Scam pricing. Went to the shop for screen protector was was quoted 20. Went back again the next day and was quoted 15.

Well my experience was a good one for the exception of my phone getting damage in water. I specifically got my Note 8 to take under water pictures and videos. Last year it worked perfectly for that when we went to Cozumel. Between that vacation and our Cancun vacation. I messed up my phone. I took it to "I break we fix", they did an awesome job for the exception of the water seals. We went to Cancun and I used my phone in the water after they fixed it. Well as you can imagine my phone got water damage. If they would have just let me know that the seals might not work the same, I would not have used my phone the same in water to take pictures or videos. If they could have given me a heads up about it, they could have saved me a lot of head ache. They did not say anything about that part. I had to use my insurance to get a replacement phone. No Bueno!!

My pixel 2xl would not turn on. It was completely unresponsive. When i picked up my phone from ubreakifix on merivale road they told me it was a hardware failure and they could do nothing with it. If I wanted to have Pixel look at it it would cost about $300 with no guarantees. It sat in a drawer for a couple of months before I gave it to my son in law to play with and see if he could fix it. An hour later he called and said it was fixed. I have been using it for a week with no issues. Ubreakifix is a joke

I went there to change an iPhone 6 screen, which was made on time but the repair caused the phone to crash relentlessly, making the smartphone to be unusable. The store refused to take any responsibility in the outcome of the repair, claiming that the screen was fine. However, the crashing problem clearly came after the repair was made.
It is always difficult to write a bad review but my judgement is made considering the following:
- Refusal of acknowledging errors that were made following a repair that turned bad.
- Refusal of taking any responsibility in making a phone actually worse than it was before.
- Lack of answers, despite multiple emails, to multiple email addresses.
- Passive-aggressive attitude at the shop, where I was accused of the problem.

Do not trust U Break I Fix
- I went there twice for repairs, and both time they broke another component
- They refuse to comply with their warranty
- They offered a warranty extension to compensate me for all the troubles I went through, but once I asked for it, they denied it.

This review is for Ubreakfix on 1240 Canal. This is one of the most reliable and trustworthy businesses I have ever done business with. I very highly recommend this place if you want a electronics item repaired. They are very good and prompt with their service. Their lobby area is very nice with seating and a TV. I highly recommend this business. It's very hard to find a business with integrity today!!

They should br called UnreakIbreak. Took s iPhone 8 plus to the Bloomfield store for a screen replacement for a cracked one that was working great and came away with a phone that had erratic touch issues, making it near unusable. Was told sorry, but we don’t really have a 90 day warrenty, you have to file a new claim with your insurance. What a joke these guys are! What a rip off! Find someone more honest to do your repairs!

I dropped my Note 8 today and broke two corners on the screen. I got a claim filed on Asurions web site. Within 15 minutes I had a call from UbreakIFix. They explained it would take about 1.5 hours to fix. I setup an appointment and dropped it off. They were very professional and explained the whole process. Within an hour and a half they called my wife's phone and informed me that the phone was fixed. Fast and easy. They even use OEM parts. I greatly appreciate their service.

I emailed them on a sunday night at 9pm. I got an immediate response. pulled in monday morning fixed asap. Told me everything up front. No surprises and a 90 day warranty. Great job mich and megan. They gave me a piece of mind ..I was lost without phone. Settlers ridge store

I came here in 3rd st.to have my laptop screen replace back in June 3, 2018.However Christopher promised to get it fixed by Monday.I am dissatisfied with the service, he replied weekend don't count, this is unacceptable for a repair shop worker.They did nothing but making excuses and I am sick of waiting, get the supplier do thire work faster and get thire job done faster,please ! We have more important things to do, No more delays, No more excuses, No more lazy please. We won't stand for lazy employees ever !

This company provides the worst phone repair and customer service I’ve ever experienced. With the rating out of 5, it's a definite 1 star. I took in my Google Pixel 3 XL to have the back screen fixed. However, instead of getting it fixed, I went through about a 30-45 days of horrible waiting experience for them to fix my phone. In that time frame, they caused multiple damages to my device, such as the sim card not reading, camera malfunctioning, not receiving any calls or data services, and eventually ended up having to replace the motherboard. This led me to losing a lot of documents, photos, and personal data I had on my phone. They could have at least let me save my personal stuff before replacing the motherboard.
After replacing the motherboard, I was in communication with a gentleman from corporate and I was informed that my phone was fixed and the test results said it is running well. When picking up my phone, the 1st I test I did is making a phone call, but she could not hear me from her end. This was only the 1st test and ended up having to go through another 2 weeks of having my phone fixed.
At the end, I stressed to them of their incapability of fixing my phone and asked them politely to just replace my phone, because, even if I were to get my phone back, after all that it has gone through, it does not give me reassurance that my phone if fully functioning or having other underlying issues.
Of course, they refused to replace my phone or to reimburse me. They gave back my phone, and said “I am very sorry for everything you have gone through, I have tried everything I can and the franchisee will not agree to those options. They stated that they did fix the phone and tested out that it's working fine. I am truly sorry, but we can not do anything without their agreement. If anything does change, I will let you know.” It's funny for them to say this because, when I got my phone back, it's still not working correctly. It's mind blowing to me that Google, a large successful corporation would partner up with a company that provided horrible services like this.
At the end of the day, they gave back my phone still broken and malfunctioning--with loss of data and my personal time from their incapability of to fix phone. They kept my money for the horrible service that I received. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have my phone fixed.
Highly do NOT recommend to all friends, family, and everyone else. I usually do not give bad reviews because I’ve worked in customer service before. I understand certain circumstances, but this kind of services is beyond all the experiences I've ever experienced. I was not asking for more than what I’ve already paid and I was still denied. I will not stop you from going here if you feel the need to, but I would say go with caution and have low expectations.

I could be their number one fan very easily I had a Samsung 12.2 Pro tablet and it sent it into Samsung for repair only to find out they didn't support anymore it was in great shape all I was 5 years old I just didn't know what to do and the new location open up on Shea and Scottsdale Arizona I drop by there and everything went perfect I had it back the next day working fine and I think we'll be good for another 5 years so I would say don't hesitate going there your good value good service and my service rep happen to be William and it was great knowledgeable very good customer relationship and very positive individual. Finally the the store is very clean and very well laid out and you feel good when you go in there. I have two more tablets I will be taking in next week for the diagnostic and then see if they can fix them is a five star in my world and there are few of those around Dan Minks Scottsdale Arizona

And you brake I fix offered a 90 warranty on the
Glass and now they say they do not not offer a warranty any there item .. I totally recommend

Took my note 8 in for repair. Phone looked great after repair however it did not retain it's water resistant feature. I went on vacation, I tried taking an underwater video with the phone within 10 second it was filled with water.
Upon my return to the United states I took the phone back to the store I heard nothing but nonsense.
