This person is committing robbery and he will pay for these crimes against you all. I work for a private investigations firm and I just received a case in my office that is about a similar situation. I am getting the facts together and I am going to get a positive resolution and hopefully positive restitution not only for my client but for others as well. We are a VERY, VERY GOOD at we we do here.

Scammed me out of my car using a bogus website

This guy is a web designer which he made this site"Takemycar.net" He says his name is Tony Johnson but in reality he's not who he says he is. Sign's a contract which i now find out you can't even do in Texas let someone take a car and find another buyer legally! and uses a fake name instead of his.Not knowing all this he took my 04 BMW 3 months ago made one payment which it was already behind 2 months now i'm back where i started won't give the car back nor let me see it and says he had to do $2,000 worth of work on it that was in the begining. this is a scam to get your car and get someone to pay a dwn payment on it and make payments to him as long as it will last. I seen my car on craigslist stated all you needed was $1,500 no lic no credit just make the payments for 24 months which mine was a 60 months . You call the number listed and it rings 4 time then click the guy even admitted that he was being indicted on something wonder what that was??????? he's been in jail many times for other thing i have found now. All i know is the banks looking for it i'm looking for it and him. he dosen't answer the calls or texts i send he's in hiding as of right now. But i'm going to find him and when i do he will wish he never met me!

Took my vehicle on consignment and now is hiding

Advertized to help sell your vehicle and make monthly payments and keep insurance on vehicle until sold and tranfered out of owners name paid a few payments late then stopped never shoe proff of insurance and requested I drop coverage. I seen an ad on craigslist for my vehicle which was probably sold. I reported the fraud and the Theft now I am going to set back and let this guy fry or become someones girlfriend in prison serves hom right for being so shady
