True religion refund all my item they said it’s not available after 1 month of waiting for my delivery I tried to call customer service offcourse no one response almost 10 times because I bought it 50% when they have online sale when there price change this is scam marketing

Customers stay away from this place because when you pay by cash or credit card they will give you store credit. They basically stole my money by giving me store credit when I had my receipt because they claim “the way their cashier rung up my items”. They lost a good customer. I am going too contact the BBB

I ordered a belt from true religion for about $100 and it was horrible quality. Fake $10 belts on amazon have higher quality, the metal feels like plastic, and the leather is a joke. I don’t recommend any of their products

Your employee at Vacaville location was unfriendly and just rude. His name was Aron. I spent $387.06 . Didn't even get a thank you or a greeting when I entered the store. Will not shop at this location. I will drive to the Roseville location instead. At least they appreciate their customers!

I ordered a beautiful pair of $119.00 jeans and was sent a $39.00 pair instead. I sent the jeans back immediately and was quite upset about the mistake due to the obvious difference in price and the way the jeans I received looked, compared to the ones that I ordered. It has been at least 4 plus weeks since my return and I am still waiting for my money back. I phoned True Religion and verified that they received the wrong jeans back. Very disappointed. I should received a full refund when they received their product.

Bought husband jeans he’s had many pairs always been good quality. This pair frayed after a few washes. Been on to the live chat since November 2019 to be refunded absolute ridiculous customer service. No one gets back to you when they say they will. They are Adamant they refunded me I have proof from PayPal and the lady stated no refund EVER received. Disgusting service I’m having to pester staff every week rude staff who are unhelpful and really couldn’t give a sh*t. So I’m out over £100 a ripped pair of jeans and being told to wait.

Bought jeans..... wore them about 5 times and after washing in cold on gentle, I pulled them out of the wash with a 3" rip in the fabric. UMMM.... these jeans are expensive because they are supposed to be "quality denim" Well these now unwearable jeans held up less time them cheep kmart junk!

True Religion shipped my 3 tshirts and 1 pair of Jean's by UPS with a 10 day delivery date, then handed off my package to USPS which has added another 10 days which means my 3 tshirts and 1 pair of Jean's is taking 3 weeks to deliver....no explanation from CS....totally unacceptable, maybe take a page from Amazon's delivery....this will be my last purchase from True Religion ever.....

The worst customer service over the phone i have ever received? I made 2 orders nearly 2 weeks before Christmas and delivery states 3 to 4 working days to deliver bit is a lie. My orders kept stating Unable to fufill and other order stated pending shipping but everytime i called which was more then five time during that 2 weeks speaking to the following guy's Ivy, Michelle, Noraina, Denisse and Mark who constantly tried to tell me Unable to fufill meant they are still looking into the warehouses they have to get the product it is not cancelled. I kept repeating every time i call to them that listen if u cant give me the order just tell me so i can buy alternative gifts foe christmas and new years but they insited it will be sorted and couple said i will get my order regardless which was a lie. I have bee a True Religion loyal customer for a long time but after this exper2i do not know if i will continue being a customer. Just today i have called in again and spoke to Aya who alteast have to give it to her spoke the truth and said my orders are being cancelled to my frustration, also am waiting to call back and speak to their Supervisor. She also told me the call centre is based in Philippines which could be a big factor of some customer service advisors may not understand the plain meaning of UNABLE TO FUFILL instead of making me look like i dont understand what im on about from the UK. I am really frustrated and disappointed with True Religion this time around.?

Worst customer service ever. They won't even give me my full refund took about 10 days AFTER RECEIVING IT to finally issue my refund . They never reply to emails I had to email about 5 times for a response. Then bc they forgot to issue a $0.26 refund on December 17th, so they refused to give it to me, they made me pay for their mistakes. First, and LAST time I'll ever buy from their company.

do not order from this company, been waiting for my refund for nearly a month now. i have spoke someone on the live chat twice and they said that they will process the refund and two weeks later there is no sign on the refund. therefore i called the number on the website and they said that the refund wasn’t even processed so i have to wait another 7-14 days for refund to go back in. on top of that i had to messaged them to get a confirmation email as i had no email to confirm my order and after i had returned the parcel i didn’t have an email to say that it had arrived so i had to chase that up too. i also emailed them to ask about the refund and got no reply from that. would not recommend this brand.

