I bought two of these rings as a birthday gift for my daughter...the all of the "T"s fell off the first time she wore them. I emailed asking for a refund, and only received an automated response saying they would email within 7 days. After two weeks and no word, I tried calling customer service. After waiting on-hold for two hours, no one answered the call. Terrible product, even worse customer service.

I bought my wife a watch as a birthday gift which I paid CAN$ 379.94 and we are excited to open the box but the watch is not moving.
Noone likes birthday present is not working.
Maybe the battery issue and i talked on live chat she said free to return and next day i returned and after the Toronto store open we can visit and buy a new one.
But only I got back CAN$ 295.70!!! $84.24 less than what i paid.
I talked on live chat again and she said international fee does not include
This is not what i expected and i paid $84.24 one time wearing cost.
I need you to do something, make me understand it more or pay back UPS fee.
The watch is not working. This is not my fault you should check before sending to someone.
They don't care after selling stuffs. no more after service. Dont' tbuy online who knows it is happen to everyone.

The button -fly denim pants size 32 was on sale for $99 all week week ending January 31st 2020. I called on January 31st to find when is their next 30% or 40% off of sale items I told the customer service representative that I wanted to buy next day they were at regular price $198 I called to see if I can still buy them at $99 since it wasn't 24 hr the supervisor Grace said that they were not on sale for $99 trying to play me like I was crazy I know what I say told me I had to buy at regular price. Them jeans been on site since August 2019 so it made sense that their were $99. Saying it was a Glitch that's a straight up lie.. I'm done! Please do better before you run your customers to Alice and Olivia their clothes are way better looking and they don't lie and mislead their customers.

I bought the jacket for $299 on-line, but since it had very bad quality I decided to return it. I was told that it is non - refundable. I check the web page and it included: "free return" (I am attaching the screenshot). I contacted the customer service and I was told that it was mentioned somewhere that is is "final sale". After spending 10 minutes, I found this, but it was written by very small front in light grey ( i think, not everyone can see it).

I got the fleming soft shoulder bag under my best friend's recommendation. Over 500 bucks, it's not cheap. yet, it's totally worth my money. It can match most of my clothes for working. Overall, it's recommendable.

Bought a $400+ bag in store during sale with peace of mind that I can always return/ swap for something else later, which is a common practise in of retail industry in Aus.
Then I bought another Tory Burch backpack in the Bondi store the day after, and planning to return my handbag to Westfield store.
I was shocked to only find out the sale item is NO EXCHANGE AND NON-REFUNDABLE when the staff asked for receipt. The dodgy "no exchange and refund" words only stamped on my receipt after I paid, and was placed in an envelope which you will normally never open and read it. I told them I enjoy the same consumer rights for both on sale and full priced item under Australian Consumer Law, but they say will not refund either for sale and full priced items.
The salesperson NEVER MENTION there's no exchange and refund before I pay, nor the shop shows any "no change of mind return" policy. I would never have purchased if I knew it before I pay.
I did not expect an international high-end designer brand would scam customer like this. Eventually, I have to escalate to NSW Fair trading.
When I search for the TB customer service reviews, I found out there were heaps of extremely bad experience about this brand back in 2012!!! Can you believe it? They never bother to improve it in these 7 years, horrible!

Had to return my sandals 4 times because they were a gift and they were the wrong size 2 times and the wrong color twice.. had no problem with return labels and were very professional with communication regarding the return!!

My mother shipped me a gift from Tory Burch in Atlanta. I had to exchange sizes and went in to the store at King of Prussia. I normally do not shop at Tory Burch since it is way out of my price range. The sales associate at this store was very nice and helped me find the correct sizes for my two items. Because there was a new sale, I also had credit and was able to buy a pair of flip flips for my teenage daughter who was with me. She was very excited. The items were beautifully packaged and the whole experience was wonderful, due in great part to the customer service.

