property. One thing I was unaware of was that the master bedroom bed has a massager and elevates your feet and or head...it was tough to leave bed:). I would surely stay here again.

Needed a home-base for visit to GNP, and 'Road -to-the Sun'. This rental fit perfectly. Had great access to GNP and loved Whitefish.

Dated interior but for the price one may overlook the carpet and furniture and stare out the enormous living room picture window onto the golf course and a commanding view of Lone Peak. Rental process was seamless and easy. Dog friendly was an important feature

The worst app I have ever dealt with. Booked a room and then a month later they say it was unavailable, they give me another room just to cancel that too. I have a whole family that’s coming on vacation from Europe and no place to stay because Vacasa screwed me over. Please please stay away from this it’ll save you a bunch of headaches.

I recently stayed in two Vacasa properties. The company was very easy to work with. I needed to extend my stay after I booked my reservation and they accommodated me very easily. The homes were gorgeous and well kept. The properties had everything you could need or want and they made check out quite painless.

We really enjoyed staying this place.... it accommodate all of us very well... kitchen had all kind of cook wares surprisingly for all of us to cook and eat... place was maintained very well....
Kids all enjoyed this place very much. We had camp fire at night and had a nice time together.
only glitch we had... couldn’t access beach shore from this property by walk... we already know there is no access road but we thought to walk through woods to get shore but there was a deep cliff after couple of meters so couldn’t get in to shore...

Wish I could give them a zero. I am a owner that hired them to list our home. Over 6000 sq. ft. with great mountain view and every thing you would ever want in a rental. They rented it over and over for under half of value. Stuff was damaged and missing, house never taken care of. All they care about is there commission. When confronted they told me how they would make it right. They did not. If you want to get a home on the cheep they are perfect, if you don't want it looking right. If you are an owner, you would be better off not renting if you are considering them. They are full of BS promises, and in the end will cost you money.

We loved this house and it’s location. It is within walking distance to the Thunderbolt Marina, where we were able to park our boat. It is in the heart of Thunderbolt, GA...right between Tybee island (10 minutes east) and downtown Savannah/Riverstreet (10 minutes west). Very quiet, a great fire pit in the back yard, and very Prívate. There is 4 bedrooms, two with twin beds, one with a full/queen bed, and the upstairs bedroom has two full/queen beds! Great kitchen, and a large wooden dining room table.
If you have a chance, don’t pass this one up, as you won’t be disappointed....

Great spot from which to explore
We loved this apartment as a central spot from which to explore Santiago. We were there with our two teenage daughters and having the two little living spaces was really great. The views from the apartment are amazing (especially the view of the Virgin at night). It's right around the corner from a grocery store and many great restaurants. The only wrinkle was that we blew a fuse trying to make the oven work... they definitely need to provide instructions on how to work the stove!

Rented a week absolutely overpriced for a outdated home that smelled ugly the whole week !
