If I could’ve a better choice! I would give zero star!!!!!! I had a prepaid SIM card during my temporary stay in Switzerland once I put some credits on my phone for 10 fr but it charged on my bank account 20 fr that time I was like it’s ok just 10 fr!!! Continually went to live with my life for 8 months this happened again for the same amount... I came across to think “ did I sleep on my right!” It’s just small money doesn’t hurt me that I have jump into the river but I really was sleeping on my right!!!!! and let the big company took advantage of a small people!!!! so I went to contract Swisscom via email and WhatsApp!!! They told me they will be right back to me as I was promising that they will let me know as soon as they can but they never did just disappear like a magic!!!!! so I went back and forth with Swisscom via WhatsApp for a couple time and it’s my dead-ends!!!!!! I won’t be easy on them anymore. Don’t they understand that their system is SUCK! and SERVICE IS HORRIBLE especially talked the last guy named Mathias! It feels sick that they don’t understand that it become a bother to their costumer!!!! It happened TWICE and I strongly believe it will be continued if they don’t FIX this!!!!!!! However He passing me the email address to specific service but Before we ended our conversation he have told me that “those two times top-up were cancelled” I swear to god there’s zero refund from Swisscom those 20 fr still sleeping with Swisscom!!!!! They made me wait like an idiot for so long! Enjoy fooling me by put on any words so they don’t have to take any responsibilities! As I have contract them for few times and provided them my bank statements over and over!!!!! Seriously, why it becomes so hard for you that you have all the access, you directly ring my bank don’t assume that your costumer lie to you!!!!!

Terrible customer service - do not rectify the situation within a sensible time period and are unable to identify the issue. Over 4 weeks of non working internet and continuous back and forth that it will be up and running the next day! Have been a customer of this company for over 20 years but never experienced anything like it before.

Terrible internet provider
Not only is their internet significantly slower than advertised (7tmbit/s instead of 50) but they also have the audacity to deliver nothing but cheap excuses instead of sending an actual technician. My town has been promised high speed glass fibre optic internet to be installed. The initial promised date was ONE AND A HALF YEARS AGO and they still do nothing but push the date back while giving cheap excuses.
No matter how unsatisfied you are with your current provider. Do NOT switch to Swisscom hoping for a positive change as all you will get is more frustration and bills.

3 days that my email is blocked without any reason. On a business trip and can’t receive or send any email. They are making me waste both money and time. Additionally they charge you when calling their hotline even though the problem is with them. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this company like the plague!

Swisscom recently started to filter streaming services using their DNS. Example would be Apollo TV.
Nice.... cut the freedom of their customers in order to promote their own overpriced products..

After my mobile service was cut off suddenly by my former employer, I chatted online with Swisscom, to discover that I could not reinstate my number without paperwork. No time. So, could I get a new one online? No, had to go to the shop. Chose the one at Forchstr 4. 3 sales people, 2 people being served, one salesman, on the telephone, ignoring the two men in front of me and me in the line. Two more people came into the shop. 10 minutes later, the salesman was still on the phone, ignoring the customers waiting in the shop. I took down his name, went to Bellevue, was immediately served by the best sales person ever, and opened a new mobile and home phone/internet/TV account with Sunrise, and bought a new iphone with case and protective cover. Lost customer permanently, Swisscom.

Swisscom sent a letter signed by the Marketing Officier in which they informed that they unilaterally increased the price by 6 francs per months. This is 72 francs per year. It looks like it was an "offer" but an "opt-in offer" that I had to refuse and opt-out !!!! This is not an offer, this is a "forced sale". FORCED SALE. Repeat after me: forced sale. Who is paying for my time to refuse an offer I never asked for ? With this letter, Swisscom.ch demonstrated how monopolistic a thief can be. This "marketing letter" is not marketing, it is a scam letter.

Swisscom your phone coverage is really good and I think the packages you offer are really good however expensive. Your customer service is shocking. I have had phone contracts with you for over 5 years but I will be honest if someone else can offer the service coverage in the mountains you can I will move over straight away. Its a shame your customer service is so bad

This is the worst hosting company i have EVER had to deal with. Nothing works... incompetent support, long response time and when I try to change the host cause I have up on this horrible company ofc not even that works. "This service is temporarily unavailable". Cmon. Seriously??

I ordered a Swisscom TV and internet package 4 weeks before moving into a new apartment. 2 weeks after moving in, I called the customer helpline and eventually received a callback from the engineers who install fibre-optic sockets. They gave me a 5 hour slot for installation (12-5 on a weekday) and they did not show up. I called again and they said they'd cancelled the appointment and failed to inform me. The following weeks consisted of me calling multiple times per day to arrange a new appointment. The call handlers were offensive and nonchalant. Everyone had the attitude that it wasn't their problem, and even made me feel like it was my fault. In the end I couldn't handle any more of the stress since it was affecting my work so I cancelled the contract. I complained officially and received an automated email reply and that was all.

My phone and sim card got stolen and they would send me a new sim card which costs 40 Dollars. I am customer with them for more than 14 YEARS and they would charge me for a replacement. Okay, you might say these are rules and regulations, fair enough. But the life chat customer service is terrible. Joseph M. was so rude. You could really see in the way he was writing that he did not care one bit. I reassured if it's really 40 CHF I would have to pay for a stolen card and the only thing he said was: "Do you want it or not?" I was baffled. How can someone so rude work in customer service? Unacceptable.

die seite ist meiner meinung nach übersichtlich gestaltet.
die preise jedoch, die swisscom für mobiltelefone verlangt, sind laut meinen vergleichen einfach zu hoch.
desalb: diese seite ist zu empfehlen was die qualität angeht.
was der inhalt angeht, geschmacksache.
die preise für abos sind meiner meinung nach ok.
die preise für handys meiner meinung nach zu teuer.*
tipp: vergleichen mit preissuchmaschine(.)c oder toppreise oder einem anderen vergleichsportal.
*ich empfehle jedem, die preise vorher zu prüfen.
eventuell waren zurzeit meiner checks die preise anders als jetzt.
wenn die preise da billiger sind, was auch sein kann, dann hier kaufen, da der service gut ist.
