They made me miss the extended deadline by not keeping their word of completing the work on time. It was a horrible experience, much time and energy wasted. I wish I had never trusted such ineffective service and site.

Also, having one´s money back after missing the deadline due to their repeated and repeated false promises (to retain my money at all costs until too late) is not really a compensation. It is just a standard trade refund norm. Time is gold and you wasted mine big time. As I expressed to you, you cannot possibly ever compensate that. So you are not serious or reliable, full stop.

Still waiting for the draft. The writer never consulted with me nor did he make contact with me since he/she was assigned. How is S/he going to write a final draft proposal when he is not even asking what clients want and how they would like to undertake it?

Though I paid for the best service available, I'm not sure if I got anything like that. And, since I assigned UKwritings.com to do my dissertation on 02.01.2021 it has been all promises but nothing to be optimistic about.

I repeat, I need a writer with premium quality and who corresponds well, to take me through this journey, even if that means to pay more, though I already paid a fortune. I chose ukwritings.com looking for quality and never for the prices. Really disappointed!

Can you please guide me to the dispute or HR department? Someone serious about this business to look into my case and take a fair judgement!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Asked for a piece of work to be completed, paid extra to have it within 48 hrs. 2 hrs before it was due, i received an email saying it could not be completed and they wanted another 48hrs. I could not give them the extra time, so i complained. I was only offered a 50% refund initially as per their guarantee, they said i had to pay for their customer support they had given me behind the scenes (which i never saw) and that i was cancelling with them as i would not allow them extra time to complete the work. They even admitted they could not complete the work in 2 hours and still refused to give me a refund.
After long discussions i only got 70% refunded. Very poor disgusting service.
Do not use this service.They are not based in the UK. They completely let me down and then refused to give me my money back. I would not trust them at all. I should have listened to my gut instinct in the beginning. Please avoid the same disappointment i have received

Apart from having to get them to revise the work they done for me, the final outcome was exactly what i needed and ut was all completed before the deadline, including the revision.
