I received a gift card for mother's day and placed an order online. When placing my order online, it did not allow me to enter my shipping address. Somehow, I had a very old address in the system.I thought it would give me the option to change my address but instead submitted my order and wouldn't allow me to change my info.I tried calling customer services right away only to be told " we're very sorry but we can't do anything.we can try to submit a request to have the order cancelled but no guarantees". I replied "So if it can't be processed someone else gets my order and I lose my money? Yes, that's correct!!! No that's not how you do business!!
Boggles my mind that such a large organization doesn't have the capability to update their computer data base. What a terrible business model! Last I checked, I can't go into a store and take a product without paying, why can you take my money without giving me a product?? I refuse to ever step foot in this establishment again, you don't deserve my business nor my money! Thank you so much for ruining my mother's day gift. I'm literally in tears!I was so looking forward to a nice gift only thing have it taken from me in seconds. This is morally wrong and if this is how you conduct business, you'll be out of business in no time. Remember we the customer are the reason you're even in business.
I'm so pissed and my day is ruined!