I ordered Tory Burch Birry on December 3 I'm still waiting for my order to go through because the Earrings that didn't say that they were sold out or not sold out mind you I ordered them on December 3 and my order is still processing terrible customer service because they won't cancel my order and now I'm still waiting for my order to go through if it even goes through I feel like I got robbed I wouldn't pay anymore money online at Tory Burch you're better off driving hours away to a Tory Burch store and getting what you're looking for

Worse than possible worst customer service. I ordered two shoes at TB website as a gift one for my boss's farewell and other for my sister. Opened my boxes so excitedly only to see that the gift wrap and box gor my boss's kiara sandals were badly damaged. SERIOUSLYYYYYYY???...i immediately wrote to customer service but no reply for next three days, no acknowledgement of email either, i thought there may be something wrong and wrote another email, again for next three days no reply back. I was already disappointed since the farewell was approaching by and i wasnt getting any reply, frustrated further i CALLED TB customer service this time, the lady appologized and said she has ordered me a new gift wrap and a box, and i will get an email once they ship it, waited for another couple of days but got no email confirmation. I was whats going on there???....I called them back and after 1 and a half week of my 1st email they finay bothered and said the issue is resolved, but i had a question how??...I havent yet got any replacement box or a gift bag yet. Very intellegent someone told me they ordered it on 7/13/2019 and it will take 7-14 (yes FOURTEEN BUSINESS DAYS) to get replacement gift wrap.... i mean seriouslyyy do they need to make them on special order?...when actual order was recoeved with in one week, MEANWHILE THE FAREWELL PASSED AND I SPENT ANOTHER $100 for a new gift. Guess what, its already a month passed by with no replacement yet and i again wrote them 3 days ago with no reply yet another time. It made me feel as if they want us to beg for something that wasnt our fault. I just wanted a gift bag that was torn and a shoe box that came in extremely dented and cannot be gifted at all. I considered it to be a trivial issue but these ppl made a sh*t out of it. WORSE THAN ANY CHINESE WE SITE. Pz save YOUR TIME, MONEY and DIGNITY, dont biy with them.

I bought this sandals at Nordstrom and they last me 5 months. Today I was walking into Publix when my right sandal broke on half. I really loved them and the color but I feel so upset that I pay so much money and they least me just couple of months.Im a fan of Tory Burch, and I have a great collection of shoes but I think I may have to stop buying this type of shoes...do not worth the price.

I had the worst experience with the customer service department I bought a Tory Burch bag on November in 2018 and it's all ripped on the bottom I don't put my bag on the floor cuz it's bad luck that's how I was brought up by hanging on the back of my chair I called the customer service and told them and they told me there's nothing they can do cuz he was born in Woodbury Commons it wasn't for that they released or so the bag I had since November it's a few months old and I'm embarrassed to walk around with it cuz it looks like it's 10 years old so I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy Tory Burch bags in Woodbury common I guess you'll have to think there's no way you can get it this can you have to pay the full price in order to get your full service which I think is very wrong money is money the bed was over $300 and they treated it like it was nothing so in other words you have to pay $600 full price for being in order to get good customer service so I'd have plenty of bags before I would never buy another Tory Burch bag whether it's in Woodbury Commons or I got it for free just for the customer service they wouldn't help they didn't offer any discount for another bag I sent them pictures in the bed going to be the looks like it's 20 years old I wish I could put a copy of it on on the review

My daughter broke my beloved Tory burch sunglasses that I got as a present from someone very special.
My husband suggested to call, and I scoffed him off saying, " what are they going to do about it?"
But I did call, and because my friend ordered them online, the VERY nice lady in S. Fla who helped me, put all of my uneasiness to rest. Not only wasshe able to look up the order, find it, and not only did I not get charged for ANYTHING, they sent me a brand new pair (overnighted) at no charge! She was probably one of the nicest people I have ever talked to! I don't remember her name, but I do know she has a daughter that is a special education teacher down there. Super sweet! It completely made my day, week, and month! I hope somehow this review can make it to her!

