Good quality bay trees (ordered x 2, then another one a week or so later). Arrived promptly. Very happy with the orders and service. My only feedback is that since then I returned again to order another bay tree again (and possibly looking at some other bits) the prices have gone up from £24.99 to £34.99 for the same sized small trees in the space of just a matter of a few weeks. Hope prices come back down a bit as would definitely return.

I ordered 3 Olive Trees and they arrived today, they were very well packaged and the trees arrived looking exactly as described and in excellent condition. Big Squirrel is well made and of good proportions. He (she?) looks good even before being clothed in the yew bush that I brought him to sit atop. He arrived in a couple of days and the quality and price are excellent.
An even bigger squirrel would be welcome if you made one!

I ordered a pyramid bay to be delivered to my daughter. It arrived on the date requested and she tells me that it is a very good specimen.
I had a couple of issues with email confirmations not arriving which had worried me as I had not used this company before. However when I requested updates, by email and phone they were helpful and apologetic.
I would use this company again.

The bay trees arrived very promptly and very well packed with no damage. They look really lovely. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because they had whitefly within two days of receiving them and I am not sure if they were already on the trees or were infected after delivery.
