I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks! Almost a week of that is waiting for fedex to get it. Label has been made. I will not be getting this in the time frame they said!!!! They do not uphold to what they say. Do not trust this company!!!!

3 e-mails 2 phone calls and finally got refund to my card. I filled out the forms for a refund less the postage using their label but then 1st phone call I am told their is stocking fee, ok. Get refund but does not figure up correct 2nd phone call then I am told they deduct what they are charged to mail it. I am done never again. To bad cause they have some nice looking products.

I placed an order March 2018. Returned items because I didn't like the fit. They sent me an egift card because they said they don't refund back to original credit card. Why? I find out because it is a scam. Just went to use my egift card that never expires, and their system doesn't accept the number and code. Call them. Told it is because it probably was used. They can see my account and my orders. They can see I haven't purchased since February 2018 and that was with my Visa card. Told nothing they can do because it is a gift card. That is what they gave me! Total SCAM and RIP OFF!

Paid $80 for 2 tops and 1 bottom . When I received I could see poor quality as soon as I opened so put back in original bags and returned, paying $13 in postage as I wanted my money back not a credit.
I received a credit of $13 and when I questioned they said both tops were being returned to me because they were worn or missing tags . Read all the reviews online including Better Business bureau site , they do this to everyone who asks for their money back ! Total RIP OFF !

I ordered 2 suits in early march, which I thought were really well made but were too small. I returned the suits on 3/13 and the return wasn't processed until 4/20. Additionally, it wasn't put back on my card, it was sent to me in a gift card. They state their policy clearly says that's how they do things...I think of myself as fairly bright but I never saw this. I asked for the return to be placed on my card and they said it would cost almost $8. I was so mad! Of course I let them take the $8 because I have no intention of shopping at a place that takes so long to process a return. Super disappointed.

Hello, I have purchased from this company for a few years now. I made a purchase in early Feb.6, 2020 and I needed to return 5 items for different sizes. I called the company and the associate told me use the return label and i will place a new order for your new sizes, So I proceed to do so per her instruction. She placed my new order and it charged my card. I got my new order with the new sizes . I also got my order order i sent back to the company , sent back to me again as they said it was past the 60 days. Its been a touch 10 weeks during this Covid time and I asked if they would at least give me a credit, i would spend the money with their company, just please take the merchandise back.... please give me a credit. $204.00 worth. Nope, they wouldn't budge....I will not be buying from them again, I'm so disappointed ... I'm stuck with these 5 items and at a loss for $204.00. So Upset!!

In July of last year I purchased swimwear from Swimsuitsforall.com. The product didn't last even 6 months with the fabric being defective, even though I paid over $100 for the swimsuit. The company will not stand behind their product and keeps with their line that the product can only be returned or exchanged in the first 60 days after purchase. Stay away from the company! I wished I would have looked at reviews before purchasing from them.

After being a repeat customer from this company, I will no longer order anything from this company again. After ordering a coverup for 50% off, not 24 hours later the same coverup was advertised as 60% off. After calling customer service, they refused to cancel my order, saying that it had already been processed. If I return the coverup and purchase the same coverup at the reduced discount, I will need to pay a restocking fee! Ridiculous! All they had to do was credit my account the difference. I will never order from this company again plus the many friends that I have raved to about this company, will now hear a much different story. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SWIMSUITS FOR ALL!

Canadians beware...do not order from this company!!! I ordered swimwear and cover-ups from them on December 30, 2019. I paid international priority express shipping cost. The order never arrived and after contacting them three times, finally on January 17, they said the parcel never left the USPS receiving in Chicago, never went through customs and must be lost. They did reimburse me, but now my vacation is 4 days away and what do I wear to the beach next week? Well, that is not their problem, apparently. They will not send a replacement by courier, they will do nothing. Very poor customer service. Will never use this company again.