Bought a pair of shoes at the Palazzo store for the wife as a surprise. When I checked out they asked for her account info, and I was hesitant b/c it was a surprise and didnt want her to get an e-mail or anything. I was assured this is just to add to her account and nothing will be e-mailed. Next day, an e-mail was sent. I called the manager and she said it was a corporate generated e-mail and b/c her employee didnt send it there is nothing she can do. Not really happy. Wife loved the shoes though!

I received a gift from my daughter and returned it for a lovely navy blue tote bag which I might add was $200+, however I still had a balance of $35 which was applied to a gift card. At the time I was happy with my exchange and thought I would check back later to use the gift card.
Later turned in to two years as I was unable to use the card due to surgeries, ets. I was in Las Vegas where they have a Tory Burch in the Fashion Mall. I searched and found a pair of Flip Flops I liked and gave the gentleman the gift card to apply to my purchase and he said it expired. None of the stores I deal with have an expiration for gift cards. He told me to call the number on the back of the card. This is the most impersonal number you will ever encounter. I tried to get an operator and they say "Goodbye". And that is it. Guess you are just out of luck.

I purchased a pair of the new style flip flops - LIANA THONG SANDAL and they are super cute and comfortable for the 5 minutes I had them on. The sandals have rhinestones that trace the outside of the shoe and when I saw them I did think about their staying power but purchased them anyway. Well - I put them on for the first time (beautiful sunny Florida day - I wouldn't think of wearing them if rain was in the forecast) and walked to my car, realized I left something inside, so I went back inside and retrieved what I left behind and when I looked down (yup - you guessed it) - a rhinestone was missing! For almost $200 I would have thought I could get some wear out of them before they looked like cheap knockoffs! Needless to say - I didn't run my errand but hopped on my PC to create a return back to Neimans AND write this review. My advice to Tory Burch is do not release a product until it has been proven to last more than five minutes.

Over the years, I have spent more money on Tory Burch items than I care to admit. Anyway, right before Christmas I spent close to $1000.00 in one shop which included a metallic tote bag. Within 7 months later there were worn spots on the bag.Looks like dirt but it is more like metallic areas worn away when you look at it in person. I sent photo and complaint only to be told basically too bad for me; that it was over the 30 days and looked like wear on my part and some warning on using cleaning products which I did not use. . So disrespectful especially to a customer that as I said spends more money than care to admit. So, I will never buy a Tory Burch product again.

I recently purchased a high priced pair of shoes at Tory Burch. While I loved the shoes after wearing them one time I noticed that they were too tight- so much so that I had to take off the shoes and put on my daughters to avoid blisters. Today my daughter went to return them though it was 6 days past the 30 month refund date. I was extremly upset that there was nothign beyond stretching the shoes that they could do - not offering a pair of the same shoes, or even a cheape pair in exchange. i loved the shoes and it was mothers day so I was extremly dissapointed to learn that I couldnt get them back. I hope the stretching works, but given that this is a million dollar industry i know it wouldnt have been so out of the realm of possibility for an exchange on one pair of shoes.

Of course they canceled my order. and I was charged for pants, they emailed me 24 hours sale, I ordered the top as well to have a match, they never send me the pants. They basically lied, it's not the first time theybdo it. Will never order from them again, because they are not reliable company with expensive staff that made in China and not a great quality. I will share my reviews. When you call them, they just don't even care

I absolutely love this bag, but the material is horrendous! I got it in white so I clean it every week as i use it quite often. It's in pebbled leather material so it's soft, but i find something WRONG with it every week! First was a long scratch and then, the leather near the lining at the back started peeling off and I ABSOLTELY DO NOT UNDERTSTAND WHY! I care for this bag dearly and i don't go throwing it around so CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY IS IT GETTING SO BAD? For your information, this bad has ONLY been in used for less than 2 months. I cannot even.
