This is the second bad experience with this company. The first was when I ordered an underfloor-heating thermostat from them. Many months after placing the order and having had no communication from Tandmore nor receiving the ordered product, I was forced to cancel the order and get my money back from PayPal. I never had any communication from Tandmore to say why the delivery had not been made nor did I get an apology for such poor service.
The second time is in connection with a sun sensor that I purchased from them and which turned out to not react to the sun! I returned the item for which I had paid some Euro80, so not cheap and asked for a replacement as it was defective. After calling Tandmore they told me the item had been returned to the manufacturer for testing, the result of which they needed before they would replace the item! I sent it to them on April 27 2020 and as of writing this on 15 June 2020, apart from my calls to Tandmore to enquire about a replacement and promises from them to email me after contacting the manufacturer, I have never received the promised email nor any other communication telling me what has happened to my defective item. I called the manufacturer and explained the situation. They told me that testing was currently turned around within 3 days!
So please explain to me what Tandmore was playing at! I still do not have any word from this awful company nor a replacement product.
Because the order was placed via Idealo, after I complained to Idealo, they have been decent enough to offer a refund of the complete purchase price. This speaks volumes in favour of Idealo but shows how BAD Tandmore is.
My recommendation is to not do business with this company as they are not customer friendly. They seem to work on the principle that "I've got your money and I now couldn't care less" Absolutely AWFUL customer service - and another thing, they often do not answer the telephone if you call them!
Stay clear of Tandmore if you want decent service!

Ordered a pretty expensive item 36 days ago. Money were charged immediately. No answers from the seller, no ETA, no item. It is not so critical for me to wait more. It is COVID-19 time, but I do not know exactly if I receive the item some day, or I have to go to my lawyer and do not waste time. Terrible experience of buying items in Tandmore. I do not recommend to use the service. It was required for me to read negative feedbacks here before purchasing anything at Tandmore.

Received tv with damaged box. And tv has white bleeding exactly where the box was damaged. Tandmore declined to replace tv or refund. They said to contact Sony about warranty case. The damage has been done by transport company or warehouse so it is not warranty case. So I don't recommend Tandmore as supplier.

I have placed an order in beginning of January 2018. At same time the money was deducted from my bank account.
Now we are in April and I have still not received my complete order.
The do not reply emails and I do no longer expect to receive my order. (loss of +150 Euro)
