have made multiple orders with the anti life, this is a one man company, where the owner makes everything himself. logical some orders take longer than others, and replying to mails or dm's would only slow down the process even more and get the items shipped out even later. have always received my items with great quality, it just takes some time since it's all self printed, self sown items. but the quality has always been good :)

Be warned people.. Son placed order nearly 2mths ago for an £80 hoodie still no sign of it. Tried to contact the seller on numerous occasions without reply.. not even an automated reply...
Currently going through the bank to get a refund.
Unless you have money to burn.. avoid..
Maybe a bad review will get the sellers attention...

My son has ordered a hoodie nearly 2 months ago and still hasn't received it. We have emailed the seller 3 times in the last 2 weeks and had no response. How are people having great customer service and we are being ignored? That is £80 of his own money that he saved for it. I am highly disappointed with the lack of information on shipping and no reply.
If you want to run a business and want to keep a good customer base a simple reply for delays or an issues wouldn't go amiss. I understand in current times things are being delayed but this is still no excuse for the lack of customer service. I will be requesting a charge back and will not be purchasing again from them.

It took awhile to get here, but it’s covid so everything is taking awhile. Customer service was great, he apologized for the wait, updated me on when it was shipped, and was just a really decent person to interact with. But omg the sweatpants I got are the highest quality sweatpants I think I’ve ever bought. Definitely worth the wait. And they’re cool as f***. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them, and let me tell you how great it is to go out in public wearing sweats but feeling like you’re dressed up. The fit is perfect too. Definitely will buy more stuff from this brand.

do not order from this guy .
poor customer service. 9wks for shorts that didn't arrive. . no reply to emails. if you go to face book page the anti life . you cant message him. leave a post. he reads them and said would check my order .. he never came back to my relpy
denying he is a con man.
do it on every thing he is selling .
warn other buyers. he is scamming lots of people. .tell trading standards. log it with police its theft. and he needs to be taken to account for his actions

I ordered 3 hoodies and 2 pairs of shorts. Daniel was great with communication about how he might take a little longer with orders due to coronavirus and that was understandable. He was very polite and seemed genuine when notifying me about my order being shipped and thanking me for my patience. It's been about 2 months since placing my order and I only received one hoodie. (good quality but just fit a little weird) I have emailed him 3 times now about the remaining clothes I still haven't received and Mr. Daniel is not replying. I feel robbed.

Ordered and got my “Hell is Empty” hoodie fine. It wasn’t true to size so I emailed them the day I got it (10th July), asking for an exchange. I’ve emailed them twice more and zero response from their customer support email, or contact us page. I understand if they’re busy and can’t reply, but they could at least send a standard email, “we’re busy but we’ll email soon” type of thing to every customer. They’ve posted on social media so I don’t understand why not reply to customer emails? They only give you a 30 day period where you can get a refund and now I have to sell the hoodie as it looks as though I won’t be getting any sort of reply any time soon if at all! Disappointed as I love their clothing :(