Don't buy from here! Quality has gone down consistently for four years. My first bathing suits lasted beautifully, but new suits break, and don't last , underwires break out poke you, fall out. Bummer. If you have to call for customer service, expect to be on hold for twenty minutes. Last suits I bought were so bad, tried to return for a refund, they make it impossible to figure out, I finally ended up just sending them back for a credit, three days too late, and they wouldn't take them. I just got a bag of crappy cheap bathing suits crammed in a bag. Returns are from date THEY ship, and it takes a week and a half at least to get them, and time shipped back counts, so you really only have about 30 days for returns. This was a LOYAL customer from 2016. Thanks for the crappy treatment. Will not shop here again. Ever. The treatment for a loyal customer is really the straw.

I should have read previous reviews on this company. They are horrible they are scammers me where stay away. There shoots are junk your customer service is horrible they charge and outrageous shipping charge and they are rude and hateful on the phone they make promises on their emails and do not follow through. The chlorine resistant suit I purchased is totally faded 90 days after buying it. I only wore it 2 or 3 times a week and rinsed it in cold water after every use. This company will do nothing to make it right because it's past 60 days. I guess the don't care about keeping their customers and don't care that they sell inferior products.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. I placed an order with them on July 3, 2019. I was sent an email stating that my order was shipped. So obviously, I was excited and tried to track the order from their site. However, I kept (and still keep) getting an error, and unable to track the package. I emailed customer service, hoping they could tell me where my package was...but got an email (from what I assume is NOT a real person) stating that most International orders are received in 15-18 days. Well, its been 17 business days, and I still DO NOT have that order, nor am I able to track this order.
I also emailed about a price adjustment since one of the swimsuits I ordered went on sale, and they replied a whole day later, when it was already gone. Then when I replied sending screenshots of the swimsuit being available when I looked at it, asking for them to price adjustment, as it was still available when I'd emailed them...they didn't ever get back to me (since I'm assuming its automated messages that are being sent out).
I have yet again sent them another email regarding my order...and being unable to track it...but am waiting on a reply. If I do not receive my swimsuit by this Friday...I am getting PayPal involved.
Would warn everyone to stay far away from this terrible company.

I purchased 4 bathing suits and a cover-up from this site. I returned three bathing suits. They refunded me for one bathing suit and sent the other two back saying they were used/worn - they both still had tags on them and were in the exact condition they came in, considering, I sent them back the day after they were received. I have emailed them repeatedly and get very responses which have nothing to do with my email.

DO NOT buy from swimsuitsforall.com! Good lord. So, a friend and I placed an order from here on July 8th, 2019. We paid $30 extra for express shipping. On July 17th, I came home to a notice on my door from Canada Post saying I owed $70 in custom charges. Now, while I am well aware this is not the companies fault, this has never happened to me and I was disappointed. With the USD to CAD conversion at what it is, we had already spent over $200 and were not willing to spend another $70 for our bathing suits. So, I phoned the company to make sure I could send it back, asked if there was any charges associated with that and was told no, simply refuse the package and we will refund your money when we receive the package back within 1-2 weeks. Okay, great. So, I phoned my local post office and asked them to ship it back. They advised they would. I checked with them again in a week to make sure it was sent and they advised it was shipped back that day and sent across the border within a few days. Now, I have been in contact with this company for the past month, only to received terrible customer sevice. I have been extremely polite, as I have worked in customer service in the past and I understand that it is not the agents fault. I have been hung up on 4 times. I have been been called a liar, and told that "there's no way you sent it back when you said you did because we would have received it by now". I've been told it take 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks and even 3 months for return shipping. The tracking number I was provided with (from the company) never worked. I was told that they have absolutely no way to track the package. I was told twice that my order number doesn't exist, even after spelling it out phonetically, and then hung up on. I've been put on hold for 10+ minutes at a time, without anyone coming back to check on me, only to be left thinking they're avoiding me. Then, finally, on August 20th, I was told that they were able to track the package, the last update is that it was in Chicago on August 8th. Chicago is a 3 hour drive from Indianapolis (which is where their company is located). I don't understand why it would take 2+ weeks for it to get from Chicago to Indianapolis. I asked them to provide me the tracking number, but it didn't work and she couldn't give me an answer as to why they could apparently track it but I couldn't. So I once again politely ended the conversation. That is also the day I wrote them a message on Facebook, explaining the lack of customer service I have received (on the phone until now, figured I'd try a different channel) and I just simply wanted my refund. They got back to me today after I sent an additional message, only to tell me that they are only giving me a partial refund because I have to pay for the shipping to and from their store. Seriously?! I didn't even accept the package. I checked with them before hand to make sure there wouldn't be any charges. Honestly, I wouldn't even be complaining if I had have received good or even fair customer service along this way, but I didn't. I received horrible customer service and definitely will not be ordered from here again. I'm honestly just exhausted from dealing with this, and don't feel that anyone should have to deal with this. I should have listened to the reviews. On another note, I had absolutely amazing service and found the perfect bathing suit from the girls at Pennington's. Highly recommend! They were kind, courteous, and extremely helpful and honest! Thanks girls.