Absolutely shocking customer service probably the worst I've ever experienced! I don't usually leave negative reviews but on this occasion felt I had to. Seven days since placing my order and still not shipped but no communication stating there's going to be a delay. I appreciate it's a busy time but communication is key. They won't let me cancel until ten working days have passed. Truly terrible customer service. My advice would be DO NOT ORDER.

The amount of time it takes to have a refund is totally unacceptable .... they received the goods back 25 days ago and I still haven’t had a refund! I have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions.. they have no answers other then the warehouse haven’t scanned them through yet. They have no complaints procedure either. A good product but make sure you only order exactly the size you need ... unless you can afford for them to keep your money for an indefinite amount of time... will never use them agin!!

I ordered #4 items on Dec-4 And until this day no tracking has been provided. To my surprise I called today to be informed that it was delivered. I find this very hard to believe since I’m home do to a Spinal surgery and I have cameras on my property.I was hopping I could surprise my wife for Christmas and all they told me is to wait for a 7 day investigation??♂️ Mind you Christmas is around the corner. I asked to speak w/a supervisor and no one is available to my surprise. This is sad I’m currently not working w/out pay and this store just Ruined my family’s Christmas. I will take my business elsewhere. Very very disappointed..

Horrible customer service out sourced to the Philippines. Placed very2 large orders and oddly enough one was delivered and they HAVE NO RECORD of the second. Get big a rep who has a good grasp of the english language and that can look up orders places is a joke! I gave all emails I have used ever In my life of which all but 1 have never been used on TR website. They said there must be a typo in the email thAts why they can’t find it! But then they state they have no other way to find it! Insanity horrible customer service! We have spent over 4K in the last 2 months but EVERY ITEM WILL BE RETURN TO THEIR STORE PROMPTLY!!

Ordering online is a mess the website says if you order before the 16th of December it will be here by Christmas. I ordered on the 12th and it’s Christmas Eve and it still has not shipped. So now I have no present. And the customer service is horrible. I will never order from there again.

Ordered for a Christmas present which didn't happen ok then may it will be here for his birthday no still waiting!! ordered same 3 items in various sizes on 3 different occasions as they sent whatever they thought randomly to me at the same time keeping my money. Whilst I trusted that they would refund me and resend correct item they havent ! still waiting on 3 refunds. Called CS, emailed and chatted online all hopeless as the CS do not have the power to resolve anything they are just there to say my apologies which is a little annoying rather than helpful

If I can put zero stars, I will. Shipping is HORRIBLE!!!!! Have been waiting on all my items to ship, they split the order & it’s still not here. & most of the items is not even close to being here. Shipping is horrible, I will completely avoid, I might as well took the hour drive to the nearest True Religion store near me. Someone needs to get fired, Random email saying the item I ordered “is not available”, after waiting on it for almost a week to just SHIP. This is horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. True religion is “designer” but their shipping sure isn’t.

I ordered a Christmas present from here on Black Friday. A week later I still had no update or anything so I checked my order status and the order ‘unable to fulfil’ so I ask a lady on their live chat who was incredibly rude and to cut it short she said that it might be out of stock, wait for an email. It’s been over 10 days and I’ve had no email or anything. Completely shocked at this company. Should have read the reviews see as there are many similar ones. I would honestly buy this brand from somewhere else, not directly from their website.

I ordered my items the day after thanksgiving hoping to give as Christmas presents. Contacted cs they gave me the wrong tracking number stating it said shipped. I had to respond with the correct info and order number. A different person contacted me apologizing stating a delay in processing due to holidays. It is almost Jan 1 still no item. I’m beyond disappointed. This is the second time this has happened the first time I purchased through Zuliliy no items. It’s my fault for giving this a second try. Poor poor service
