I placed two orders on Sept 8. Staples has said they delivered them three times. NOT to my address. I have asked repeatedly for a credit since I have NOT received the orders. Of course, their tracking says it was delivered. I WILL NEVER order from them again. Odd, Amazon delivered the toner ink in two days to the correct address.

Terrible service. I tried to talk with them about the defective product I bought from them and the first thing they asked was how long ago did I buy the product from them. Before I could answer them they interrupted me and said because if it was more then 14 days they will not give me a refund. I wasn't looking for a refund but just an exchange. After telling them this they sent me to 4 different departments until I got tired of wasting my time and finally hung up on them. Which appears to have been their goal. They kept my $$ bucks and I have a product doesn't that doesn't work. I have severed all ties with staples.

Would give them 0 stars. Ordered 5 boxes. For 2 weeks kept getting emails saying order delayed. Told them to cancel. One reply of many said they would cancel. Next email said order delivered and I could return it, but order was not delivered and they ripped me off. Will NEVER deal with Staples again. This has not been resolved and they stole $21 from me for something I never received.

Ordered laptop with arrival on a Friday took forever to process. Contacted about my orxder was flat ass lied to three different times. They most have to many customers and don't care for the individual. I will never do bussines again with this sorry company. I should have ordered from the manufacturer would have surly seen my order inside of a week on a instock item.

Went into the San Diego Mission Valley store on Monday, August 17 - the day after Staples published an advertising flyer that included a sale price for the computer I wanted. After tracking down an employee to help me make the purchase, and after he went looking for the requested computer, he informed me that the store only had "2 returned open box damaged items in stock." I showed him the ad flyer that had been published the preceding day and asked how it was possible that none of the advertised products were in stock and whether there was another store in San Diego with some stocked. After speaking with a manager, he informed me that the store would have some in stock the following Monday - the day after the advertised sale price expired. I asked if the sale price would be honored, and after once again speaking with the manager, he said that it would be. I continued to complain that advertised sales products should be in stock otherwise they were doing a classic bait and switch. That got results. The employee went to the back of the store and when he returned he said he had "found" the requested computer on a truck that had just unloaded - sure, it was the same turnip truck that I fell off of. Then after ringing me up, he proceeded to give me the duplicate copy, not the original, sales receipt which included the language "Duplicate copy not valid for cash refund." When I asked for the original copy, he claimed ignorance, so I had to get the manager to strike out the offending language and sign the duplicate receipt. Bad practices all around.

Do not give Staples your business.In late July of this year, an immuno-compromised, senior woman was assaulted in a New Jersey Staples store. It was a racially based hate crime, even if it was nominally triggered by an argument over mask wearing. The victim was grabbed and thrown to the ground, with force, by the younger assailant. The victim lay on the ground, in extreme pain from a broken leg, and NO ONE in the store stepped in to help. NO EMPLOYEES came to her aid, for the several minutes that the security camera footage ran. Everyone just stood back and watched this woman writhe in agony. After the attack, the assailant breezes through the store, with no one intervening. She even circles back to the woman she attacked. And appears to kick her. And no one stops her. So cancel Staples. They no longer exist, for me. I would not feel safe in any of their stores.

Appalling customer service. I ordered a chair, and one arrived the next day. Not the £100 chair I ordered but one for £40. I asked them to collect it and send me the correct one, and they said they would only send the chair I ordered when the one they sent had been received by their warehouse. I asked for a refund, and they said they would only do this when they took collection of the chair I received. I feel as if I'm being treated like a felon.

I recently purchased Elama Uptown Loft dishes and was very happy with the product. I received my order early and other than the delivery company dropping on my front porch I am very pleased with the whole experience. In addition, the dishes were so well packaged that it saved them during delivery.

Your Greensboro Wendover store timing online says Monday to Friday 8:00 Am to 9 : 00pm
When I arrived to the store I found the time on the door 8:00 am to 8:op pm
Which is fine and understandable due to the pandemic
But the things in unacceptable is I did arrived to the door at 19:56 and the door was closed and 2 of the staff just looking at me behind the glass
Looks like they are in hurry to go home

I ordered masks that I need for the weekend. I ordered on Tuesday because it said one day delivery. Well that changed to two day. Well then it says it was delivered I told CS I was on my porch and there was no delivery. Well they could replace but I wouldn't reeceive it until Monday. Well that doesn't help. I asked for a refund and how disppointed I was with this. The answer was refund will be issued within 24 hours. Was there anything else she could help me with really no sorry or lets see if we can get replacement earlier. Nope no Staples for me

This past week (Sunday 6/21) I went to Staples on Rt. 1 in Dedham. I dealt with 2 employees who could not have been more different. I approached someone named Jim about assisting me with copies. He said they only help with "big orders", I then approached Kevin about the same request. He could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I also noticed that Jim was the only person in the store not wearing a mask.
Jim is not a good employee. Employees like Kevin are the reason I have been a Staples customer for many years.

Recently I ordered business cards from staples in Merced and their cutting machine was down to make sure I got my cards their employee Matt drove to Turlock to get them cut and brought them back to Merced he went above and beyond the Call of Duty. When I went to Staples to order the business cards there employee Kim took extreme care and time with me to design the perfect card the experience was wonderful I want to say thank you to Matt and Kim for helping me have a successful business

I ordered a monitor 8 weeks ago, and no one at Staples knows what is happening with my order.
I called and chatted them numerous times, and no help whatsoever.
Now i am trying to cancel my order and they are telling me that they cannot do it. The monitor was not yet shipped, but they cannot cancel the order. UNBELIVABLE!
Total FRAUD!!!
I am goig to complain to consumer protection regulatory bodies in Canada about this.
I wanted to help the local Canadian business - and it is the last time i am dealing with Staples.
Please don't make my mistake and choose the right business partner next time.

Avoid this product particularly through Staples. They tell you it will be delivered over threshold of home but come time for delivery UPS Freight tells you they will leave this nearly 400 pound safe at the end of your driveway. Mine is 40 feet long. When you order it, it takes a week for the freight company to pick it up for transport, another week to travel across the country, and then if you don't pay attention, the UPS freight company will state they do not have your phone number on file and another week will go by until you figure out to have Staples contact them to contact you to set up a delivery time, which is only Tuesdays or Thursdays. 3 to 4 weeks go by before you will ever receive it. If an 18 wheeler can't get to the end of your driveway, good luck getting it delivered. When you call Staples store management about the issues, they appear concerned and state someone will call to resolve the issue of 400 pounds being left at the end of your driveway, even if you are disabled, but in reality no one will call you back. You then have to complain to the level of a rude jerk if you want to get your money back before the package gets retured to the warehouse, which likely would be returned in another 3 weeks. Staples customer service contradicts physical store management in stating it is tailgate delivery only. They won't back into your driveway, forget it. In addition to store management not returning your call with a final solution, UPS freight terminal has no quams about hanging up on you if you even try to question the manner of the delivery. Going to get a better safe on Amazon, not sure why I bother with Staples as they are overpriced, slow, and out of touch with the times.
