YOU CHARGED MY CARD AFTER YOU SAID NO DRIVER AVAILABLE THEN WHEN I CHOSE A DIFFERENT CLASS OF CAR IT SAID MY PAYMENT METHOD WASNT ACCEPTED SO IM STILL STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT AND YOU WILL NOT GET ME A DRIVER SO REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!!
Being stranded isn't fun but having your card charged in what is now a FRAUDULENT manner is beyond unacceptable.
Also, they keep your credit card info even if you delete your account

I would give zero stars if I could. My friend from Canada bought me a gift card, I asked UBER customer service how to use it and they assured me that if it didn't apply to my order that my card would be refunded.
Paid their overpriced everything for one meal and now I'm out $40+ American dollars and they say that since my Uber gift card was purchased with Canadian dollars my friend is now out of $100 Canadian dollars.
I now have a gift card I can't even use and they refuse to respond to me about how I can send my friend back the gift card so he can at least use it.
These people are awful and their customer service is severely incompetent.

The app breaks down if I tried to do anything other than the most straight forward actions. Right after Uber app and Jump app merged, the app was confusing to use, when I called customer service, it was practically useless. Then tried to rent a scooter for the first time, could only get the scooter icon to show up after 15 minutes of fiddling around. Then installed it on a new phone, provided all the authentication information, then says could not locate the account, although it showed partial personal information so obviously the account existed. Could not locate a number to call, finally after some searching on the web, found the number for drivers, finally talked to a live person, but she could not help with anything,not even connecting me to the riders department, the only thing she could do is sending a message to the riders department for them to call me back with no idea when they will actually call me back. Then tried login on the website by clicking on the login link, after entering my email address, it tells me the email address is already taken, as if I am signing for a new account when I made sure I clicked on the login ink, not the sign up link. This company is horrible, prime target for another company to take over their market share, another company actually cares about customer service and offers a product actually works.

I was going in to work in the rain my normal fee would have been 23 dollars but it was raining that day the price went up even if it wasn't raining at the time going in to work all in all my ride came out to 54 dollars. now this is highway robbery I canceled uber like a bad tv show, maybe a few more years instead of robbing your customers give them a fair deal. they make enough money why do they have the need to take more than what they need?

Uber through venmo Sucks!!!
Each time I pay Uber through Venmo I have to contact support asking to modify the charge. I've waited over 3 days to see if Uber will modify it itself but it looks like they won't do it unless you email asking for your "change".
It's very very annoying. Uber Venmo won't modify the initial amount unless you contact support.
Don't pay Uber through Venmo. Unless you want to over pay and loose money

1) most times I have been with friends trying to get an Uber and several drivers accept and then arrive and decline in person, or don't decline but fail to actually on time and leave us waiting so long that we have to rebook - but always outside of the "free cancellation" time frame - so my friends keep getting charged for booking fares for drivers who don't actually arrive. For that reason I haven't used Uber in over a year - but I tried to get Ubers with friends and saw all this happening. We think they must profit from the cancellation fees ??? So, now, I don't trust the drivers to arrive on time or at all. One Uber driver picked me up without enough petrol to take me to my destination. Then said he couldn't drive me straight to the airport. I either had to wait ( & pay !!! ) for him to drive around to get gas or book a different Uber. When I booked a different Uber the second Uber arrived in 2 minutes - with petrol in the car !!!
But - I still got billed by Uber for BOTH !!!
(Because it was outside of the free cancellation' timeframe.
I couldn't find a way to report that drivers disorganisation. I am not a happy customer being asked to pay and wait at gas stations for Uber drivers to fill up and maintain their vehicles.
2) if I have a specific problem (one driver kept touching me and asking me to kiss him) but apart from that he did promptly arrive and get me to my exact place and wait until I was inside the venue (it was a potentially unsafe neighbourhood). I told him not to touch me and eventually he stopped trying ... but I couldn't find any way to report that on the trip records ... so all I could do was give him a very low rating which seemed unfair to him as mostly he was great ! It was just that (culturally??? - it was not in Australia. An overseas Uber trip) he may have thought it was OK to flirt and try to seduce female passengers ????
But - it certainly made me more suspicious & fearful of Uber drivers in general and especially upset that Uber doesn't easily allow for reporting an incident which, really, is a sexual assault :( of a very minor form.
Other friends have also expressed frustration that Uber apps do not easily allow for reporting particular specific issues with specific drivers during particular trips.

The other night driving home with Uber I was talking to my driver and we started discussing what's going on with this Coronavirus and I was saying how since all the stuff is going on Uber has jacked up their prices significantly. And he said really? We are able to see how much you guys pay and also how much we get paid per ride I said yes I am paying significantly more than I was before all this started and he said well they're not paying us anymore so not only is Uber taking advantage of this situation they're not even giving more money to they're drivers so I was right all along there just lining their pockets with the extra money like they need it or something. All of the money that I earned last week went to Uber why am I kicking myself in the ass just to get to work with these people? Greedy bastards taking advantage of this unfortunate situation to charge more money and they're not even helping they are drivers out.