Let me start by saying I checked the reviews before I ordered, and chose to ignore them. BIG MISTAKE! One of the chlorine resistant capri pants I ordered became sheer in the butt crack area after 3 months. I decided to let this go. The thing that really got me was a pair of swim capris that I had only wore 4 or 5 times for my aqua aerobics class. I noticed there was over an inch long hole in the crotch seam. These capris were within the 60 day return time period, but since they had been worn they would not accept them for return. I tried explaining the quality of their product should be able to be worn more than a handful of times. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, I was only asking for a replacement. The only thing I was offered was 15% off. Great, I got 15% off something I can’t use. They would not budge! I will never order from them again.

I have purchased several items for Swimsuits for all and will NOT be buying vendor again! The convenience of having a swimsuit delivered and try on at home is not worth the time and energy to receive a refund when returned. Unless you review your credit card statements to watch for the reimbursement you will not be repaid. I had to call three times to be told my reimbursement to my credit card would be received in 10-14 days. Last call stated 2-3 days and I still haven't received it. The time spent trying to receive the refund out ways any benefit of home delivery.

Order was cancelled for no reason. Customer service department is a joke, the rep said he hates his job. I do alot of international shopping and have never come across such a poorly run company. They do have nice looking swimsuits but I will never order from Swimsuitforall ever again.

All the negative reviews about this website are completely true. They make you falsely believe you can return items for a refund but that isn't true. The swimsuits are not true to size so when you get them and find out they are cheaply made and are falling apart right out of the package and they don't fit you believe you can just use the label and return them. That isn't true. Do not use their label. Go spend $12 at UPS and get the tracking information for your package because they will scam you right out of your money if you don't. Customer service is rude and this is a terrible company. I will never order from here again. You can buy better quality swimsuits, that will fit you, get them a lot sooner, not pay for shipping or return shipping, and be satisfied with your purchase and your experience at other reputable company websites, but I cannot say that about this one.

I ordered four swimsuits to try and none of them fit because they were actually too big in the bust, and that seems to be standard or each one-piece (I'm a size 10/12, 36C for reference). It was SO expensive to send the suits back, and then the company shipped one back to me without refund because it was allegedly damaged and sent back after the maximum return date permitted. I sent that suit with the rest, and it was in the same condition it was sent to me--all I did was try it on at my house, see it didn't fit, and I packaged it up and sent it back. These suits are too expensive to risk trying them on at home, only to be stuck with them even if they don't fit. Don't bother.

The swimsuit sizes don't match the size chart, the return process is confusing. The customer service is worse. I had to send messages twice and call just to finally get word from their "specialists" that the sizing fluctuates and I just needed to figure it out.
I wrote a longer review, but it got deleted. I have nothing good to say, but I do have a gift card and a months worth of customer service horror stories. Don't buy.
