I thought I purchased 1 shirt, however when I got my order confirmation, it showed 2 shirts. I immediately contacted them via email within 4 MINUTES of the order to request a modification of the order. Their cancellations and amendments policy states that orders can be modified before production which can be as soon as 2 HOURS. I doubt my order went to production within 4 minutes. I did not receive an email back from them until the next day (other than the autobot reponse about receiving my initial email). They stated that my order had already gone to production and could not be changed. I sent another email reminding them of their policy. After no reponse, I sent a third email asking for them to confirm my cancellation of the order. I received a response to this email basically stating the same thing their first email said. It is just so wrong for a company to display such a lack of integrity. I will never make a positive recommendation for them. Very dissapointed.
P.S. I see that I am not the first victim of this type of treatment. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

I ordered two shirts I created in the site. They came to me printed crooked and off center and out of place from my design. I had reached out for a refund as these were business shirts I needed for an event and they took their time to contact me back. I was asked to take various pictures proving the $#*! job they did. Once I did that, they ghosted me. Haven't been able to receive a refund let alone a response after 3 more emails attempting to get them to acknowledge the fact that I was left hanging. This company is a scam and fraud. They do not care about you and are out for your money. The shirts also had stains and stunk really bad of vinegar. Not sure what they use to print but got I had to get them out of my house. On top of all of that, I had ordered the highest quality of shirt to only receive some fluted baggy shirt thats size was inconsistent from top to bottom. This company simply sucks and they dont care. Do not buy!!!

I ordered a Tournament Hoodie for my Husband for his birthday. It's winter. The hoodies was supposed to be red on Black. It's bright, neon orange on black. Our boat is red and white. It's too thin to wear alone. Very disappointed in the quality verses cost! In the photo on the left is one of our red jackets. On the right, is the tspring "red". he will hate it. Most likely not wear it.

I received a package that I hadn't ordered and couldn't figure out who had sent it. I checked with this company because of a previous order that I couldn't remember what it was. Long story short they researched my request and provided me info from my original order and confirmed the mystery package wasn't from them. They were very helpful, professional and went above and beyond todays business practices for most companies, I will be a return customer and recommend them to others.

I ordered a hoodie a month ago. The expected delivery date has come and gone.
I have e-mailed Teespring multiple times to ask where the hoodie is, and to inquire as to why the tracking info hasn't been updated for the last 3 weeks and no one has gotten back to me.
I tried calling the toll free number, but all that does is make you listen to a recording that tells you to email them or use their live chat.
Well, no one responds to the e-mails I've sent and the live chat feature doesn't even work.
I am now starting the process of having the charge refunded on my credit card, as the total lack of communication from their "customer service" is worrisome, and leads me to believe we've been ripped off by this site.
My kid is upset, as this was a purchase she made using her Christmas money, and she has NOTHING to show for it.
Do not waste your time or your money with them. They don't seem to give a crap about their customers.

As a marine combat veteran I ordered the USS O'Brien DD-975 T-shirt. I ordered two. When they arrived I immediately noticed the word destroyer was missing the letter S. I emailed the help line. I was advised that I could get store credit. I asked for a name and number so I could call. I mentioned my concern that the shirts should not be sold with the error to veterans. I was told it was out of their control but that they agreed to refund my $49. I cannot believe they're still selling this shirt and that the designers are not correcting the spelling errors. Unbelievable. I'll never use this shady business again. No contact numbers. No integrity.

I've spent $1,000's with them but they have NO customer service. Not BAD customer service, but none. None of my chats or emails have been responded to. I'm still waiting for some shirts ordered in September. It STILL says being shipped. It's the end of January now. I feel robbed. I need to spend my money with another printing service.

ordering process went smoothly on two separate occasions. orders arrived within expected time, seemed longer but probably because i wanted my stuff... t-shirt i received was printed great, got detail in a complicated design. quality of shirt itself is nice, soft and lightweight, roomy but not huge. same for hoodie i ordered later. nice print, hood of same quality. a soft, lighter than expected cloth. fits well, love it. overall 4\5 stars because the price of each was high, i guess pay for good work and materials,.

I ordered two shirts and went to check out. It never showed me a preview of my order. I paid and then it shows four shirts ordered.
I immediately emailed to get my order amended, (there is no phone number). The site states you have two hours to amend an order and I get an email about 6 hours later telling me that they will not amend the order because the shirts already went into "production".
LOAD OF CRAP! They took me for an extra $50.