I scheduled a ride on Uber today to pick me up the same place Uber has picked me up before at Fiesta casino and after waiting over 12 minutes to get the driver Harry - Toyota Prius - one minute before the driver is supposed to get there my ride gets cancelled and I get charged an outrageous cancel fee when 1 minute before the driver was supposed to get there my ride gets cancelled! And when I try to contact Uber their customer service line hangs up on me and their help app claims the same email my Uber receipts get emailed to is not associated with my account! So u can see clearly thieves in charge! This is harassment and stalking discrimination and profiling and ethnic intimidation and forceably stealing my money for their own negligence proves theft by Uber! The only ethnicity that is to blame are Jews! How you might ask! Thief has Jew in front of it! ( T= 2 pyramids = Jew star = Jew) isn't that interesting that the very word only implicates them and no one else???? Uber better refund me my money or I will own them for default! Either way their gonna pay !

Stone cold fast food is on a parr with eating dog food and I don't feel humans should pay for the dilemma of cold food...either the courier or the provider of the food at fault and yet Uber will not compensate or refund patrons for cold food, so be warned given their service is a diabolical shambles and needs scraping in favour of a superior service.

Ok so I schedule my very first uber ride a week in advance becuz they offer this service and I like doing things in advance if possible. Scheduled a 3:30 am ride to the airport ,so 3 am rolls around and decided I better check in again cuz no one wants to arrive late and miss there flight....so I decided to call an uber customer service rep and ask about my pre scheduled ride ...lol first joke I speak English, they speak in tungs so I hang up on them and call back for the second joke ,they also speak a foreign language and they dont understand English I hang up again so now its close to 3:30 am and I went ahead scheduled another pick up and what pops up on every car they offer ...No available cars at this time ....so they wint tell you in advance that no one from uber is coming for you ...I wint call them again

I have been a driver with Uber for 5 years. They owe me money and refuse to pay me. They are saying that I need to prove who I am. I have my phone with my phone number, access to my personal email, my drivers license, my bank cards and checks .....none of this proves who I am. This morning they sent me to an office to speak with someone in person. I went to the designated office and they are closed and nobody is there and there is no number I can reach anyone at. I called the Uber phone number and the agent could not comprehend what I was saying and refused to give me to someone who could help.
I have driven for 5 years. I have had no bad incidents or anything for them to be treating me this way. I have wasted my last 6 hours with this company. No more.
Do not choose to use this company. They are a complete rip off and are driving away the good drivers.

Uber showed me the fare would be $10 but charged me $13.47 and refused to adjust my fare.
Lyft has never done such a thing. Uber has done this to me many times and has never made any
adjustments to the incorrect charges.

This guy fraudulently scams people for cleaning feesnI had even given the guy five stars as I had three stops on my trip. See the issue below. I was charged a $61.49 cleaning fee which is absurd. All of my groceries were in his trunk and he had black seat covers but took the seat covers off to take pictures of the damage that I didn't do. Apparently, Uber doesn't investigate. He's been getting away with this and it's not cool!
ISSUE: Please review as this was not me this had to have been another one of this drivers fares. I was picked up from work, had two stops, to pick up my children, to the market to pick up my curbside groceries and then dropped off at home. All of my items where closed an inside of supermarket bags inside of his trunk we had nothing in the gentleman's vehicle that would have made a mess. Please review as this was not me.Upon investigating the pictures ...the gentleman who picked us up had a black seat cover over the entire backsest. The seats weren't bear as shown in these pictures. Also, the middle seat belt didn't work properly and we had to try to force the seat belt to work correctly and ultimately had to hold it in the buckle. I'm asking that you review review review because this was no damage that I made. I understand that the driver could have submitted this to the wrong fare by a mistake but I'm asking you to thoroughly review & correct it immediately. Thank you!

It has come full circle that Uber could care less about customer service. With the new trend of drivers waiting after you book your ride, I saw my fare go from $43-$50 and I had no control. I was at the airport on a very slow afternoon. I saw the driver on my display. He was 8 minutes away. Yet he didn't move until the price of the ride went up. In addition, it was hot and he refused to roll the windows down or provide AC. When I reported it to Uber. They simply stated that it was unfortunate that I had this experience and that they hope my next experience is better. In other words. We have your money and we could care less about your experience. I'm done. This is beyond lack of caring for the customer or fixing the issue with the drivers. They have left it to the drivers to gouge customers and I refuse to accept this.

Okay, made a uber eats account.... tried to order my first food.... then for no $#*!ing reason my account was disabled.. now i try to reactivate it. But i think climbing mount $#*!ing everest is easier. No phone number, email not monitored.... $#*!ing online contact form, filled it out a couple of dozen times, but no goddamn response.... realy uber! Why the $#*! cant i just call you or something!

