Avoid at all costs. Had to pay to call them to find out where my tap was only to be told it was no longer available. His delayed my whole building project.
Wouldn’t be so bad if the staff weren’t so rude and obnoxious.
Never ever use them.

After taking upto 2 weeks to deliver they send the wrong colour and then argue about arranging a collection. They charged £25.00 for delivery and then expect me to pay another £25.00 for their error. NO WAY small claims is the only way with this BAD COMPANY

Avoid at all cost! I ordered a WC from them in November 2010. It arrived damaged. I called that day to report it and as they could not send a replacement within a timely manner (the item was out of stock for 6 weeks) I cancelled the order.
After a month, & repeated calls to them, the WC was finally picked up. I have since called them 8 times this year to find out when I will be refunded. I have repeatedly asked, with no avail, to speak with a Manager and the Accounts department. It is now April and I have still not received my refund. I will be taking this to Trading Standards.

Having looked at previous reviews on here I was dubious about purchasing anything from this company (now 'Bathroom Village') but having spoken to a freind who had recently purchased something i was assured that all would be okay. I decided to purchase some items on the internet totalling about £2000 (a lot I know but I could not resist). After 5 days I received a call from Matt (I think that was his name) to say that all the items were now ready for despatch. He told me that they could be with me the following day if I wanted. As i was going to be out on that day I asked if I could have them the following day to which he said 'no problem, any particualar time?'. The goods arrived the on that day at the time I asked for. Excellent service and highly reccommended.

I purchased a £130 swivel bathroom mirror from UKBW and like many other customers I did not receive the order, despite promises that a refund would be made, to date like others, this has not materialised.
All I can say is GO SWIVEL UKBW.
No doubt you are operating somewhere under a slightly different name, doing exactly the same thing, stealing from people that work hard for their money.

i ordered a bathroom cabinet 5th dec 2009 which was £223.00, extravagant for a cabinet i know, but i loved it and just had the bathroom done out. I saved hard for this. ukbw still had the nerve to take my money and give me a delivery date knowing full well they had gone into adminstration, how can they do this to people? i will fight this money back as it doesnt belong to them, how dare they.....and they have only changed the name of the company... good luck everyone

Took my money knowing that they would not be able to supply the goods. I am more than £1000 out of pocket. If anyone knows the home address of any of the company directors please can they post the info here.

I ordered 2 bathrooms for £1,500 in November, I was advised that they would be delivered mid December. They weren't so I asked for a refund, this was never processed and now they have gone in to administration.
I have been contacted by the adminstrators and offered delivery of the items in stock, this turned out to be 1 toilet flush lever, a complete insult.
The 3 directors have put the company in to adminstration and are setting up again with a fresh start...they are a bunch of criminals.

I ordered a Bristan Trinity Shower from UKBW. They took my money immediately but couldn't provide a delivery date. I cancelled after 10 days and bought one locally. I cannot get my money back from UKBW even though they said I would get a refund in 30 days. I have discovered that they went into Voluntary Administration on the 5th of October 2009 (before I placed my order) but have now gone into full administration and ceased trading. Beware, the Managing Director of UKBW, Adam Evans is associated with the new company that has sprung up UK Bathroom Village Ltd. I don't believe unless they can prove differently, that UKBW ever ordered my shower and that they used my money simply for cash flow. On the day that I couldn't get hold of their Head Office or any of the Branches, the administrator told me they were on their Christmas Party!!!!!!!!!

Placed order on 29th August for Heritage mixer tap. After a number of `sob stories' regarding poor delivery of stock from Heritge still hadn't received taps by start of November!! Cancelled order on 19th November but still have not received refund!!! Tel no. no longer works & am pursuing through credit card compan. In mean time, order same taps through Nationwide Bathrooms.com & they were here in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!
Reading the reviews of UKBW, this is how they do business by taking your money immediately & delivering nothing but grief.

Goods ordered 8th Oct. Delivery 14-28 days. After 21 days I rang several times and the delivery date kept moving forward and in the end the company's employee was unable to give a date at all. Cancelled order on 20th Nov. Received email confirming refund would be made by 17th Dec 2009. (there was not a stock problem, at the manufacturers)
No refund received as yet. Will start legal action and contact credit card company. Companies House indicates that that accounts have not been filed on the appropriate date.
Many customers appear to be in exactly the same situation. It is certainly not normal business practice. The Trading Standards and courts will have to rule on this one.

I wish I'd found these reviews. The website links didn't work, so I rang and put my order through by phone. At no point was I told that they didn't actually have stock until after they'd confirmed the transaction. Then I got a call to tell me that they would take 14-28 days to order and deliver. I put off my bathroom installation by a month. 30 days later I still had no shower and they rang to say that they would try again but that it would be another 14-28 days before they would have any news for me. The guy on the phone sounded on the verge of laughter when I expressed my frustration. I told him I wanted a refund. His response was that refunds took up to 30 days to be processed by his company. I have little confidence that this will be done so I've contacted my credit card company and have activated their fraud process. I suspect that this company make most of their money by raising interest on payments they do not intend to honour. Avoid any offer of theirs, no matter how attractive the discount.

This a repeat of comments mentioned by others. I ordered my products which have failed to arrive, I chased and was promised another date but the goods failed to arrive. I then cancelled the order but one month later I'm now having to consider legal action. Do not use this company.

Wish I'd looked at reviews for UKBW before placing an order for a loo seat with UKBW online. UKBW website said 14 - 28 days for delivery. After 1 month I rang them and was told there was a problem with suppliers Heritage Bathrooms. After 6 weeks was told the same thing. Rang Heritage and was told loo seats are in stock and there is no problem. It takes ages to get an answer when I ring UKBW, sometimes they don't even answer. Am ringing now to cancel order but there is no answer.

We ordered Heritage Taps for £230 on 14 June for works in July. The website promised delivery within 28 days. After a month, we called to be told that it would be at least another 28 days. We had to cancel and get the taps elsewhere as our plumber was due to start.
A month and a number of calls later, we still can't get our money back!!
We are going to trading standards and about to raise a court action - don't use this company!!