I ordered a tee shirt and sticker from teespring and received the items in a timely matter. The tee shirt was to small and their customer service was really helpful in resolving this issue. They reprinted another shirt in the right size and I received it just as fast as the first one. Thank you teespring!

Towards the end of December, I ordered a hoodie and it came within a week but it didn't fit. I emailed customer service and within two days, they got back to me saying that I could get store credit. The item I chose was a couple pounds more than the last but I got it with no charge! It came within a week! Absolutely great service and the hoodie is of amazing quality! 100% recommend!

I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt for a Christmas present for my husband. It arrived in time, no issues. I paid $29.99 for the shirt and $8.99 for shipping. The quality of the shirt is low. All cotton and thin. I ordered a size L it runs small so an XL is needed. I've contacted them numerous times to return the item. All I've gotten is one computer automated response with a case #. I continue to contact them and no response. Very frustrating. $38.00 for a poor quality shirt is not a pleasing gift to give.

I ordered a sweatshirt a month ago now, it has been "printing" for 4+ weeks now. The delivery date has come and gone. I would never recommend this scam site. All the bad reviews are for real. Additionally, I have contacted customer support no less than four times with no response. Stay away.

I made around 27k off teespring and they say it takes up to 7 days for it to be processed. Its been 15. I email them every day and they dont respond. If i dont get my money i will be taking legal action but id prefer not to. If teespring sees this my email is [email protected]

I am sorry that I have to write this review. I recently purchased a tee. It did have prompt delivery, although there was a blatant mispelling on it. I emailed the Company, and surprisingly heard back the next day. I was requested to upload a photo, which I did. That was the last and only communication I have had with them. I have sent them numerous emails since and have never heard back. I feel my only option is to stop my payment and write this review. I am hoping MAYBE someone will now contact me! Buyer beware!

I spent hours creating products and ordered samples which never arrived. I emailed seller support (they have no phone number or chat for sellers) and no one responded. After 9 days I emailed again. Nothing. The only way you can change the photo or price is by emailing them and they don't respond. A friend ordered a hoodie and it never arrived. I tried to use their chat function but they said they couldn't give me any info on orders and to email seller support. Worst experience EVER. I switched to Printify and they were on it! I am sorry I wasted so much time uploading graphics on Teespring.

a special order product I received was not working properly so I started a claim - the item was supposed to have been replaced after another run was produced - unfortunately, the replacement never came, and by the time I remembered I was supposed to get a replacement I emailed again, and got no response..... I stared a second claim and Ruel took great care of me...sadly, the item I wanted was out of production! I was able to order anything else off the site at the same price, but I was disappointed my first claim fell thru the cracks.

I bought a $60 dollar jacket (including express shipping, which is a joke btw) for my friend because they really liked it and I wanted to surprise them with it as a present. I bought the jacket on December 15th expecting to arrive on December 21st right before Christmas and that's when the first problems started to appear, on the website it showed that the product was going to arrive on the 21st and they provided a UPS tracking code, so just to be on the safe side I looked up the tracking code and it said it was arriving the 28th of December which made no sense whatsoever, then when the Jacket finally came I was appalled to see the quality of the Jacket. The insides were soft but the exterior was so rough and horrible quality and it even came in the wrong color! I have sent about 4 emails to the company in the span of a week to no avail and the company's "24 hour customer service" is a complete farce they haven't responded at all and it's getting tiring and frustrating. Here's to hoping that the company is able to give my money back!

I ordered 3 Hoodies. All came looking great and of a nice soft fleece. I live on a little island up in Canada so I was leery about ordering Christmas presents internationally. These fortunately came a week earlier than originally projected. Thank you guys! I know you cant control the postal service, but you made the products and shipped them out in good time :)

How I regret even ordering anything from this company.
I ordered some stickers recently and chose expedited shipping which cost me extra with a promised rush delivery date.
Well, by the promised delivery date I not only didn't receive the shipment but it never even shipped.
I tried desperately to contact customer service.
First, there is no customer service phone number. The one I found had a recording telling you to go to their website and use the chat feature.
The chat feature? Non-existant. I tried three different browsers and the chat function appears for a split second and then disappears.
Writing customer service? While they encourage it, don't expect an answer. I sent them three inquiries, none of which were answered.
I look at all these 1-star reviews and then read this hokey response from TEESPRING with an apology and a link to contact them. Don't be fooled by this response. That link goes to a form page to contact them and they do not answer.
So, if you think TEESPRING is responding to these complaints in good faith, don't believe it. They make it seem like they care and want you to contact them, but when you do, they do not respond.
I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel all charges related to my order.