UBER TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER REFUNDED ME FOR A TRIP I PAID TWICE FOR. 1st incident:
I took uber twice a day to and from work. I used the gift card option to apply UBER bucks to my account. Today Monday Jan 27th (after paying $15.00 for a trip for my son) I tried to reorder another uber to get to an appointment when doing so I noticed my account was at a zero balance. I still had 21.00 dollars left available after the 15.00 trip early. I sent a email describing the issue and UBER DISABLES MY Account because I complained. 2nd issue before my account was disabled. I took a uber to work and stopped at a store. For some reason the system charged me twice for one trip. I complained and showed evidence of the issue and nothing was done. UBER IS HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICE. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AND IF YOU NEED A RIDE CALL LYFT. UBER REALLY STOLE MONEY FROM ME. IM A HARD WORKING SINGLE MOTHER.. They stole from me.

Im a uber driver of 5 years in HOUSTON tx heres some facts that many want tell! Out of 29k drivers in houston bout 10k or not the ones who picking you up. Uber doesn't check the dl with the profile pic on the app so whatever you send for start up thats what they expect. Its really safe for you to drive your own self home on a Friday night knowing drivers or high off drugs and bout as drunk as the passenger they picking up. Lets run a drug test 29k drivers in houston will drop to 10k drivers DOT will do drug test on you at any time the wish if you driving a 18 wheeler so you saying driving people round not important to know if they high or not. Dont end the service of uber just end the fake made up drug useing drivers

I was charged an additional $81 for no reason. My two older kids were on the phone playing video games and my youngest son was resting because he was tired. I had my little purse and my kids had their school bags. No one had food on them or liquid. They eat breakfast at school because of the time we wake up. The driver had a mess in his car already but we got in because I didn't want the kids to be late and miss breakfast. We got to the oldest kids school at 7:38 and my youngest who was asleep at 7:53. I have never had a problem with being charged so high so I want to know why I am being charged and the driver needs to stop lying or making up charges. I ask uber to ask for the footage of the car camera which will show my kids and i activity and what we were doing but they refused to do so. I am being charged for something I didn't do.

They are extremely unprofessional. Drivers do not actually try to find you to give you your food. I had a shared delivery, something I did not pick, the driver took forever! He did not attempt to call me to find where I was. He came to my neighborhood that's apartments and just sat in front of the leasing office saying he arrived when in fact he did NOT. He completely ignored my delivery instructions. He was leaving my text messages on read. And he cancelled my order and I did NOT receive a refund! I spent over 15 dollars for this food and wait almost a hour! I called customer service and they said they could not give me a refund because I reported too many incorrect items. IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT IT IS INCORRECT! I PAID MY MONEY FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS! DO NOT SUBSTITUTE IT WITH SOMETHING ELSE OR DO NOT GIVE IT TO ME AT ALL! THIS IS SOMETHING MCDONALDS IS FAMOUS FOR I SHOULD NOT BE AT FAULT! I STARTED ORDERING FROM A DIFFERENT ONE. If THIS is how they treat their customers I will be deleting my account and going to Lyft and GrubHub. I have never been treated like this by a BUSINESS before! VERY SAD, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! So now that Uber driver just got free food THAT I PAID FOR AND I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK!

I have driven for this company for a year and have nothing but pay problems! First they lockup your express pay claiming fraud and then direct deposits are notorious for being 4 or so days late! Do not drive for or use Uber! Your driver is being used and not reimbursed for your trip!

Uber took $260 from my account about 6 weeks ago. Every time I have called or chatted with the company they say there is an issue with software. It's christmas time and Uber is not helping at all getting this resolved. I'm thinking it's about time to get legal action involved. DO NOT TRUST UBER OR ITS SUPPORT STAFF!!!!

My dad scheduled a pickup from Uber on Fri, Dec. 27th at 5am. He was scheduled to fly from Tampa, FL. to Nashville, TN. so he could come visit his TN family for the Christmas holidays. All he was looking for was a one way trip from his New Port Richey, FL home to Tampa International Airport. We'll, they never showed up!! Not a call or email or text. Just a no-show! He eventually decided to drive himself to the airport and pay for several nights of overnight parking. (He'd planned on a friend picking him up Mon Dec 30th (his return date), so really all he was depending on was Uber that early Fri morning.) Nevertheless, because of Uber's "no show", he missed his flight and had to pay a couple of hundred dollars for the next flight. All because Uber never showed up to pick him up! His first email response from Uber came and they casually told him that he wouldn't be charged a cancelation fee but that he could rate his driver. WHAT?!? HE NEVER CANCELED PLUS THERE WAS NO TRIP AND NO DRIVER!!! He replied to the email stating that that wasn't acceptable! Ubers' final email response was that his complaint "would be noted"! Really, Uber!?!? That's the best you can do?!? People depend on you. You never know what someone is going through. My step-mom is going thru the fight of her life with chemo and all my dad was looking for was an easy, dependable way to the airport so he could come and see his 3 month old great grandson and the rest of the family. He relied on you, Uber, to take some of the stress out of our family holidays and you only made it worse. No, you didn't ruin our holidays, but you could have made it alot easier, but you didn't.

Uber don't care anything about their driver's only the rider's. Rider's have this scam where they will call or email Uber and lie and say their driver was intoxicated just to get their money back and Uber will deactivate the driver's account without proof. This is not worth the wear and tear on your vehicle. The pay sucks also.
