Ordered a Feiyu-tech G6 gimbal and during the payment process something went wrong (on my side) with the payment provider. The money was never deducted off my balance, so the payment didn't go through.
After sending an email V-Nix quickly responded and informed me about the payment situation, and that i should just re-order it.
The second time the payment was authorized correctly and the shipment went out the same day.

Excellent prices if you want to buy in Europe... But stay away in case of problem. No service. You'd better contact directly the support service of the company (in my case: Feiyutech). They promise a lot but finally treat you like an idiot, Forget in all the cases any warranty, they will invent non legal reasons (. It seems that there's in fact only one person in charge of everything in this company. For the service, you have to wait for 10 days at least (official answer from them). Incredible, 30 years in the business and never saw such an awful company. Well, after having received back after having paid a 50 € ransom. I can say that they didn't even check or get out of the box the gear involved. Stay far far away.... (not speaking about the way they consider their customers) as you can see below.

Lists out of date products for a rediculous low price tricking you into buying something else from their site. Misleading.

Google adds pointing that you can buy something for EUR 13 including shipping while the lowest price is EUR 19 excluding shipping.
