This is my first experience with cbd oil 250 mg unfortunately I got nothing at all from this didn't relax me ,ease me for sleep wasn't effective at all I was using it for anxiety, I don't smoke cannabis or take any medication just maby out of 1-10 I'd be 6 . Delivery was very good and package was excellent too well wrapped in fairness .
