Bought an pillow it took over a month to arrive. I used it for two nights and suffered major headaches. I contacted them for a refund. They said it is expected and is called the trough of sorrow. There was no mention of this trough of sorrow on their website. In fact it mentioned a no questions asked, same day refund. They said I need to try it for longer. They say it cost them a lot to ship to me, they made a loss on the sale. I should try the pillow for over 2 weeks. I tried it for a week, feeling worse. I requested a refund again. They say I must bear in mind it will cost me more to ship to them than it cost them to ship to me. I should rather just keep the pillow. I cannot believe that they have no integrity or stick to their promise on their website. Be wary. I suggest you rather shop elsewhere.
